Abstract

本发明属于治疗泌尿系统疾病的中药领域。
背景技术
目前的用于治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药方面，存在两个方面的不足：一是效果不够明显，二是见效比较迟缓，以致于大批慢性前列腺炎患者因长期得不到有效药物的治疗，经常出现排尿异常——尿频、尿急、尿道灼热、尿不尽，以及尿道口“滴白”、前列腺区域疼痛，迁延不愈，非常痛苦，日久常并发膀胱炎、血尿等症状。患者及其家属很不满意。
针对以上提出的问题，本发明提供一种治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药，它能解决以往此类中药效果不够明显，见效比较迟缓的问题，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
发明内容
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
1、一种治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药，采用中药原料制备，配方为(按重量比)：
天花粉5——15份 当归6——18份 灵芝6——18份
地黄6——18份 三七3——9份 萹蓄5——15份
车前子5——15份
这种治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将灵芝用水提醇沉法提取灵芝多糖，工艺流程如下：将灵芝破碎成颗粒状，过40目筛→用1∶20的热水(95℃)浸提→浸提液减压、浓缩→用3倍体积的95％乙醇混合、静置10-12小时、离心→加75％的乙醇，沉淀多糖→烘干得灵芝多糖提取物细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将天花粉、当归、地黄、萹蓄、车前子经常规水提取工艺提取，制成提取物浸膏细粉；
(3)按上述重量比，将三七研成细粉，与上述(1)、(2)两种提取物细粉混合，搅拌均匀，制成中药颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂。
本发明根据民间传统配方，根据中医扶正培本、活血化瘀的理论，精心研制而成。方中灵芝、地黄扶正培本，益气养血，增强免疫力，抗炎灭菌；当归、三七养血活血、化瘀止痛；伍以天花粉清热生津，消肿生肌；萹蓄、车前子利尿通淋，善治膀胱热淋，淋漓涩痛。诸药配伍，相得益彰，共奏扶正培本，益气养血，活血化瘀，利尿通淋之功，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
具体实施方式
通过以下实施方式对本发明做具体说明：
1、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
天花粉50克 当归60克 灵芝60克
地黄60克 三七30克 萹蓄50克
车前子50克
按规定重量，用水提醇沉法将灵芝进行提取；用常规水提取工艺将天花粉、当归、地黄、萹蓄、车前子提取，共制成提取物细粉66克，将三七研成细粉，与上述提取物细粉混合，搅拌均匀，制成细小颗粒，装入0号胶囊，制成中药胶囊342粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
2、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
天花粉100克 当归120克 灵芝120克
地黄120克 三七60克 萹蓄100克
车前子100克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊685粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
3、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
天花粉150克 当归180克 灵芝180克
地黄180克 三七90克 萹蓄150克
车前子150克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊1028粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
4、取以下配方(按重量比)：
天花粉5份 当归6份 灵芝6份
地黄6份 三七3份 萹蓄5份
车前子5份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
5、取以下配方(按重量比)：
天花粉12份 当归16份 灵芝16份
地黄16份 三七7份 萹蓄12份
车前子12份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
临床资料：
本发明以慢性前列腺炎为例，经6例临床观察。选择中医诊断慢性前列腺炎为标准：男性肢软乏力，身体虚弱，排尿异常——尿频、尿急、尿道灼热、排尿无力、尿不尽；尿道口“滴白”，前列腺区域——会阴部、肛门、耻骨上下区域疼痛。如上症状，即可确诊。在确诊观察的对象中，全部为男性，无其它严重疾病，年龄为27岁-41岁，平均年龄36.3岁。
疗效判定：
1、显效：体质增强，身上有劲；尿频、尿急、尿道灼热、尿不尽明显缓解；尿道口“滴白”现象明显减少或消失，前列腺区域疼痛显著缓解。
2、有效：体质增强，身上有劲；尿频、尿急、尿不尽有所缓解，前列腺区域疼痛有所减轻。
3、无效：病症无变化。
临床实验时，停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用本发明中药胶囊，观察3个月，为一个疗程。服用方法：每日2次，每次4粒胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克，饭后温开水送服，1个月后症状即有缓解，服用3个月后，症状明显改善。临床实验的6人中，显效3人，有效2人，无效1人，总有效率83.3％。

1.一种治疗慢性前列腺炎的中药，其特征是：它是以下列重量比的组分制成的：天花粉5——15份，当归6——18份，灵芝6——18份，地黄6——18份，三七3——9份，萹蓄5——15份，车前子5——15份。
