Abstract
肯特卸扣横档的加工方法，是在一根锻造好的坯料工件上，加工好外圆及两端顶针孔；将工件装夹在卡爪上，再用尾座上顶尖顶住工件上中心孔，把手轮摇到适当位置紧固；选用相应的圆弧形两面刃刀具，调整好工件与刀具的位置，开动铣头，移动纵向轮、横向轮及升降手轮至产品零件所要求尺寸，一次性完成圆弧R加工。通过控制手柄刻度，在直条工件上，能同时生产出数个肯特卸扣横档。本发明采用在铣床上进行多件组合加工，然后再把它切割成单件。因此减少了锻造次数，也减少了加热火次，降低了能耗，节省了材料，减少了生产制造成本，提高了产品质量，提高了生产率。
Description
技术领域：本发明涉及到一种肯特卸扣横档的加工方法，适用于船用锚链上连接普通链环和锚的连接件的加工，也应用于海洋勘探平台、船舶连接附件的加工。
背景技术：肯特卸扣是船用锚链和海洋勘探石油平台系泊链上必备的附件，最初肯特卸扣中的横档是单个进行加工的，不但效率低，能耗高，产品质量也得不到保证。产品的销售已经远远不能满足市场的需求。
发明内容：本发明的目的就是要提供一种肯特卸扣横档的加工方法，它能克服目前加工所存在的问题。本发明的目的是这样实现的，肯特卸扣横档的加工方法，其特征在于：在一根锻造好的坯料工件上，加工好外圆及两端中心孔；将工件装夹在卡爪上，再用尾座上顶尖顶住工件上中心孔，把手轮摇到适当位置紧固；选用相应的圆弧形两面刃刀具，调整好工件与刀具的位置，开动铣头，移动纵向轮、横向轮及升降手轮至产品零件所要求尺寸，一次性完成圆弧R加工，记下纵向轮、横向轮及升降手轮三手轮刻度，便于第二个零件加工；接着开始加工第二个零件，向后移动横向轮至原位，即末铣削前位置，再向左移动纵向轮一个肯特卸扣横档的宽度，控制好每块横档的尺寸，每个零件按以上加工方法进行加工完成即可，直至整个直条工件全部加工完毕；经切割后，能同时生产出数个肯特卸扣横档；退回刀具，停止铣头运转，摇动手轮，松开尾座顶尖，再松开卡爪，取下工件，整个加工结束。
本发明采用在铣床上进行多件组合加工，然后再把它切割成单件。因此减少了锻造次数，也减少了加热火次，降低了能耗，节省了材料，减少了生产制造成本。在加工过程中，利用多件组合一次性加工完毕，保证了产品的尺寸精度，提高了产品质量。也减少了工人的劳动时间，提高了生产率。

具体实施方式：下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明；
肯特卸扣横档的加工方法，其特征在于：在一根锻造好的坯料工件上，加工好外圆及两端中心孔；将工件1装夹在卡爪4上，再用尾座16上顶尖17顶住工件上中心孔，把手轮18摇到适当位置紧固；选用相应的圆弧形两面刃刀具，调整好工件1与刀具2的位置，开动铣头3，移动纵向轮22、横向轮9及升降手轮11至产品零件所要求尺寸，一次性完成圆弧R加工，记下纵向轮22、横向轮9及升降手轮11三手轮刻度，便于第二个零件加工；接着开始加工第二个零件，向后移动横向轮9至原位，即末铣削前位置，再向左移动纵向轮22一个肯特卸扣横档的宽度，控制好每块横档的尺寸，每个零件按以上加工方法进行加工完成即可，直至整个直条工件全部加工完毕；经切割后，能同时生产出数个肯特卸扣横档；退回刀具2，停止铣头运转，摇动手轮18，松开尾座顶尖17，再松开卡爪4，取下工件1，整个加工结束。

1.肯特卸扣横档的加工方法，其特征在于：在一根锻造好的坯料工件上，加工好外圆及两端中心孔；将工件(1)装夹在卡爪(4)上，再用尾座(16)上顶尖(17)顶住工件上中心孔，把手轮(18)摇到适当位置紧固；选用相应的圆弧形两面刃刀具，调整好工件(1)与刀具(2)的位置，开动铣头(3)，移动纵向轮(22)、横向轮(9)及升降手轮(11)至产品零件所要求尺寸，一次性完成圆弧R加工，记下纵向轮(22)、横向轮(9)及升降手轮(11)刻度，便于第二个零件加工；接着开始加工第二个零件，向后移动横向轮(9)至原位，即末铣削前位置，再向左移动纵向轮(22)一个肯特卸扣横档的宽度，控制好每块横档的尺寸，每个零件按以上加工方法进行加工完成即可，直至整个直条工件全部加工完毕；经切割后，能同时生产出数个肯特卸扣横档；退回刀具(2)，停止铣头运转，摇动手轮(18)，松开尾座顶尖(17)，再松开卡爪(4)，取下工件(1)，整个加工结束。
