【技术领域】
[0001] 本发明涉及太阳能电池组件的测试技术,尤其涉及太阳能电池组件成型后透光层 的透射率测试技术。
【背景技术】
[0002] 晶体硅太阳能电池组件是目前全球市场上最主流的太阳能电池组件产品。其市场 占有率在70%以上,并且其产能仍在迅速的增长。国内制造晶体硅太阳能组件技术已较为 成熟,并具有上游材料充足,人力成本低廉等优势,因此国内的晶体硅太阳能组件制造业发 展壮大及其迅速。2009年的全球生产的太阳能组件中,中国企业生产的组件占据了约40% 的份额。2009全球十大组件生产厂商中的中国厂商有四个。
[0003] 晶体硅太阳能组件通常由透光玻璃、EVA、太阳能电池片、EVA及TPT组成,这几种 材料依次从上向下排序层叠,然后经过层压、高温固化及冷却工艺形成太阳能组件的层压 件,最后再在其四周安装铝边框以提高其坚固程度并使其易于安装,最后将导线引出,即完 成了太阳能组件的制作。其中,透光玻璃和EVA就是太阳能电池组件的表面透光材料。
[0004] 在太阳能电池组件的生产过程中,透光玻璃及EVA的透射率直接影响到电池组件 的转换效率。太阳能电池组件在使用过程中,太阳光直接照射在透光玻璃的表面,经过由透 光玻璃和EVA复合成的透光层透射后到达太阳能电池片的表面,由太阳能电池片完成光电 转换的过程,然后再通过导线将产生的电能导出。透光玻璃和EVA的透射率越高,则就有更 多的光能到达太阳能电池表面,从而使得整块组件具有更高的光电转换效率。因此,在太阳 能电池生产过程中必须对每一批透光玻璃和EVA的透射率进行测试,以保证太阳能电池组 件的光电转换效率。
[0005] 目前,在太阳能电池生产行业中,测试透光玻璃和EVA的透射率方法是分别测试 两种材料在使用前的透射率,但这种测试方法存在如下缺陷:
[0006] 第一,在分别测试透光玻璃和EVA透射率的过程中,这两种材料的光学介质均为 空气,而太阳能电池组件成型后,透光玻璃的光学介质为一面空气,另一面是EVA;而EVA的 光学介质为一面玻璃,另一面是晶体硅太阳能电池片,不同的光学介质其折射率不同,导致 光线在不同介质之间的传输路径不同,现有的测试方法与实际应用的不符,必然会造成测 试结果的不准确。
[0007] 第二,太阳能电池的透光材料层存在光透射的微结构,在电池层压件制作中,EVA 需要经过加热熔化,使之与透光玻璃表面完全贴合,其接触面也会产生微结构,这种微结构 对光线的透射会产生影响,而现有的测试方法是分别测试出透光玻璃和EVA的透射率,并 未考虑这一团素。
[0008] 第三,EVA在太阳能电池组件的制作工艺中会脱水,改变其分子内部成分及结构, 从而会改变它的光学性质,采用传统方法只能测试未经过该过程处理的EVA的透射率,并 不能得到该材料对于电池组件光学性能影响的准确结果。【发明内容】
[0009] 本发明的目的是提供一种电池组件透光层透射率的模拟测试装置,通过这一装置 可以更真实地测试电池组件成型后的透光玻璃与EVA复合层的透射率,能准确地模拟太阳 能组件透光层在300-1200nm波长范围内对组件光透射率的影响。

[0012] 本发明的有益效果是,准确地模拟了组件表面的光透射过程,对透射材料即玻璃 和EVA复合层的透射率进行了准确的测量,有效地避免了传统分别测试玻璃和EVA的方法 的不足。本发明通过严格地模拟组件结构,得到了与实际应用时相同的光学介质材料,避免 了因为光学介质材料不符造成的测试结果不准确的现象;同时,可变形材料EVA的表面微 结构也与实际应用时完全相符,充分考虑了由于表面微结构造成的光线反射或散射,减小 了测试误差;本发明可以有效的监督组件的制作工艺对EVA材料透射率的影响,有助于监 管和改进组件制作工艺。本发明的应用,对于透光材料的质量检验及组件制作工艺的控制 均有很大的指导意义。

[0020] 第一步,准备基准光电探测器a和待测光电探测器bl2,它们都是对300-1200nm波 长均有具特征性的光电响应的探测器,基准光电探测器a和待测光电探测器bl2都具有电 极及导线,可以将其使用光能转换而成的电信号引出;
4[0021] 第二步,对电池组件透光材料透射率的模拟测试装置进行调试,准备稳定的白光 光源1,利用汞灯光谱的特征谱线校准单色光分光系统2,首先校准0级,其次校准1级:可 任选一条汞的特征谱线校准;调节白光光源1使其射出平行光,进入单色光分光系统2,经 过分光后,特定波长的单色光由单色光分光系统2的出射狭缝射出,光线经过准直器3准直 后,经过反射镜4改变角度,照射在样品台5上,调试好后待用;

[0030] 由于光电探测器的短路电流大小与入射光强度成正比,因此,本发明采用通过分别先测量出基准光电探测器a和待测光电探测器bl2封装前在对应波长条件下的短路电流 S1U )和S2U ),然后再用待测透光玻璃10和待测EVAll将待测光电探测器bl2和TPT13 模拟电池层件进行封装,获得待测样品,再依次测定基准光电探测器a和待测样品在对应 波长条件下的短路电流33(入)和、(入);通过先后对基准光电探测器a短路电流51(入)和 S3(A)的比值获得光源的影响系,最后再根据待测光电探测器bl2封装前后测得的短路电 流S2 ( λ )和S4 ( λ ),根据对应的计算公式就能很客观地得到表征待测透光玻璃10和待测 EVAll在太阳能电池组件中的透光透射率。
Claims (1)
- 一种电池组件透光层透射率的模拟测试装置,其特征是:包括白光光源(1)、单色光分光系统(2)、准直器(3)、反射镜(4)、样品台(5)、接线柱(6)、微信号处理系统(7)及终端信息处理系统(8),单色光分光系统(2)、准直器(3)、反射镜(4)、样品台(5)和接线柱(6)都置于暗箱(9)中,且准直器(3)对准单色光分光系统(2)的出射狭缝,反射镜(4)设置在准直器(3)和样品台(5)之间,接线柱(6)位于样品台(5)旁,接线柱(6)与微信号处理系统(7)电连接,单色光分光系统(2)与终端信息处理系统(8)电连接,微信号处理系统(7)与终端信息处理系统(8)电连接。
