Description
技术领域
本发明涉及注射器,尤其涉及用于再配制或再水化的注射器。
背景技术
为了对无水疫苗进行再配制,专门数量的稀释剂用于对干缩的疫苗进行再配制,该疫苗提供在通过橡胶隔膜密封的容器中。该隔膜被容纳有稀释剂的注射器的金属针头刺穿,然后该稀释剂被注入到容器中以对该干燥的疫苗进行再配制。然后许多其他注射器(典型地十个)用于再次刺穿该隔膜以抽取正确量的再配置的疫苗用于注射。重复的刺穿易于扯碎该隔膜,这可能导致疫苗的泄漏,和/或可能的污染。可选的是用于注射器的金属针头刺穿隔膜一次,然后该针头留在里面,而分开该注射器本体,以允许更多的注射器本体顺序地附接以将正确量的疫苗抽取到每个注射器中。该可选方案需要手巧和耗时间,并且还冒污染的风险。

发明内容
根据本发明,我们提供了一种注射器,其包括:筒,其具有可滑动和密封地接合在该筒中的活塞,和与该筒集成地形成的刺穿元件,该刺穿元件具有与该筒的远端连通的孔、刺穿部及在其远端的开口,该刺穿元件的远端形成有外锥形部,该外锥形部包括与注射组件相适应的公路厄氏部,处于所述公路厄氏部的预定附接直径远侧的刺穿元件的所述远端的长度选择成使得;在位于标准金属注射器针头上的母路厄氏部到达所述附接直径之前,该刺穿元件的远端接合该标准注射器针头的一部分。
因此,本发明的注射器可以用于再水化目的,刺穿容器的密封并抽取溶液,然后采用路厄氏连接直接连接到注射组件以用于注射溶液。其具有的优点是:其易于使用,并减小了污染的风险。其不能用于通常的注射,因为其不能安装标准的金属注射器针头,这样减小了不正确注射的风险。
注射器筒和刺穿元件可以采用合适的塑料材料模制为一个元件。一种这样的材料是聚丙烯,其具有充分的硬度以制作刺穿部,尽管该刺穿部将退化其用途。该刺穿部将完全不适于刺入人体或动物体的皮肤。
所述刺穿元件的公路厄氏部在合适的附接直径处的锥形角度大约是6°,以安装标准的注射组件。
所述筒在其远端可以具有直径减小部,所述刺穿元件附接到其上。所述刺穿元件的外径有利地稍微小于所述筒的所述直径减小部。然后可将保护帽安装在所述刺穿元件上,并通过所述筒的所述直径减小部保持。

图中示出的注射器包括筒1,一活塞2在筒1中工作,刺穿元件3与筒1一体地形成。

2.根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述注射器筒(1)和刺穿元件(3)模制为一个元件。
