按照质量份数:活性炭10〜80% ;水泥10〜80% ;砂0〜40% ;水20〜40%。

(3)成型:将粉料置于钢模中,用压制成型的方式制成各种形状的坯体;或用浇注成 型的方式将浆料倒入各种模具中捣实,凝固后制成坯体;
(4)养护:将上述成型并凝固好的坯体放在水中养护28天;

利用市售32. 5R硅酸盐水泥、市售椰子壳活性炭粉末、建筑硅砂为原料制备活性炭水 泥复合材料。其原料配方如下:椰壳活性炭47%,水泥40%,硅砂13% ;外加水20% 制备步骤:
a) 混料:先将建筑硅砂通过20目筛备用。再按上述的配比称各种原料,投入混料 机中,混勻。
