技术领域
本发明涉及一种开卷机金属驱动卷筒轴。
技术背景
开卷机是金属板材校平的专用设备,用于校平线钢板、不平整板可根据相关配置组成开卷、校平、剪切生产线和其它板材制品生产线。适用于机械、车辆、金属制品家用电器、钢构、装饰等行业,在传统的开卷机中,开卷机金属驱动卷筒轴没有采取防护,在工作过程中会产生噪音,同时板料经过驱动卷筒轴时会与其发生摩擦,降低了开卷板料的表面质量。
发明内容
本发明提供一种及能降低噪音同时又能提高开卷板料表面质量的开卷机金属驱动卷筒轴。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种开卷机金属驱动卷筒轴,包括机架、开卷机驱动卷筒轴以及数根传动卷筒轴,其特征在于:在所述开卷机驱动卷筒轴中间段粘贴海绵。
采用本发明在开卷机驱动卷筒轴中间段粘贴海绵,这样不仅使得开卷板料与开卷机驱动卷筒轴接触时不产生噪音,同时也保证了开卷板料的表面质量。

参见附图,一种开卷机金属驱动卷筒轴,包括机架1、开卷机驱动卷筒轴2以及数根传动卷筒轴3,开卷机驱动卷筒轴中间段粘贴海绵4。
当开卷机工作时,开卷板料与开卷机驱动卷筒轴2接触时不产生噪音,同时也保证了开卷板料的表面质量。
