Abstract

本发明提供一种键盘结构,包括一壳体、一框架及一键盘,该键盘装设于该壳体并通过该框架固定,所述键盘结构还包括至少一连接件,该连接件热熔固定至该壳体,该连接件上间隔开设有若干安装槽,该框架上对应该若干安装槽凸设有与该安装槽相对应的抵持片,该抵持片抵持于该安装槽以使该框架与该连接件相互固定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种键盘结构,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子装置的键盘结构。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置已广泛应用于人们的日常生活中。用户一般通过键盘向便携式电子装置输入信息,以与其它终端设备和网络之间进行数据交换。
通常,键盘结构包括一壳体、一框架及一键盘,该键盘装设于该壳体并通过该框架固定。其中,该框架一般采用卡扣或者螺丝直接固定于便携式电子装置的壳体,且该键盘固定在该壳体之后与该壳体一起进行外观电镀。
如果采用卡扣方式,需要在壳体上开设卡扣槽,增加了壳体在实际生产过程中的复杂度,而框架与卡扣槽之间若间隙过大,则会造成框架松动。如果采用螺丝方式,长期使用也容易导致螺位松动。且键盘与所述壳体一起进行外观电镀会使电镀难度增加,产品良率大大降低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种定位可靠且方便电镀的便携式电子装置的键盘结构。
一种键盘结构,包括一壳体、一框架及一键盘,该键盘装设于该壳体并通过该框架固定,所述键盘结构还包括至少一连接件,该连接件热熔固定至该壳体,该连接件上间隔开设有若干安装槽,该框架上对应该若干安装槽凸设有与该安装槽相对应的抵持片,该抵持片抵持于该安装槽以使该框架与该连接件相互固定。
相较于现有技术,所述的按键结构通过所述连接件固定连接所述壳体及框架,通过所述连接柱与该装配孔的固定使该连接件与该壳体相互固定,通过该抵持片抵持与该安装槽而使该框架与该连接件相互固定,从而使框架与壳体固定牢固,定位可靠。另,由于该框架通过该连接件固定连接该壳体,而不是直接连接该壳体,由此该键盘与该壳体可分开进行外观电镀,提高了电镀的良率。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示的本发明较佳实施方式的键盘结构10,其适用于移动电话、PDA等便携式电子装置,包括一壳体11、一键盘12、二连接件13及一框架15。该键盘12装设于该壳体11上并通过该框架15固定于该壳体11上。该壳体11及框架15通过该二连接件13固定连接。
请一并参阅图2及图3,所述壳体11包括一底壁111及围绕该底壁111周缘凸设的一周壁112。该底壁111一端间隔贯通开设有若干容置孔113,并在该若干容置孔113之间形成若干安装壁114。该若干容置孔113与所述键盘17相对应,用于容置所述键盘17。该安装壁114上凸设有若干固定柱115,用于固定所述框架15。该安装壁114两侧边缘间隔凹设有若干抵持缺口117,用于与所述键盘12相配合以承载键盘12。该每一容置孔113两侧分别凸设有一连接柱116,该连接柱116用于将所述连接件13固定于所述壳体11上。在本实施例中,所述容置孔113及安装壁114的个数均为四个。所述容置孔113并排分布于该底壁111一端,其大致呈长条形,且其两端邻接该周壁112。
所述键盘12容置于所述壳体11的容置孔113内。该键盘12包括若干按键121。该每一按键121上均凸设有若干抵顶块123,该若干抵顶块123对称凸设于该按键121两侧。该若干抵顶块123抵持于该壳体11的抵持缺口117,以将该按键121容置于该容置孔113内。
请一并参阅图4,所述每一连接件13包括一主体131。该主体131大致呈长条状,其上间隔凹设有若干安装槽133。该安装槽133大至呈一三端封闭一端开口的矩形凹槽,其包括一槽底壁1331。该槽底壁1331上凸设有一抵持块1333。该抵持块1333凸设于该槽底壁1331远离该安装槽133开口的一侧。在本实施例中,该安装槽133的个数为四个,其用于安装所述框架15。该四安装槽133的槽底壁1331背离该抵持块1333的一侧均凸出于该主体131,以在该四安装槽131之间间隔形成三装配间隙135及在该主体131的一端形成一装配缺口137。该三装配间隙135及该装配缺口137位于该主体131相对于该安装槽133的另一侧。该装配缺口135及该装配间隙137用于抵持并容置部分该安装壁114。该每一安装槽131的一侧均开设有一装配孔139。该四装配孔139均贯穿该主体131并分别对应该三装配间隙135及该装配缺口137。该装配孔139用于容置该连接柱116,通过热熔的方式使该连接柱116固定于该装配孔139内,从而使该连接件13固定于该壳体11上。
请复参阅图2及图3,所述框架15大致为一平板体,其形状及尺寸与键盘17的形状及尺寸大致相当。所述框架15包括相对的二侧边155。该框架15上开设有若干按键槽151。该按键槽151用于露出该按键121,以使该按键121与一电路板(图未示)连接。该每一按键槽151大致呈矩形,且邻接该侧边155的按键槽151的两侧均凹设有一容置缺口1511,用于容置与该容置缺口1511相对应且凸出于该安装壁114的抵顶块123。所述框架15在该按键槽151周围贯通开设有若干贯穿孔153。该若干贯穿孔153与所述壳体11上的固定柱115相对应,该固定柱115穿设于该贯穿孔153,并通过热熔的方式相互固定。该每一侧边155对应该连接件13的安装槽133间隔凸设有若干抵持片1551,该抵持片1551贴附于该槽底壁1331上并抵持于该抵持块1333,以使该框体15与该连接件13相互固定。该每一侧边155在其中二相邻的抵持片1551之间凸设有一卡爪1553。该卡爪1553大致呈“L”形,其卡持于所述连接件13的主体131,以使该框体15与该连接件13相互固定。
组装该键盘结构10时,首先将所述二连接件13分别装设于该壳体11两侧,并使该连接柱116穿设于该装配孔139且该装配间隙135及该装配缺口137分别对应抵持于该安装壁114,并通过热熔的方式使该连接柱116与该装配孔139相互固定,然后将所述按键121对应装设于所述容置孔113内,并使所述抵顶块123抵持于该抵持缺口117内,最后将所述框架15盖设于该键盘12上,并使该固定柱115穿设于该贯穿孔153,通过热熔的方式使其相互固定,并使该抵持片1551贴附于该槽底壁1331上并抵持于该抵持块1333,且使该卡爪1553卡持于该主体131。
可以理解,所述卡爪1553上也可以开设一通孔,并通过热熔的方式固定于该固定件13。
本发明所述的按键结构10通过所述连接件13固定连接所述壳体11及框架15,所述连接件13通过热熔的方式紧紧固定于该壳体11上,从而使框架15与壳体11固定牢固,定位可靠。另,由于该框架15通过该连接件13固定连接该壳体11,而不是直接连接该壳体11,由此该键盘15与该壳体11可分开进行外观电镀,提高了电镀的良率。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种键盘结构,包括一壳体、一框架及一键盘,该键盘通过该框架装设于该壳体上,其特征在于:所述键盘结构还包括至少一连接件,该连接件热熔固定至该壳体,该连接件上间隔开设有若干安装槽,该框架上对应该若干安装槽凸设有与该安装槽相对应的抵持片,该抵持片抵持于该安装槽并收容于该安装槽内以使该框架与该连接件相互固定;所述安装槽包括一槽底壁,该槽底壁上凸设有一抵持块,该抵持块凸设于该槽底壁远离该安装槽开口的一侧,该抵持片贴附于该底壁并抵持于该抵持块。
2.如权利要求1所述的键盘结构,其特征在于:所述壳体上间隔凸设有若干连接柱,该连接件上对应该若干连接柱开设有若干装配孔,该连接柱穿设于该装配孔并通过热熔相互固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的键盘结构,其特征在于:所述框架两侧对应该每一连接件凸设有一卡爪,该卡爪卡持于该连接件。
4.如权利要求1所述的键盘结构,其特征在于:所述壳体包括一底壁,该底壁上间隔贯通开设有若干容置孔,并在该若干容置孔之间形成若干安装壁,该容置孔与所述键盘相对应,用于容置所述键盘。
5.如权利要求4所述的键盘结构,其特征在于:所述安装壁上凸设有若干固定柱,该框架上贯穿开设有与所述固定柱相对应的贯穿孔,该固定柱穿设于该贯穿孔并通过热熔的方式相互固定。
6.如权利要求4所述的键盘结构,其特征在于:所述键盘包括若干按键,该每一按键两侧对称凸设有若干抵顶块,该安装壁上对应该若干抵顶块凹设有若干抵持缺口,该抵顶块抵持于该抵持缺口以将该按键容置于该容置孔内。
7.如权利要求5所述的键盘结构,其特征在于:所述连接件包括一主体,该安装槽开设于该主体一侧,该每一安装槽的底壁背离该抵持块的一侧均凸出于该主体,以在该若干安装槽之间间隔形成若干装配间隙及在该主体的一端形成一装配缺口,该装配缺口及该装配间隙用于抵持并容置部分该安装壁。
