Abstract
The invention discloses a report template customizing system, which comprises a client, a report template server and a data server, wherein the client is used for sending a report template customizing instruction, a report filling instruction, a report browsing instruction and a report printing instruction, filling a report, browsing the report, printing the report, managing and maintaining the report template customizing system; the report template server is used for customizing and verifying the report template and forwarding the report consisting of the report template and the original data which are acquired from the data server to the client; and the data server is used for storing the system information of the report template customizing system, the original data and the report template. The report template customizing system can flexibly design the required report template according to all parts of the report template stored individually, so that the management efficiency of a user is improved, cost is saved and the report template customizing system can be widely applied in all aspects of application reports.

Technical Field
The invention relates to report customization technology, in particular to a report template customization system.
Background
At present, people can hardly leave the use of the report in production and life, and how to use the report has important significance. Generally, a report consists of a header, a body and a footer. The report template design module is used for placing header information and tail information sent by the header and tail design module in the header and tail positions of a blank report template, placing main unit cells sent by the main unit cell design module in the main column and the guest column, and forming data unit cells at all crossed positions of each row and each column contained in the main column and the guest column to finish the design of the report template; and sending the report template to a checking module.
The checking module is used for checking the report template sent by the report template design module, so that the data cells in the report template can be uniquely mapped to a preset data from the data server; and sending the components of the report template passing the verification to a data server for storage.
And the report template application module is used for acquiring a report template and original data corresponding to the report filling instruction, the report browsing instruction or the report printing instruction from the data server according to the report filling instruction, the report browsing instruction or the report printing instruction sent by the client, and transmitting the corresponding report formed by the acquired report template and the original data to the client.
And the main body cell management module is used for adding, deleting, modifying, merging and splitting the main body cells and recording the quoted information of the main body cells.
And the report template modifying module is used for modifying the report template sent by the report template designing module.
In summary, the report template customization system of the present invention can store each component of the report template as an independent element in a table form, so that the main body cells, the data cells and the original data can be reused at will, and thus, a user can flexibly customize a required report template according to actual needs, and the report template structure is easy to modify, thereby improving the user management efficiency and saving the labor cost.

The report template application module 25 is configured to obtain, according to the report filling instruction, the report browsing instruction, or the report printing instruction sent by the client 1, a report template and original data corresponding to the report filling instruction, the report browsing instruction, or the report printing instruction from the data server 3, and forward the report template and the original data to the client 1 after forming a corresponding report.
And the main body cell management module 26 is configured to add, delete, modify, merge, and split the main body cells, and record the referred information of the main body cells.
And the report template modifying module 27 is configured to modify the report template sent by the report template designing module 23.
In practical application, the report template is very simple to modify, and only the position of the main body cell needs to be adjusted according to needs.
In the invention, the filling report specifically comprises the following steps: the report template application module 23 searches for matching data in the original data storage table of the data server 3 according to a report filling instruction sent by the client 1 and according to a mapping relation between a data cell and a data cell description field in a report to be filled, and inserts a new data record into the original data storage table if no matching data exists; if the matching data exists, the matching data is modified into user filling data.
In the invention, the browsing report specifically comprises: the report template application module 23 combines the matching header information, the tail information and the main unit cell description field found from the report structure information table into a matching report template according to the report browsing instruction sent by the client 1 and the mapping relationship between the header and header information, the mapping relationship between the tail and tail information and the mapping relationship between the main unit cell and the main unit cell description field of the report template corresponding to the report to be browsed; and searching matched data from the original data storage table according to the mapping relation between the data cell in the report required to be browsed and the data cell description field, and displaying the matched data in the corresponding data cell of the matched report template.
In the invention, the process of printing the report forms is the same as the process of browsing the report forms.
Here, the determination of the mapping relationship between the header and header information, the mapping relationship between the footer and footer information, and the mapping relationship between the data cell and the data cell description field in the data server are also the prior art, and are not described here again.
