本发明属于食品保鲜技术领域,提供一种优质持久的水果保鲜剂。
技术背景
随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对不同地区不同季节生产的水果的需求量逐渐加大。但易变质水果保鲜期短,不易储存。而人们对难贮存的水果的保鲜贮存和运输提出了越来越高的要求。针对此,不少发明者提供了很多有效的长效保鲜剂和保鲜片的制法和用法。
如《CN101467553水果保鲜剂的制作方法》提供了一种将焦亚硫酸钾与硬脂酸混合,进行加热后,添加入明胶或者淀粉,冷却后得固体保鲜剂的方法。中国专利《CN101133760葡萄保鲜剂》提供了一种主要成分由次氯酸钙、亚硫酸氢钠、活性炭、聚丙烯酸钠、亚氯酸钠、氧化锌、氧化铁、二氧化锰组成,由上述的主要成分经过专门工艺制作就可以得到相应的葡萄保鲜剂的制法。中国专利《CN02131054.8木质素果疏保鲜膜及其保鲜方法》提供了一种木质素果疏保鲜膜及其保鲜方法,先加工出木质素溶液,再与交联剂、壳聚糖、胶原蛋白混合成成膜剂,再喷涂或浸润涂覆在果疏表面,形成保鲜膜,在保存或运输中与供氧装置配合使用。
已有技术在常温或低温保鲜、长效保鲜、运输保鲜方面确实有一定进展。但也存在一些不足,主要为:1、保鲜剂或保鲜膜的释放期较短,保鲜作用不均匀,难以保证效果;2、保鲜剂或保鲜膜制法复杂繁锁;3、制做成本较高,原料来源窄;4、有些原料对人体有危害。
发明内容
基于以上认识,本发明的目的是提供一种水果保鲜剂,该保鲜剂制法简单、成本低廉、使用时操作方便、释放期长、效果均匀。
为达到上述目的,本发明基于如下技术方案:1、加入木质素,为其它药品构筑坚强的、密封性良好的框架结构,使得药品能够均匀缓慢地释放,维持均匀长期保鲜,使桃、梨、葡萄等水果长期保鲜;2、制作简单,涂膜方便。3、不释放出任何对人有害气体,可以长时间与水果混放在一起而不产生任何副作用;4、加入甲壳素,具有减少维生素的损失、净化除异味等作用。

制造方法为:先将咪鲜安、双胍新胺于78℃均匀混合,再将所得物与水、甲壳素于70℃混合,后加入木质素搅拌,冷却至常温即得。该保鲜剂对桃、梨、葡萄等多汁水果具有很好的保鲜效果。
