Abstract

Description
具有优良强度和延性的拉拔用线材及其制造方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及具有优良强度和延性的拉拔用线材及其制造方法,所述线材用于轮胎 帘布、钢丝绳、钢琴丝、桥用钢丝等;更具体地,涉及通过将C含量控制在合适的范围并同时 加入Si和Cr以使珠光体片层状组织成为细小珠光体微观组织而具有高强度和高延性的拉 拔用线材及其制造方法。
背景技术
[0002] 一般而言,有如下三种已知的制造高强度拉拔用线材的方法。
[0003] 第一,可通过向钢基中加入大量强化元素而增强钢基的强度。碳(C)是所述强化 元素的代表性实例。所需线材的强度随着C含量从亚共析区增加至共析区以及从共析区增 加至过共析区而不断增加。
[0004] C含量的增加导致所述线材内硬质渗碳体分数的增加,并使珠光体组织的层间隙 变得紧密,从而改善了钢材的强度。
[0005] 第二,通过对轧制线材进行拉拔和热处理并最终将所述轧制线材加工为线材而制 备拉拔用线材。在这种情况下,可对所述轧制线材进行固化以显著改善其强度。由于在所 述线材加工中珠光体组织的层间隙变得细密,应变硬化系数增加,并且累积了势能,因此可 对所述线材进行固化。
[0006] 第三,与上述方法无关地,可通过增强材料的拉丝应变而增强线材的强度。此处, 材料的拉丝应变与材料的延性紧密相关。如果材料在拉拔时不断裂,则可容易地处理所述 钢材并可有利地改善线材强度。
[0007] 然而,上述操作并非独立地进行,而是相互关联,从而使线材强度发生变化。因此, 由于各个操作的参数都受到独立的控制,所以上述方法对于强度的改善具有局限性。
[0008] 此外,当只是加入大量合金元素来增强线材强度时,线材的延性可能很差,从而在 轧制操作后的制造过程中断裂。此外,增加C含量可改善线材的强度,但更会导致线材延性 的下降。
发明内容

[0010] 本发明旨在解决本领域的问题,因此本发明的一个目标是提供一种通过将C含量 控制在合适的范围并同时加入Si和Cr以使珠光体片层状组织成为细小珠光体微观组织而 具有高强度和高延性的拉拔用线材。

具体实施方式
[0019] 为增加常规拉拔用线材的强度,通常向钢板中加入大量的碳。基于这一事实,发明 人充分研究了碳含量和拉拔用线材的强度之间的关系,得出下面的结论。
[0020] 线材的强度随碳(C)含量从亚共析区增加至过共析区而增加。图1是说明线材的 抗张强度和断面收缩率相对于碳(C)含量的图表。如图1所示,当C含量增加至一个固定 的C含量水平时,难以再期望线材强度的改善,线材强度不再增强,甚或由于断面收缩率小 而下降。
[0021] 因此,为确保拉拔用线材的强度和延性,可将C含量调整至可确保线材断面收缩 率而又不需继续增加C含量的含量水平,并同时加入其他合金元素,特别是Si和Cr,以使珠 光体的片层状组织成为细小珠光体微观组织。
[0022] 下面更详细地描述本发明一个示例性实施方案的钢板中的组分的组成范围。在整 篇说明书中,示例性具体实施方案中所用的术语“百分比(% )”都是指“重量% ”,另有指明 的除外。

[0024] 碳(C)是确保钢强度的核心元素。就此而言,当C含量超过1. 0%时,钢的断面收 缩率(RA)下降,从而不可能期望通过拉拔操作来改善钢的强度,而当C含量小于0. 87%时, 难以确保所需的钢强度。因此,需要将C含量限定为0. 87-1. 0%。
[0025]锰(Mn) :0· 1-0. 6%
[0026] 锰(Mn)是一种可有效增强钢的淬硬性但会造成严重中心偏析的元素。就此而言, 当Mn含量超过0. 6%时,Mn很可能引起低温组织的形成。相反,当Mn含量低于0. 时, 无法充分显示出Mn的添加效果。因此,需要将Mn含量限定为0. 1-0. 6%。
[0027]硅(Si) :0· 3-1. 0%
[0028] 除组分Cr以外,硅(Si)也是一种在本发明中起极其重要作用的元素。C的作用是 随着其含量的增加而增强钢的强度,但会导致钢的断面收缩率下降,这似乎是对钢强度改
4善的限制。此外,C还用于在超过过共析的组成范围时沉淀粗的先共析渗碳体,其在拉拔过 程中提供主要的裂纹萌生位置。Si的加入虽然不利于在过共析组成范围内形成先共析渗碳 体,但可通过溶液强化而增强钢的强度。
[0029] 由于Si在炼钢过程中用作脱氧剂,因此钢中含有微量的Si。当加入的Si的含 量低于0.3%时,不能有效改善钢的强度和延性。然而,当加入的Si的含量超过1.0%时, 会严重破坏片层状铁素体的延性,从而降低钢丝的可拉拔性。因此,需要将Si含量限定为 0. 3-1. 0%。
[0030]铬(Cr) :0· 1-0. 5%
[0031] 除组分Si以外,铬(Cr)也是一种在本发明中起极其重要作用的元素。Cr的作用 是通过使珠光体的片层状组织成为细小珠光体微观组织而改善钢的强度和延性。当Cr的 含量低于0. 时,珠光体的片层状组织不能完全成为细小珠光体微观组织,而当Cr的含 量超过0.5%时,常温下珠光体的转变速度很慢,从而对钢的生产率产生负面影响。因此,需 要将Cr含量限定为0. 1-0.5%。
[0032]硅(Si) +铬(Cr) :0. 6-1. 2%
[0033] 同时加入Si和Cr组分是有效的。此处,当加入的组分Si和Cr的重量之和为 0. 6-1. 2%时,钢的强度和延性改善。当Si+Cr的含量小于0. 6%时,钢的强度不怎么改善, 而当Si+Cr的含量超过1. 2%时,钢的延性可能降低。因此,需要将Si+Cr的含量限定为 0. 6-1. 2%。

[0036] 此外,满足上述组成范围相关要求的线材还可包含镍(Ni)。Ni的作用是改善线材 的强度和延性,因为它可通过驱动一个或多个渗碳体的滑移系而促进拉拔过程中渗碳体的 塑性变形。当Ni的含量低于0. 3%时,线材的强度和延性与不含Ni但满足上述组成范围相 关要求的线材相比无明显改变。因此,所述线材需要包含0.3%或更多的附。相反,当M的 含量超过1. 0%时,昂贵的Ni的添加对强度和延性的改善不显著,因此是不经济的。因此, 所用的Ni的含量可更优选为0. 3-1.0%。

[0048] 如下表1所列,可看出对比钢1-6的线材的抗张强度为1119_1249MPa,并且除对比 钢1以外,它们的断面收缩率都为30%或更低。对于对比钢1,可看出该线材由于C含量低 (0.82重量%),因而具有高断面收缩率,但由于钢的强度非常低(1119MPa),因而不适合作 为高强度钢。
[0049] 相反,可看出发明钢1-5的抗张强度为1300MPa或更高,并且断面收缩率为30% 或更高。比较发明钢1与对比钢4,可看出发明钢的抗张强度随着Si含量的增加而增加了 121Mpa,并且断面收缩率也增加了 6. 6 %。图2是说明除0. 92重量%的C以外还加入Cr和 Si的拉拔用线材的抗张强度和断面收缩率的图表。在图2中,最右侧的柱形图表示发明钢 1的抗张强度和断面收缩率。
