上半断面完成全断面帷幕注浆隧道施工方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及隧道施工领域,具体为ー种上半断面完成全断面帷幕注浆隧道施エ方法。
背景技术
[0002] 在鉄路“跨越式”发展战略的指引下,我国鉄路工程有了长足的发展,同时随着速度要求越来越高,施工展线严重受到制约,大量隧道工程穿越地质复杂地段。在保证安全的条件下,以投资最少,施工进度最快的施工方法显得尤为重要。在地质特别复杂的地段,帷幕注浆较其他全断面加固的施工方法有着投入少、便于操作、能耗低、施工安全和施エ进度快的优点。
[0003] 全断面帷幕注浆是在整个断面上布孔,通过注浆形成截水帷幕,以阻截地下水渗入,增强地层自稳能力,并加固周围岩体,注浆加固范围为隧道开挖面及开挖轮廓线外一定 范围和一定纵向长度,将岩体加固成ー个柱状,施工时需要将掌子面全部跟进,进行全断面注浆施工,地质复杂地段如何完成全断面注浆,其本身就具有一定的施工难度和施工风险,同时目前由于受到设备选型等限制,距离拱部较高部位无法钻孔,甚至需要搭设台架进行施工,搭设台架和将设备运输至台架上本身也具有一定的困难和施工风险,何况目前国内外快速钻机体积较大,难以运输至台架上,只能采用小型钻进。同时由于受到台架的影响,钻孔孔位布置也受到一定的限制,总之采用现有全断面帷幕注浆进行隧道施工过程中,下半断面跟进、施工较高的止浆墙、搭设钻孔台架、运输钻孔设备等会使得全断面帷幕注浆エ期较长、施工难度増大、施工质量不稳定、存在施工安全隐患等问题。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明为了解决现有复杂地质地段全断面帷幕注浆施工中存在エ期长、施工难度大、施工不安全等问题,提供ー种上半断面完成全断面帷幕注浆隧道施工方法。
[0005] 本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:ー种上半断面完成全断面帷幕注浆隧道施工方法,包括以下施工步骤:
[0006] (I)以开挖断面的1/Γ1/2作为隧道上半断面,首先进行上半断面开挖,然后对上半断面掌子面进行加强支护;
[0007] (2)上半断面临时仰拱施工;
[0008] (3)上半断面止浆墙施工;
[0009] (4)下半断面开挖到位并对上半断面掌子面进行加强支护,下半断面掌子面距离上半断面掌子面距离D控制在9nTl2m之间;
[0010] (5)下半断面止浆墙施工;
[0011] (6)下半断面进行回填,修筑通往上半断面便道;
[0012] (7)布置注浆量测点:
[0013] A、掌子面后方20m范围内每间隔3m布置5个点,其中围岩收敛4个点,拱顶下沉I个点;
[0014] B、止浆墙布置5个点,进行止浆墙位移和变形观測,收敛频率4次/天;
[0015] (8)在上半断面上布设注浆孔:
[0016] 注浆孔的布设范围为:在隧道纵向截面(竖直面)上的最大仰角α为25°〜45°,最大俯角β为30°〜70° ,在隧道横向截面(水平面)上的最大偏角(包括左偏和右偏)为30°飞0°,注浆加固范围B为开挖轮廓线外:T8m,纵向加固长度L为15〜30m,注浆钻孔数量为O. 7〜I. 2个/ Hf (即在一平米的上半断面上平均布设O. 7〜I. 2个注浆孔);本发明可根据注浆孔在隧道纵向截面和横向截面上的最大仰角、最大俯角以及最大偏角确定了注浆孔的布设范围,然后再根据注浆钻孔数量为O. 7^1. 2个/ Hf,在上半断面上钻孔;
[0017] (9)注浆作业,注浆压カ为2. 5倍静水压,根据地质情况确定单孔注浆结束标准,注浆压カ逐步升高至设计终压,并持续注浆10分钟以上,对于吸浆量较大的孔以注浆量作 为控制标准,注衆量不大于2m3/m ·孔;
[0018] (10)超前大管棚施工,采用无工作室管棚施工;所述的无工作室管棚施工技术为现有公知技木,即取消管棚工作间,直接顶入不侵限位置(顶入处利用上循环大管棚受力);
[0019] (11)止浆墙开挖;
[0020] (12)隧道洞身开挖施工;
[0021] 以15nT30m为ー个注浆加固循环段,按照上述步骤不断循环,实现上半断面帷幕注浆隧道的施工。
[0022] 一般情况下,由于前ー注浆加固循环段的注浆孔的仰角和俯角较大,难免会留下注浆盲区7,所以本发明所述的相邻两个注浆加固循环段的搭接长度A为5 nTlOm,即前ー循环加固下一循环的注衆盲区。
[0023] 上述施工过程中,所述上半断面、下半断面的开挖、加强支护、止浆墙施工、上半断面注浆作业及止浆墙开挖、隧道洞身开挖等エ序均为本领域公知技木。所述下半断面止浆墙仅仅作为防止浆液外漏、保证支护封闭成环和文明施工等目的,一般不布置钻孔。
[0024] 本发明所述上半断面帷幕注浆隧道施工方法的核心在于,将隧道的开挖断面分为上半断面和下半断面,分别进行开挖、支护以及止浆墙施作,然后在上半断面特定范围内布设注浆孔,根据设备选型、开孔位置、终孔位置、最大仰角、最大俯角及最大偏角确定上半断面的最小高度,配合本发明所述的注浆作业エ序,采用最小的上台阶完成全断面帷幕注浆施工,本发明通过上半断面注浆完成全断面帷幕注浆施工,形成全断面的截水帷幕,并加固周围岩体,注浆加固范围为隧道开挖面及开挖轮廓线外一定范围和一定纵向长度,通过浆液固结岩体,封堵较大裂隙,达到利于开挖施工的目的。本发明所述施工方法是申请人经过长期实践经验并结合相关理论总结得来的,在实际施工中具有很强的指导意义,已经成功应用在宜万铁路齐岳山隧道施工中,取得了很好的效果。
[0025] 与传统全断面帷幕注浆方法相比,本发明通过在上半断面完成全断面帷幕注浆施エ,可大大降低施工难度、缩短施工周期、保证施工质量,而且施工安全、快速、经济,可广泛适用于隧道施工领域,尤其适用于地质复杂地段。

具体实施方式
[0028] 列举以下工程实例进ー步说明本发明所述的注浆方法:
[0029] 一、工程简介:
[0030] 齐岳山特长隧道地处湖北省利川市城外西偏北23km处,东起野茶乡乐园沟,向北西垂直穿越齐岳山及荆竹园等台地,在百丈沟下真咀出口,进ロ里程DK361+255,出口里程DK371+778,全长10523m,洞身最大埋深670m,全洞单面排水。隧道穿越的地质构造为齐岳山背斜及箭竹溪向斜,地质条件异常复杂,为全线重点和控制性工程。隧道穿越地层中可溶岩约4. 7km,占隧道长度的45%,主要工程地质问题有:岩溶及岩溶高压突水、突泥;煤层瓦
斯、天然气等。齐岳山隧道FlI断层出露在DK365+030〜+145,走向NE35〜45°,倾角50〜70°,物探确定倾角67°,DK365+110〜+340为主断裂带,以发育在Tlj4白云岩为主的硬质可溶岩,与T2bl含钙质成分的页岩,泥岩为主的软弱非可溶岩的交界部位,具有多期性、次级构造发育,岩性成分复杂,胶结松散,岩体破碎,饱和水使岩土性态恶化。断层分为上下盘破碎岩体接触带和核部破碎软弱带,构造裂隙发育,透水性较强;中间核心地带以类似于含碎石粉质黏土或碎石土状的松软物质为主,饱和富水泥质含量大,透水导水能力偏弱。主要地质困难是高压涌水伴局部塌方。破碎的岩体在水的作用下呈流淌状。断层内地下水位标高为1326〜1328m,与隧道高差约260m。隧道处于岩溶弱发育带和岩溶水的深部循环帯,由于岩性间的层间裂隙和大規模的得胜场断裂及其次级构造的影响,深部裂隙水承压性表明其与上部地下水具有水力联系,该段单日正常涌水量为I. I万m3,最大涌水量为11. 4万m3,是齐岳山隧道受水威胁最严重的地段。工程性质表现为围岩強度底,稳定性差,在隧道的施工开挖中将会面临突泥、突水、大型塌方和泥石流等地质灾害。施工难度为国内罕见,被国内隧道专家和同行誉为世界级难题。
[0031] ニ、采用本发明所述方法进行该隧道施工,具体步骤如下:
[0032] (I)以开挖断面的1/Γ1/2作为隧道上半断面,首先进行上半断面开挖,然后对上半断面掌子面I进行加强支护,加强支护采用锚杆、网片和喷射混凝土,锚杆长度不少于上半断面高度的一半或3. 5m,可采用玻璃纤维锚杆;钢筋网片采用采用和隧道主体工程相同规格;喷射混凝土采用C25钢纤维(微纤維)喷射混凝土,厚度不少于50cm,确保掌子面稳定。
[0033] (2)上半断面临时仰拱2施工:
[0034] A、采用挖掘机和装载机清理台阶上虚碴和淤泥;
[0035] B、完善临时排水设施,避免出现浸泡拱脚现象;
[0036] C、对应初期支护每榀钢架施工横向临时仰拱钢架,临时仰拱钢架采用不小于118型钢钢架加工,并设置向下矢跨比为l/2(Tl/16弧度;
[0037] D、施工纵向连接钢筋,连接筋采用Φ22〜Φ32ΗΙΦ335钢筋,横向间距5(T75cm ;
[0038] E、烧筑混凝土,烧筑标号不小于C20混凝土,厚度30cnT50cm,混凝土表面预留临时排水系统。
[0039] (3)上半断面止浆墙3施工:[0040] A、预埋大管棚导向钢管,导向钢管外径采用比管棚大15〜25mm ;
[0041] B、施工模板;
[0042] C、周边和底部预埋注浆导管(止浆墙施工完成后注浆封闭周边用);
[0043] D、采用泵送模筑混凝土 ;
[0044] E、待混凝土强度达到设计强度的75%后拆模、养生。
[0045] (4)下半断面开挖到位并对下半断面掌子面4进行加强支护,下半断面掌子面距离上半断面掌子面距离控制在9nTl2m之间,同时參考上半断面支护方式进行掌子面支护施工。 [0046] (5)下半断面止浆墙5施工,參考上半断面施工エ序施工止浆墙。
[0047] (6)下半断面进行回填,修筑通往上半断面便道;
[0048] (7)布置注浆量测点:
[0049] A、掌子面后方20m范围内每间隔3m布置5个点,其中围岩收敛4个点,拱顶下沉I个点;
[0050] B、止浆墙布置5个点,进行止浆墙位移和变形观測,收敛频率4次/天;
[0051] (8)如图I所述,在上半断面上布设注浆孔6 :注浆孔的布设范围为:在隧道纵向截面上的最大仰角α为25°〜45° ,最大俯角β为30°〜70° ,在隧道横向截面上的最大偏角为30°飞0°,注浆加固范围为开挖轮廓线外:T8m,纵向加固长度15〜30m,注浆钻孔数量为 O. 7〜I. 2 个 / m2 :
[0052] A、按照设计的位置确定钻孔,钻孔位置允许偏差±5cm ;
[0053] B、按照设计的角度进行钻孔,角度允许偏差±0.5° ;
[0054] C、按照设计的深度和钻进方式钻孔,如果采用前打击钻孔,气压控制在O. 7〜I. 2MPa之间,旋转速度10〜20圈/min ;若采用后打击气压控制在O. 8〜I. OMPa之间,旋转速度10〜20圈/min ;
[0055] D、安装孔ロ管和快速止水装置;
[0056] E、成孔。
[0057] (9)注浆作业,注浆压カ为2. 5倍静水压,根据地质情况确定单孔注浆结束标准,注浆压カ逐步升高至设计终压,并持续注浆10分钟以上,对于吸浆量较大的孔以注浆量作为控制标准,注衆量不大于2m3/m ·孔,具体操作如下:
[0058] 注浆施工准备:
[0059] A、确定注浆实施方案,根据围岩成孔性,可采用分段前进式、分段后退式和一次性注浆等方式;
[0060] B、注浆材料以硫铝酸盐水泥单液浆为主(根据采用不同的注浆エ艺可选取不同的注浆浆材,本案例是采用分段前进式注浆),普通水泥-水玻璃双液浆为辅。
[0061] C、试验,确定注浆施工配合比为单液浆:W:C=0. 8:1. 2〜I: I ;双液浆:ff:C=0. 8:1 〜I. 2:1,C:S=1:1。
[0062] D、测量孔内静水压;
[0063] E、根据静水压确定注浆终压,注浆压カ为2. 5倍静水压,本施工中注浆终压カ为6 〜8MPa。
[0064] F、根据地质情况确定单孔注浆结束标准,注浆压カ逐步升高至设计终压,并持续注浆IOmin以上,个别孔吸浆量较大的以注浆量作为控制标准,注浆量不大于2m3/m ·孔;
[0065] 现场注浆施工:
[0066] A、注浆管路联通。
[0067] B、注水试验。
[0068] C、注衆自动记录仪器连接。
[0069] D、浆液拌制。
[0070] E、注浆。
[0071] 在进行钻孔和注浆时,钻孔可采用日本矿研生产的RPD-150C快速钻机,注浆可采用西安探矿机械厂生产的变频高压注浆泵和葫芦岛生产的KBY型注浆泵,利用以上设备并 结合本发明所述的施工方法,大大提高了钻孔和注浆的机械化程度,提高了工效;同时在整个施工过程中,采用注浆自动记录仪器,保证施工精度,进一步提高施工速度。
[0072] 注浆效果检查:
[0073] A、分析法,对注浆过程中的各种资料综合分析,钻孔出水量和注浆量变化是否合理,是否达到设计要求,主要为钻孔出水量及注浆量分析法和P-Q-t曲线法。
[0074] B、检查孔法,按照前方已探明地质情况,真的地质较差范围进行钻孔检查,检查孔数量为注浆孔数量的10%,单孔涌水量不大于21/m. min,孔内摄像时钻孔孔壁光滑不出现塌孔。
[0075] C、堵水率法,根据各个孔在成孔期间的水量情况和注浆后检查孔水量情况进行对比分析,堵水率必须大于95%。
[0076] 综合以上几种效果检查及评定方法分析,本循环在注浆施工过程中所有注浆孔都达到设计的注浆压力,随着由外及内的注浆施工,孔内出水量明显的减小,涌水裂隙得到有效封堵,松散地层也得到改良。在检查孔钻设过程中钻进速度较快,未出现卡钻现象,且检查孔出水量都达到设计标准,成孔性较好,注浆对破碎地层起到很明显的固结改良,满足开挖施工要求,待超前大管棚支护完成后,可以按照设计要求进行开挖施工。在开挖施工过程中加强超前探孔及围岩量测,严格控制开挖长度。
[0077] ( 10)超前大管棚施工,选择围岩较好地段为管棚搭接段落,采用无工作室管棚施工,参考注浆孔施工要求进行钻孔和注浆施工。
[0078] (11)止浆墙开挖:
[0079] A、各种注浆设备移动至安全距离范围内;
[0080] B、根据实际也可采用机械拆除和控制爆破的方法进行止浆墙拆除施工。
[0081] (12)隧道洞身开挖施工:可根据设计要求,采用现有多种的开挖方法进行开挖施工,同时做好超前地质预报。
[0082] 以15nT30m为一个注浆加固循环段,按照上述步骤不断循环,实现上半断面帷幕注浆隧道的施工,同时相邻两个注浆加固循环段的搭接长度为5 nTlOm。
