本发明涉及一种远程控制车辆部件的方法和系统,多个实施例包括从漫游通讯装置或计算机控制一个或多个车辆部件的系统和方法。
背景技术
使用车辆钥匙扣(Key fob),用户能够锁上或打开车辆、开启后备箱或远程启动车辆。一些钥匙扣越来越变得更加先进。除了这些常规的好处,使用更加先进的钥匙扣,用户能够检查车门是否锁上或车窗是否关上、确认报警状态或者获取例如里程表读数、燃料箱液面高度和乘客舱温度等车辆信息。
常规的钥匙扣要求用户在车辆的一定范围内,通常大约为300英尺。而且,钥匙扣又是必须由用户与皮夹、移动装置、公文包、钱包和其它物品一起携带的其它个人物品。
发明内容
根据本发明一方面,提供一种用于远程控制一个或多个车辆部件的方法。该方法包括通过电信网络接收来源于漫游装置(ND)的一个或多个第一信号。该一个或多个第一信号可包括一个或多个远程操作指令,该远程操作指令包括至少一个用于远程操作车辆娱乐系统部件的指令。该方法进一步包括执行一个或多个远程操作指令。
该方法还包括从车辆娱乐系统部件接收经由车辆数据总线传送的一个或多个运转状态标志符。基于该一个或多个运转状态标志符确定车辆娱乐系统部件的运转状态。
该方法可包括生成包括至少一个运转状态消息和至少一个用于在ND上显示运转状态消息的指令的至少一个第二信号。该方法还包括传送至少一个第二信号至至少一个远程ND用于显示。
在一个实施例中,远程操作指令包括至少一个媒体源选择指令。因此,运转状态消息可包括所选择的媒体源正被远程操作的消息。媒体源可包括广播、CD播放器、磁带播放器、DVD播放器和个人媒体播放器。

根据本发明另一方面,提供一种用于远程控制一个或多个车辆部件的系统。该系统包括车辆内的蜂窝通讯装置。该蜂窝通讯装置可通过电信网络与一个或多个远程终端通讯。而且,该蜂窝可配置为接收来自一个或多个远程终端的一个或多个第一信号。该一个或多个第一信号可包括一个或多个远程操作指令,其包括至少一个用于远程操作车辆娱乐系统部件的指令。

图1显示了通讯系统的说明性示例,通过通讯系统漫游装置能够与车辆121通讯。在这个说明性实施例中,漫游装置(例如但不限于便携式电话)103用于通过蜂窝网络107发送通讯。该通讯通过网络111(例如但不限于蜂窝网络、互联网等)中继至中央系统101。CRAYON INTERFACE可得到类似于图1中所示的系统的系统。
在这个说明性实施例中,中央系统为服务器系统,其可包括输入指定的漫游装置信号以与远程车辆121互动的处理能力。
例如,服务器101可包括自动呼叫服务器和/或网络主机。此外,服务器101可将来自漫游装置(ND)103的输入信号传送至合适的远程车辆。以这种方式发送的数据可使用声载数据(data-over-voice)、数据计划(data-plan)或以任何其它合适的格式发送。

另外地,如果用户设有其个人喜好用于播放媒体项目(其可包括但不必要限于媒体源和/或音量级别),可如上所述依照该喜好控制娱乐系统。如方框412处所说明,可由蜂窝通讯模块200接收返回信号。返回信号可包括一个或多个运转状态标识符,其可由微处理器217处理并解码,以传送至ND 103和/或计算机105。通讯模块200可随后传送返回信号至服务器101用于,以被远程终端103和/或105接收。
返回信号可包括一个或多个车辆部件的状态。例如,返回信号可报告依照用户的指令/请求娱乐系统被激活和/或被控制。如其它示例,返回信号可指示座椅成功定位或未成功定位。因此,通讯模块200可传送返回信号至ND 103和/或105,在该ND 103和/或105处可在例如图形化用户界面上显示部件的状态。
在特定实施例中,用户可通过预先设定(例如由OEM预安装的)来远程控制娱乐中心。可以使用从ND 103和/或计算机105传送的数据包传送这些额外的参数并且存储在服务器101或存储在车辆上。
例如,用户可通过选择多个音量设定中至少一个来控制音量设定。在一个实施例中,非限制性示例的音量设定可以以音量的百分比水平(例如,25%、50%、75%或100%的音量级别设定中一个)选择音量级别。因此,如果用户想以50%的音量级别听音乐,随后他/她能够从ND 103和/或计算机105选择50%。其它非限制性示例可包括其它数字设定表示(例如1至4,其中1为最低,4为最高)或图形表示(例如代表音量级别的垂直或水平条)。
在其它实施例中,可更为自由地控制娱乐系统。例如,ND 103和/或计算机105上的用户界面可包括音量增大/音量减小功能的图形表示。用于控制的其它非限制性示例可通过在用户界面上向上轻击/向下轻击。在一个实施例中,界面也可包括“搜寻”按钮用于搜寻(例如搜寻电台和/或CD的音轨)通过系统播放的媒体项目。因此,用户可远程控制其娱乐系统而不用在车内物理接触。
用户也可使用上述一个或多个运转的实施例从其ND 103和/或计算机105远程控制一个或多个车辆座椅位置。用户可通过直接地控制座椅定位的ND 103和/或105(例如通过代表车辆座椅的图形化用户界面)来控制座椅位置。可替代地或额外地,用户可从ND 103和/或计算机105选择一个或多个可选择的按钮。如果用户设有他/她的对座椅位置的个人喜好,则可如上所述依照喜好定位座椅。
在一个或多个实施例中用户也可从ND 103和/或计算机105使用如上所述的运转来实现车辆的温度控制,该车辆的温度控制包括内乘客厢的温度和车辆座椅的加热。在一个实施例中,该系统可作出关于控制哪些以及控制多少个座椅的决定。可在图4的方框404或406处作出该决定。该系统也可确定以何种温度水平加热座椅。可在方框404或406处作出该决定。该决定可基于由用户在ND 103和/或105处输入的指令。也可基于存储在ND 103、计算机105和/或车辆中至少一个内的预定指令作出该决定。
可控制和/或个性化的其它非限制性特征可包括电台预设和窗户控制。用户可额外地定制用于定位车辆的声音(例如车辆的啁啾声)。非限制性个性化可包括声音的类型(例如啁啾声或喇叭声)和传送声音的时间间隔。在一个非限制性实施例中,时间间隔可设置为秒或分的间隔。
用户也可从其ND 103和/或计算机105激活和控制其车辆灯光。在一个实施例中,用户可想要控制车辆危险警报灯的运转。例如,如果用户已经临时将其车辆停在建筑物之前,当其在建筑物内或离开车辆时会想要打开车辆的危险警报灯。使用一个或多个实施例,其不需要再进入车辆内就可这样做。
返回参考图3,如方框332内所说明,蜂窝通讯模块200可经由车辆总线接收从一个或多个车辆部件传送的一个或多个结果信号。如方框334所示,该通讯模块200可从返回信号提取一个或多个返回数据包用于传送至ND 103和/或计算机105。可通过蜂窝天线201经由网络115完成传送。而且,蜂窝通讯模块200(例如微处理器217)可处理返回数据包用于由服务器101和/或远程终端103、105解释。可例如使用查值表进行该处理。
如方框336所说明,数据包可传送至ND 103和/或计算机105。在一个实施例中,如方框338所说明,返回数据包可通过服务器101传送,其可进一步处理数据包以传送至ND 103和/或计算机105,或者不进行处理。如方框340所说明,结果信号可传送至ND 103和/或计算机105并且由ND 103和/或计算机105接收。
如在方框342所说明,可生成报告并且显示给用户,显示例如一个或多个受控车辆部件的状态。例如,在一个实施例中,报告可显示两个车辆座椅已经定位并且驾驶员的座椅已经被加热。
可使用本发明的一个或多个实施例(如上所述)控制的其它非限制性的车辆部件可包括遥控提醒(panic)激活/失活和报警激活/失活。用户也可设置其车辆以激活下面非限制性防盗控制中的一个或多个:设置速度的最大值(例如5英里/小时)、关闭发动机、使车辆逐渐减速、鸣喇叭、闪灯光或关闭车辆启动以防止再启动。
在一些实施例中,车辆121可包括麦克风(例如接收来自车辆内的乘客的语音激活命令)。用户可使用上述的一个或多个实施例从ND 103和/或计算机105远程激活麦克风。而且,可记录由ND 103和/或计算机105接收到的声音或语音。
在一个实施例中,用户也可从ND 103和/或计算机105控制车辆外部对象。例如,ND 103和/或计算机105可用于控制室内环境方面。例如,ND和/或终端可用作车库门打开器。可替代地,装入车辆内的蜂窝通讯模块200可用于控制外部部件(例如车库门)。用户能够从中央仪表台经由按压按钮或在中央仪表台处输入完成该控制。在这个非限制性实施例中,可将一个或多个数据包从蜂窝通讯模块200传送至一个或多个外部部件。数据包可通过服务器101传送用于包括例如个人喜好信息或数据包内的识别信息。例如,服务器101可处理数据库查值以便验证从SIM卡221获得的识别信息并且鉴别数据的传送。
随后,数据包可传送至一个或多个外部部件。一旦运转外部部件,返回信号可传送至ND 103和/或计算机105,该返回信号可包括例如外部部件的状态(例如车库门已经成功打开)。
应该明白,用户也可控制其它外部特征,包括但不限于家庭和炉内灯光。如本领域技术人员所知,能够经由ND界面和Visor栅陷振荡器实现Z波连通性。
尽管已经说明并描述了本发明的实施例,并不意味着这些实施例说明并描述了本发明的所有可能形式。而是,说明书中使用的词汇为说明性词汇而非限制,并且应该明白地是在不脱离本发明的实质和范围下可作多种改变。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于远程控制一个或多个车辆部件的方法,所述方法包含:
通过电信网络接收从漫游无线通讯装置NWCD发出的一个或多个第一信号,所述一个或多个第一信号包括一个或多个远程操作指令,所述操作指令包括至少一个用于远程运转车辆娱乐系统部件的指令;
执行所述一个或多个远程操作指令;
从所述车辆娱乐系统部件接收经由车辆数据总线传送的一个或多个运转状态标志符;
基于所述一个或多个运转状态标志符确定所述车辆娱乐系统部件的运转状态;
生成至少一个第二信号,所述第二信号包括至少一个运转状态消息和至少一个用于在所述NWCD处显示所述运转状态的指令;及
传送所述至少一个第二信号至所述NWCD用于显示。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述远程操作指令包括用于远程操作至少一个其它车辆部件的指令并且所述方法进一步包含执行相关于所述至少一个其它部件的步骤。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个其它部件为音频车辆定位系统。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,依照用户偏好远程操作所述音频车辆定位系统。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个远程操作指令包括至少一个媒体源选择指令并且其中所述至少一个运转状态消息包括远程操作所述选择的媒体源的消息。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述媒体源从包含广播、CD播放器、磁带播放器、DVD播放器和个人媒体播放器的组合中选择。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个远程操作指令包括至少一个音量级别选择指令并且其中所述至少一个运转状态消息包括识别正在播放的一个或多个媒体项目的音量的消息。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述音量级别选择为用户从所述NWCD的预定选择并且所述至少一个音量级别选择指令包括依照所述用户的预定选择播放所述一个或多个媒体项目的指令。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预定音量级别选择是用户设定的选择。
