Abstract
一种耐冲击复合包装缓冲材料，包括外层面纸、底层面纸、夹芯纸Ⅰ、夹芯纸Ⅱ、瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯，夹芯纸Ⅰ和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为瓦楞纸芯，其特征在于，还设有木塑发泡材料层，所述木塑发泡材料层位于外层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅰ之间，底层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为蜂窝纸芯，木塑发泡材料层、瓦楞纸芯和蜂窝纸芯高度相同。本发明兼有瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板和塑料发泡材料的优点,具有强度高、抗压性能好、缓冲性能好、防潮保温等优点，可用作工业品的防震内衬、电子产品、家具的运输包装，及潮湿环境产品的运输包装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料，尤其是涉及一种耐冲击复合包装缓冲材料。
背景技术
目前，常用的包装缓冲材料有瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板、泡沫塑料等。
瓦楞纸板具有强度高、缓冲性能好、加工性良好、成本低、没有包装公害、取材便利、生产工艺成熟等优点。但也存在一些缺点，如表面较硬，柔软性差，回弹性差，难形成三维曲面，耐潮湿性能差；过载复原性较差，在包装高级商品时不能直接接触内装物的表面，使内装物与缓冲纸板之间出现相对移动而损坏内装物表面等。
蜂窝纸板是把无数个空心立体六角形，用胶接方法连接成一个整体受力件，所以蜂窝纸板抗压性能好；蜂窝纸板的蜂窝结构增加了可压缩性，使其具有良好的缓冲性能，蜂窝芯越厚，吸收冲击能量越大，缓冲性能越好；但蜂窝纸板存在对某些产品表面产生磨损，湿度影响大，过载复原性差，加工较难，不好模切，垂直方向缓冲性能差，比瓦楞纸板贵等缺点。
泡沫塑料包装材料在包装材料中占据很大比重，品种主要有EPS、EPE、EVA、EPP等发泡塑料和气垫塑料薄膜。这些材料缓冲性能好，价格低廉，但它们不能降解，对环境造成严重“白色污染”。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有塑料发泡包装缓冲材料、瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板存在的缺点，提供一种兼有塑料发泡包装材料、瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板优点，强度高、抗压性能好、缓冲性能好、防潮保温性能好的耐冲击复合包装缓冲材料。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：其包括外层面纸、底层面纸、夹芯纸Ⅰ、夹芯纸Ⅱ、瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯，还设有木塑发泡材料层，所述外层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅰ之间为木塑发泡材料层，夹芯纸Ⅰ和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为瓦楞纸芯，底层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为蜂窝纸芯；木塑发泡材料层、瓦楞纸芯和蜂窝纸芯高度相同。
所述瓦楞纸芯的形状可以是GB/T 6544-2008标准规定的V、U或UV楞型，瓦楞纸芯界面结构可以是GB/T 6544-2008标准规定的A、B、C、E、F、G、N或O楞型。
所述蜂窝纸芯形状可为正六边形或菱形。
本发明所用木塑发泡材料可以但不限于是聚乙烯（PE）、聚丙烯（PP）、聚苯乙烯（PS）、聚氯乙烯（PVC）等木塑发泡材料，泡孔结构宜为闭孔，孔径宜为0.5~5mm。
所述两側的面纸和夹芯纸也可以不设置。
所述面纸可采用牛皮纸，瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯及夹芯纸可采用瓦楞原纸。
所用胶黏剂可为传统瓦楞纸板用的淀粉胶，可以用辊筒涂胶。
本发明之耐冲击复合包装缓冲材料，由于瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯和木塑发泡材料层都是可回收再利用的材料，也可降解，因此，对环境污染少。
所述木塑发泡材料层中分布的无数个球形小气泡，可以抵抗外来的强大冲击，而且恢复性强。同时，木塑发泡材料层耐吸水性好，防潮性强，可以克服瓦楞纸板和蜂窝纸板耐潮湿性差的缺点，拓展该材料的应用范围。瓦楞纸板的强度高、缓冲性能好，蜂窝纸板的抗压性能好。
本发明之复合包装材料可用作工业品的防震内衬，电子产品、家具的运输包装，还可用于潮湿环境产品（如水产品）的包装运输，高级商品包装。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
参照图1，本实施例包括外层面纸1、底层面纸7、夹芯纸Ⅰ3、夹芯纸Ⅱ5、瓦楞纸芯4、蜂窝纸芯6，还设有木塑发泡材料层2，所述外层面纸1和夹芯纸Ⅰ3之间为木塑发泡材料层2，夹芯纸Ⅰ3和夹芯纸Ⅱ5之间为瓦楞纸芯4，底层面纸7和夹芯纸Ⅱ5之间为蜂窝纸芯6；木塑发泡材料层2、瓦楞纸芯4和蜂窝纸芯6高度相同。
木塑发泡材料是PE、PP、PVC或PS木塑发泡材料，泡孔结构为闭孔，孔径0.5~5mm。
瓦楞纸芯4的形状是V、U或UV楞型，瓦楞纸芯4界面结构是A、B、C、E、F 、G 、N 或O 楞型，符合GB/T 6544-2008标准。
蜂窝纸芯6的形状为正六边形（或菱形）。
外层面纸1和底层面纸7采用牛皮纸，瓦楞纸芯4、蜂窝纸芯6及夹芯纸 Ⅰ3和夹芯纸Ⅱ5采用瓦楞原纸。

实施例2
参照图2，本实施例包括底层面纸7＇、夹芯纸5＇、瓦楞纸芯4＇、蜂窝纸芯6＇，还设有木塑发泡材料层2＇，木塑发泡材料层2＇与夹芯纸5＇之间为瓦楞纸芯4＇，底层面纸7＇和夹芯纸5＇之间为蜂窝纸芯6＇；木塑发泡材料层2＇、瓦楞纸芯4＇和蜂窝纸芯6＇高度一样。
本实施例产品与实施例1产品比较，少了一层面纸和一层夹芯纸，具有很大的价格优势。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例2的区别仅在于，没有底层面纸7＇、夹芯纸5＇，木塑发泡材料层2＇与瓦楞纸芯4＇的楞顶直接粘结，瓦楞纸芯4＇的楞顶与蜂窝纸芯6＇直接粘结；木塑发泡材料层2＇、瓦楞纸芯4＇和蜂窝纸芯6＇高度相同。
Claims (6)
1.一种耐冲击复合包装缓冲材料，包括外层面纸、底层面纸、夹芯纸Ⅰ、夹芯纸Ⅱ、瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯，夹芯纸Ⅰ和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为瓦楞纸芯，其特征在于，还设有木塑发泡材料层，所述木塑发泡材料层位于外层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅰ之间，底层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为蜂窝纸芯，木塑发泡材料层、瓦楞纸芯和蜂窝纸芯高度相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐冲击复合包装缓冲材料，其特征在于，瓦楞纸芯的形状是GB/T 6544-2008标准规定的V、U或UV楞型，瓦楞纸芯界面结构是GB/T 6544-2008标准规定的A、B、C、E、F、G、N或O楞型。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的耐冲击复合包装缓冲材料，其特征在于，所述蜂窝纸芯形状为正六边形或菱形。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的耐冲击复合包装缓冲材料，其特征在于，所述木塑发泡材料是聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯木塑发泡材料，泡孔结构宜为闭孔，孔径宜为0.5~5mm。
5.一种耐冲击复合包装缓冲材料，包括包括底层面纸、夹芯纸、瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯，底层面纸和夹芯纸之间为蜂窝纸芯，其特征在于，还设有木塑发泡材料层，木塑发泡材料层与夹芯纸之间为瓦楞纸芯；木塑发泡材料层、瓦楞纸芯和蜂窝纸芯高度相同。
6.一种耐冲击复合包装缓冲材料，包括包括瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯，其特征在于，还设有木塑发泡材料层，木塑发泡材料层与瓦楞纸芯的楞顶直接粘结，瓦楞纸芯的楞顶与蜂窝纸芯直接粘结；木塑发泡材料层、瓦楞纸芯和蜂窝纸芯高度相同。
