Abstract

本发明涉及一种连接器组件,其包括一个母组件和一个与该母组件配合的公组件。该母组件包括一个插槽。该公组件包括一个收容槽、一个与该插槽相配合且可活动的接插件、至少一个弹性件及一个固设于该收容槽上的挡止件。该公组件可转动地与该母组件连接。该至少一个弹性件收容于该接插件和该挡止件之间且分别抵持该接插件与该挡止件。上述连接器组件,将弹性件设置在该接插件和该挡止件之间,在该接插件插入插槽时也可以起到缓冲作用,使接插件及插槽使用寿命更长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器组件。
背景技术
随着电子产品的不断发展,很多电子产品上使用连接器来实现电连接,在现有的连接器组件中,公组件和母组件之间大多采用直接插拔的方式连接。但随着电子产品多样化的需求,在公组件和母组件之间不是采用直接插拔的方式连接的情况下,公组件和母组件上的接触部采用硬插拔,导致不容易组装而且接触部的使用寿命也容易缩短。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种容易组装而且使用寿命长的连接器组件。
一种连接器组件,其包括一个母组件和一个与该母组件配合的公组件。该母组件包括一个插槽。该公组件包括一个收容槽、一个与该插槽相配合且可活动的接插件、一个增强板、至少一个弹性件及一个固设于该收容槽内的挡止件。该公组件可转动地与该母组件连接。该挡止件的基板上设有至少一个凸柱,该至少一个弹性件套设在该至少一个凸柱上且收容于该增强板和该挡止件的基板之间并分别抵持该增强板与该挡止件的基板,该插接件设置于该增强板远离该至少一弹性件的一侧,该至少一个凸柱完全位于该挡止件的基板与该增强板之间的空间内。
与现有技术相比,上述连接器组件,将弹性件设置在该接插件和该挡止件之间,在该接插件插入插槽时该弹性件可以起到调整位置及缓冲的作用,容易组装而且不容易损坏该接插件及该插槽。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的连接器组件做进一步的说明,举以下实施方式并配合附图进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,一种连接器组件10,其包括一个母组件11和一个与该母组件11配合的公组件12。
该母组件11包括一个本体111、一个与该本体111固接的盖板112、一个设置于该本体111上的第一电路板113及一个与该第一电路板113电性连接的插槽114。
该盖板112上对应该插槽114开设一个第一开口112a,该盖板112通过紧配合固接该本体111上后使该插槽114从该第一开口112a露出。该盖板112的一端设置有两个卡合槽112b。可以理解,该盖板112与该本体111固定连接的方式不限于本实施方式中的紧配合。
该公组件12包括一个收容槽121、一个与该插槽114相配合的接插件122、一个第二电路板123、一个增强板124、两个弹性件125及一个挡止件126。
该收容槽121上与该母组件11相对的一个侧壁121a上设有一个第二开口121b及两个与该卡合槽112b配合的旋转部121c。每个旋转部121c的两侧分别设有两个凸柱121d,每个卡合槽112b设有两个与该凸柱121d配合的凹槽112c。通过该凸柱121d与该凹槽112c的配合使该公组件12可沿该凸柱121d的轴向转动,从而实现该公组件12与该母组件11的转动连接。
该接插件122与该第二电路板123电性连接。该增强板124与该第二电路板123固定连接。
请一并参阅图2,该挡止件126设有两个凸柱126a,该两个弹性件125分别套设在该两个凸柱126a上。如此,可使该弹性件125不易变形或移位。该挡止件126将该增强板124、该第二电路板123及该接插件122顺次固设于该收容槽121的侧壁121a上,使该弹性件125收容于增强板124和该挡止件126之间且分别抵持该增强板124和该挡止件126,并且该接插件122从该第二开口121b露出。
请一并参阅图3及图4,在公组件12向母组件11旋转使接插件122插入插槽114时,该弹性件125可以起到调整位置及缓冲的作用,容易组装而且不容易损坏该接插件122及该插槽114。
本实施方式中,该第一电路板113及该第二电路板123均为柔性电路板,如此可以增加弹性,不易损坏。
本实施方式中,每个弹性件125均为压缩螺旋弹簧。
可以理解,该母组件11和该公组件12的本身也可以不带有两个电路板,而是与两个外部电路连接,实现两个外部电路之间的信号传输。
上述连接器组件,将弹性件设置在该接插件和该挡止件之间,在该接插件插入插槽时该弹性件可以起到调整位置及缓冲的作用,容易组装而且不容易损坏该接插件及该插槽。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种连接器组件,其包括一个母组件和一个与该母组件配合的公组件,该母组件包括一个插槽,该公组件包括一个与该插槽相配合且可活动的接插件,其特征在于:该公组件与该母组件可转动地连接,该公组件还包括一个收容槽、一个增强板、至少一个弹性件及一个固设于该收容槽上的挡止件,该挡止件的基板上设有至少一个凸柱,该至少一个弹性件套设在该至少一个凸柱上且收容于该增强板和该挡止件的基板之间并分别抵持该增强板与该挡止件的基板,该插接件设置于该增强板远离该至少一弹性件的一侧,该至少一个凸柱完全位于该挡止件的基板与该增强板之间的空间内。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:该母组件包括至少一个卡合槽,该收容槽上设有至少一个与该卡合槽转动连接的旋转部。
3.如权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:该收容槽上开设一个开口,该接插件从该开口露出。
4.如权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:该挡止件还包括与该基板连接的四个侧壁,该至少一个凸柱位于该基板与该四个侧壁围成的容置空间内。
5.如权利要求4所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:该至少一个弹性件的数量为二,该至少一个凸柱的数量也为二。
6.如权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:该至少一个弹性件为压缩螺旋弹簧。
