一种烧结烟气脱硫装置
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种除去含硫氧化合物气体的装置。 背景技术
[0002] 烧结是炼铁中一个重要的生产过程。烧结工序排放的二氧化硫约占钢铁生产总排放量的60%以上。因此,烧结烟气脱硫是钢铁行业实现二氧化硫减排指标的关键。
[0003] 目前,针对烧结机的烟气脱硫措施主要有循环流化床法、石灰石/石灰-石膏法、 氨-硫铵法、离子液法、密相干塔法、旋转喷雾法、、双碱法、活性炭法等。其中,采用烟气再循环的循环流化床半干法烟气脱硫因其占地面积小、几乎无废水排放、系统简单、投资相对较低等优点,而得到许多用户青睐。然而,此种烟气脱硫方式的负荷适应范围约为40%〜 100%,还不能完全适应几乎在全负荷范围变化的烧结烟气量。当烧结生产处于低负荷或烧结烟气量处于低流量时,进入吸收塔的烟气量不足以维持吸收塔内物料的流化状态,最终导致“塌床”。此外,在低负荷时,由于再循环烟气流量很大,导致进入吸收塔内混合烟气的温度水平较低。这样以来,从吸收塔出来、并随后进入布袋除尘器的烟气温度就难以保证在露点温度以上,很容易致使滤袋粘袋、结块。同时,由于吸收塔内烟气和物料的温度也较低, 这同时也导致吸收塔内壁物料易于结块。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,而提出一种负荷适应范围广的烧结烟气脱硫装置。
[0005] 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
[0006] 一种烧结烟气脱硫装置,包括依次设置有主抽风机和吸收塔烟气挡板门的管道连接至吸收塔下部,吸收塔顶部通过管道依次连接除尘器、引风机、排烟挡板门和烟囱,除尘器的底部通过管道分别连接至缓冲仓和吸收塔下部,引风机和排烟挡板门之间的管道上还通过带有再循环管道挡板门的管道连接至吸收塔下部;吸收塔下部还具有连接至缓冲仓的管道;主抽风机和吸收塔烟气挡板门之间的管道上通过具有旁路烟气挡板门的管道连接至烟囱的入口管道;其特征在于:所述除尘器和引风机之间的管道上还连接有具有支管气体流量调节挡板门和切断阀的气体支管。
[0007] 作为进一步的优化,为了保证进入吸收塔内混合烟气的温度,所述吸收塔和除尘器之间还连接有烟气加热器。
[0008] 所述烟气加热器为电加热器、蒸汽加热器、烧结机环冷机烟气加热器或热风发生炉烟气加热器中的一种或几种。
[0009] 所述气体支管内为环境空气或烧结余热锅炉排放的烟气。
[0010] 当系统启动、低负荷运行或烟气流量大幅度连续变化时,在调节再循环管道挡板门的基础上,可以再通过开启支管切断阀、调节支管气体流量调节挡板门的开度来维持吸收塔内床压的稳定和连续变化。[0011] 吸收塔和除尘器之间设置烟气加热器,烟气经过升温以后进入除尘器。
[0012] 本发明极大地提高了脱硫系统的负荷适应能力,不仅降低了低负荷运行时“塌床” 现象发生的可能性,而且还避免了低负荷运行时布袋滤袋粘袋和结块现象的发生。

具体实施方式

[0016] 如图1所示:来自于烧结机头主抽风机2的烧结机烟气1,经吸收塔烟气挡板门4 从吸收塔6下部进入吸收塔6,在吸收塔6内与喷进吸收塔6内的吸收剂浆液5进行直接接触反应。经过脱硫的烟气从吸收塔6出来以后进入通过加热介质8进行加热的烟气加热器 7,经过升温以后进入除尘器9。该烟气加热器的热源介质可以为电能、蒸汽、烧结机环冷机烟气、热风发生炉烟气中的一种或几种。热源介质的变化均属于本发明的保护范围。
[0017] 除尘以后的净烟气先后经过引风机12和排烟挡板门13,最后经烟囱14排出。经除尘器9收集下来的未反应完全的吸收剂颗粒和部分脱硫副产物一部分返回吸收塔6继续循环反应,另一部分排向缓冲仓16。吸收塔6底部的脱硫副产物也定期排向缓冲仓16。
[0018] 引风机12出口管道设有烟气再循环管道,烟气再循环管道上设有再循环管道挡板门15。引风机12入口管道设有气体支管,气体支管上设有气体切断,支管上设有切断阀 11和支管气体流量调节挡板门10。当系统在部分负荷运行时,通过调节再循环管道挡板门 15的开度来调节再循环烟气流量,以维持系统的稳定运行。当系统启动、低负荷运行或烟气流量大幅度连续变化时,在调节再循环管道挡板门15的基础上,可以再通过开启支管切断阀11、调节支管气体流量调节挡板门10的开度来维持吸收塔6内床压的稳定和连续变化。通过该支管的气体可以是环境空气,也可以是烧结余热锅炉排放的烟气,气体介质的变化均属于本发明的保护范围。
[0019] 当脱硫系统停运时,来自于烧结机头主抽风机2的烟气则直接经旁路烟气挡板门 3从烟囱14排出。
[0020] 本发明的烧结烟气脱硫工艺除尘器可不限于惯性除尘器、布袋除尘器、电除尘器或其他形式的除尘器以及它们的组合方式,并且可以为一级或多级布置。
