Claims (5)
- 流化床粉煤气化与固体热载体热解耦合气油联产装置,其特征在于:包括流化床粉煤气化炉(1)以及与流化床粉煤气化炉(1)粗煤气出口相连通的旋风除尘器(2),经旋风除尘器(2)后的粗煤气由旋风除尘器(2)的上端排出,旋风除尘器(2)下料口与分流器(3)连接,高温循环半焦经过分流器(3)分流,一路经混合器(6)进入热解反应器(7)作为热载体与煤进行热解形成半焦进入流化床粉煤气化炉(1),另一路直接返回流化床粉煤气化炉(1),所述的混合器(6)上还连接有星形给料器(5)及输入干煤粉的煤仓(4),经热解反应器(7)热解后的煤气和焦油蒸气从热解反应器(7)上侧部引出,经环流式旋风除尘器(8)后的半焦细粉进入半焦收集系统,热解煤气和焦油蒸气进入气体冷却器(9)内冷却,冷凝下来的焦油和水进入分离器(10)内分离出焦油,热解煤气经冷却器(9)上端排出。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的流化床粉煤气化与固体热载体热解耦合气油联产装置,其特 征在于:所述的来自煤仓(4)的温度为80°C、粒径小于6mm的干粉煤和来自旋风除尘器(2) 分离出的950°C的高温半焦,分别由星形给料器(5)和分流器(3)控制加料量在混合器(6) 中快速均勻混合后入热解反应器(7)。
- 3.根据权利要求1所述的流化床粉煤气化与固体热载体热解耦合气油联产装置,其特 征在于:所述的环流式旋风除尘器采用两级环流式旋风除尘器(8)。
- 4. 一种基于权利要求1所述的流化床粉煤气化与固体热载体热解耦合气油联产装置 的气油联产方法,其特征在于:流化床粉煤气化炉(1)的高温循环半焦采用双回路控制,一 路进入热解反应器(7)作为热载体与煤进行热解形成半焦进入流化床粉煤气化炉(1),另 一路直接返回流化床粉煤气化炉(1)。
- 5.根据权利要求4所述的流化床粉煤气化与固体热载体热解耦合气油联产方法,其特 征在于:将旋风除尘器(2)直接与流化床粉煤气化炉(1)的粗煤气出口连接形成高温半焦 循环系统,旋风除尘器(2)下料口与分流器(3)连接,高温循环半焦经过分流器(3)分流, 一路进入热解反应器(7)作为热载体与煤进行热解形成半焦进入流化床粉煤气化炉(1), 另一路直接返回流化床粉煤气化炉(1);来自煤仓(4)的温度为80°C、粒径小于6mm的干粉煤和来自旋风除尘器(2)分离的 950°C的高温半焦,分别由星形给料器(5)和分流器(3)控制加料量,按一定的比例在混合 器(6)中均勻混合后入热解反应器(7);在热解反应器(7)中煤粉在520°C条件下快速热解,热解煤气和焦油蒸气从热解反应 器(7)上侧部引出,经过两级环流式旋风除尘器(8)除尘分出半焦细粉,进入半焦回收系 统;经过环流式旋风除尘器(8)除尘后,热解煤气和焦油蒸气进入气体冷却器(9)内冷却, 冷凝下来的焦油和水进入分离器(10)内分离出焦油。
