技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
急性阑尾炎是外科常见病，居各种急腹症的首位。转移性右下腹痛及阑尾点压痛、反跳痛为其常见临床表现，但是急性阑尾炎的病情变化多端。其临床表现为持续伴阵发性加剧的右下腹痛，恶心呕吐，多数病人白细胞和嗜
中性白细胞计数增高。而右下腹阑尾区(麦氏点)压痛，则是该病重要的一个体征。
目前对急性阑尾炎的治疗主要有手术治疗和非手术治疗治疗两种类型。手术治疗即采用外科手术将阑尾去除；非手术治疗多采用抗生素及止痛药进行治疗。由于当急性阑尾炎处在早期单纯性炎症阶段时，一旦炎症吸收消退，阑尾能恢复正常，也不再反复，因此阑尾不必切除，可采用非手术治疗，促使阑尾炎症及早消失。因此非手术治疗在急性阑尾炎的治疗中占有较大比例。由于采用抗生素治疗往往有些病人会产生过敏反应，因此给急性阑尾炎的非手术治疗带来较大的困难。
发明内容
为解决抗生素等药物在急性阑尾炎非手术治疗过程中存在的技术缺陷，本发明提供一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药组合物。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：金银花30-50，蒲公英15-25，大黄15-25，牡丹皮12-20，生甘草5-15，冬瓜仁25-35。
本发明提供的原料药物中：
金银花，其味甘、寒，归肺、胃经。具有清热解毒功效；
蒲公英，其味甘，微苦，寒。具有清热解毒，消肿散结功效；
大黄，其性味苦，寒，归胃经、大肠经、肝经、脾经。具有攻积滞、清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒功效；
牡丹皮，其味苦、辛，微寒，归心、肝、肾经。具有清热凉血、活血散瘀功效；
生甘草，其性味甘，平，归心、肺、脾、胃经。具有补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药功效；
冬瓜仁，其性味甘，凉，入足厥阴经。具有益气、利水道、去淡水、治肠痈功效。
上述中药组合物的服用方法是将上述中药组合物采用传统煎制中药的方法煎取药汁，每日早中晚三次服用，一日一副。在煎制过程中，注意要将大黄放在最后加入。
本发明提供的治疗急性阑尾炎的中药组合物，原料易得、治疗效果显著，无副作用显现。是替代抗生素等药物治疗急性阑尾炎的较好选择。
下面结合具体病例对本发明效果做进一步说明。
病例1
男，25岁，症状：转移性右下腹痛，并伴有恶心、呕吐等胃肠道症状。经诊断为急性阑尾炎。
服用本发明提供中药组合物一天，痛感减轻，连续服用一周，症状消失。
病例2
男，38岁，症状：2008年6月疼痛发于脐周和上腹部，开始痛不甚严重，位置不固定，呈阵发性，数小时后，腹痛转移并固定在右下腹部，痛呈持续性加重。经诊断为急性阑尾炎。
服用本发明提供中药组合物一天，痛感减轻，连续服用2周恢复正常，至今无复发。
病例3
女，32岁，病人来诊时弯腰行走，双手按在右下腹部，由剧烈痛感。经检查排除宫外孕和卵巢滤泡破裂等疾病，诊断为急性阑尾炎。
服用本发明提供中药组合物一周后恢复正常。

一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药组合物，该中药组合物是采用下列重量的原料药物组合而成：金银花40g，蒲公英20g，大黄20g，牡丹皮15g，生甘草10g，冬瓜仁30g。

一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药组合物，该中药组合物是采用下列重量的原料药物组合而成：金银花30g，蒲公英25g，大黄15g，牡丹皮20g，生甘草5g，冬瓜仁35g。
实施例3
一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药组合物，该中药组合物是采用下列重量的原料药物组合而成：金银花50g，蒲公英15g，大黄25g，牡丹皮12g，生甘草15g，冬瓜仁25g。

一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药组合物，该中药组合物是采用下列重量的原料药物组合而成：金银花35g，蒲公英22g，大黄18g，牡丹皮14g，生甘草12g，冬瓜仁28g。
