[0021] 请参考图1,其为本发明一实施例所提供的远程集抄系统的系统框图。如图所示, 该远程集抄系统包括用户端10和数据服务中心20,其间通过无线网络30进行数据交换。在 本实施例中,该无线网络30为GPRS网络,当然,本发明不以此为限,此无线网络可以是GSM 网络、3G网络等,根据基站建设情况,本领域技术人员可根据需要自行选取。下面详述用户 端10的组成:
[0022] 用户端10包括多个用户组12,且每个用户组12包括多个用户120。请合并参考图 2,其为每个用户组12的组成框图。如图所示每个用户120包括用户计量表121以及与其 相连的数据采集器122,以采集用户计量表121的计量值,且该组内所有数据采集器122a、
122b......122n级联。其中一个数据采集器122 (例如是122a,当然也可以是122b至122n
中的任一个数据采集器,本发明不以此为限)中设置有无线通信模块1220,以通过无线网 络30将该组内计量表121的计量值通过无线网络30传送给数据服务中心20。在本实施例 中,由于无线网络选择了 GPRS网络,那么无线通信模块1220为GPRS无线模块,如果选用其 他无线网络,则无线通信模块1220需做相应的调整;当然,也可以选择支持多种标准(包括 GSM、GPRS、3G等)的无线通信模块1220,其根据所在区域的网络状态,来自行选择网络进行 连接,本发明不以此为限。
[0023] 如此,用户端10通过无线通信模块1220 (例如GPRS模块)登陆上无线网络后,自 动连接到数据服务中心20,向数据服务中心20报告其IP地址,并保持和维护数据链路的连 接,GPRS监测链路的连接情况,一旦发生异常,GPRS模块自动重新建立链路,数据服务中心 和GPRS模块之间就可以通过UDP/IP或者TCUP/IP协议进行双向通信,实现透明的可靠数据传输。采集到的计量表数据打包后首先传到GPRS网络,然后通过Internet网络40送到 指定的数据服务中心主机(如图1)。数据服务中心20对收到的数据进行分类和处理。
[0024] 数据服务中心20的接入有多种方式,其可结合无线承载网络的特点和其应用领 域的具体要求进行组网。组网形式的选择主要由业务数据量、时延、可靠性要求、数据保密 性、网络状况决定。具体以GPRS无线网络为例,主要有以下三种方案:
[0025] 方案一:数据服务中心公网固定IP连接
[0026] 数据服务中心20 (例如燃气公司)有一台连接Internet的服务器有固定公网IP 地址。
[0027] 方案二 ;数据服务中心公网动态IP连接
[0028] 该方案需要注册一个动态的域名。数据服务中心利用ADSL或拨号上网,没有固定 的IP地址连接时向域名服务器注册数据服务中心的IP地址。在终端内设置数据服务中心 的域名,当上电启动域名服务器注册获取数据服务中心的IP地址,获得中心IP地址后与数 据服务中心建立数据通道。
[0029] 方案三:数据服务中心GPRS终端连接
[0030] GPRS接入,适合总数据带宽需求不太大用,全部数据在GPRS网内运行;要求所有 GPRS终端之间可以直接通讯,所有终端接入到同一个APN(接入点名称);数据服务中心的 GPRS数据终入点绑定固定IP地址(即至少提供一个绑定移网固定IP地址的SIM卡)。
[0031] 如此,为该系统提供了一备份功能,如果数据服务中心20出现故障,用户端10会 通过无线通信模块1220发送短消息到指定的SIM卡。而内置此SIM卡的短消息终端可以 连接计算机。
[0032] 以上远程抄表系统即可进行工业应用,也可进行民用应用。以民用为例,可以将 一个小区设置为用户端10,该小区内的每栋楼构成一个用户组12,每栋楼里包括多个用户 120。在每个用户家中安装计量表121和数据采集器122,且将每栋楼的数据采集器122进 行级联,且在每栋楼的一个数据采集器122中安装无线通信模块1220,使其通过无线网络 与远程数据服务中心20建立连接,这样便可以构成一个智能的抄表系统。利用这个系统无 需人员入户抄表,只需要将每栋楼里的数据采集器122所采集到的计量值收集起来,自动 发送给数据服务中心20即可。这种抄表系统抄表快速准确、且只要在数据服务中心设定好 数据处理程序,便可以自动快速生成各种数据的统计分析和交费单据等信息,与传统的人 工抄表、电话线抄表相比,极大地提高了抄表效率。
[0033] 另外,在使用中,数据采集器122往往利用电池供电,如果设备不间断运行,将极 大地降低电池的使用寿命。例如,具有无线通信模块1220 (以GPRS为例)的数据采集器 122,其以6000MAH的锂电池进行供电,不间断工作的情况下,其使用寿命仅有3个月左右。 如此,便需要经常更换电池,为用户带来极大不便。为此,本发明采用定期采集用户计量表 的计量值,且定期发送计量值的方式来减少设备的工作时间,进而节约电能。具体而言,在 具有无线通信模块的数据采集器122中增设存储单元1221,存储其所在用户组内多个用户 计量表的计量值。如此,便可以在每个用户组12内增设时钟单元,其定期启动该组内数据 采集器122,采集用户计量表121的计量值,存储于存储单元1221内,以备后续通过无线通 信模块1220发送给数据服务中心20。这个时钟单元可以设置在具有存储单元1221数据采 集器中,其首先启动其所在的数据采集器,而后由该数据采集器去启动同组内其他数据采集器,在完成计量值采集后,数据采集器进入休眠状态。进一步,可以在无线通信模块1220 内置时钟单元,该时钟单元根据预设的日期或时间启动无线通信模块1220,以传送计量值 给数据服务中心20。在完成传送后,无线通信模块1220自动进入休眠状态。如此,在用户 端10,数据采集器122间歇工作,即平时处于休眠状态,只有在抄表和传送数据时,才处于 供电状态,如此,可以大大节约用电,初步计算,一个6000MAH的锂电池可以支持4年。
[0034] 通常,数据服务中心20希望可以定期或者按其要求的时间获得用户端10的用户 计量值。故上面无线通信模块1220的启动的日期和时间可设置成可远程修改的状态,即其 预设的日期或时间可由数据服务中心20远程设定。另外,数据服务中心20可以对无线通 信模块1220进行呼叫,此时,无线通信模块1220内置控制单元,其接收到数据服务中心20 的呼叫指令,启动无线通信模块1220,来发送计量值给数据服务中心20。这样,数据服务中 心20便可以随时发送命令给用户端10来查询数据。

[0036] 同以上实施例所述,数据集中器C内还可以设置存储单元C2,以存储该组内用户 计量表121的计量值。进一步,无线通信模块C1内还可以设置时钟单元,该时钟单元根据 预设的日期或时间启动无线通信模块C1,来发送计量值给数据服务中心20,且这个预设的 日期或时间可由数据服务中心20远程设定。另外,无线通信模块C1可内置控制单元,在数 据服务中心20的呼叫指令下,启动无线通信模块C1,来发送计量值给数据服务中心20。
[0037] 综上所述,以上远程集抄系统将用户端分组级联,且将每组用户数据集中在一起, 并在用户端的每个分组内,设置有无线通信模块,利用无线网络将集中的用户数据打包发 送出去,解决了人工抄表入户难、效率低下等问题,大大的提高了抄表效率。此外,还具有以 下优点:
[0038] 1.距离不受限制:无线网络作为通信介质,只要有手机信号的地方都可以使用。
[0039] 2.可靠稳定:采用基于可靠连接的TCP/IP协议或者UDP/IP协议,通信成功率为 100%。
[0040] 3.抄表准确、实时:采集器能准确、实时抄收各种表计数据并根据命令上传。
[0041] 4.永远在线:与传统的拨号上网不同,断线后需要重新拨号才能上网。客户随时 都与网络保持联系,即使没有数据传输时,仍然在网上与网络之间还保持一种连接。
[0042] 5.快速登录:连接时间很短。无线终端开机就已经与无线网络建立了连接,每次 登陆互联网,只需要一个激活过程,一般仅需要1秒到3秒;
[0043] 6.高速传输:以GPRS网络为例,其采用了先进的分组交换技术,数据传输最高理 论值可达171. 2Kb/S ;
[0044] 7.按量收费:无线网络(例如GPRS网络)按照客户接受和发送数据包的数量来 收取费用,没有数据流量的传递时,客户即使在线,也不收费。
[0045] 8.组网简单、迅速、灵活:无线网络可以通过Internet网络随时随地的构建覆盖 全中国的虚拟移动数据通信专用网络,为广大用户提供接入便利,节省接入投资。[0046] 9.定时启动、节约电能:内置时钟,可以根据设定的日期和时间启动无线通信模 块,上传计量表数据到数据服务中心。当然,启动的日期和时间是可以远程修改的。数据传 输完成后,用户端自动进入休眠状态。
[0047] 10.备份功能:如果数据服务中心出现故障,用户端会发送短消息到指定的SIM 卡。内置的SIM卡的短消息终端可以连接计算机。

Claims (10)
- 一种远程集抄系统,包括用户端和数据服务中心,其间通过无线网络进行数据交换,其特征是,所述用户端包括:多个用户组,且每个用户组包括:多个用户计量表;多个数据采集器,且每个数据采集器连接上述一个用户计量表,以采集其计量值,且所述多个数据采集器级联;无线通信模块,设置于所述一数据采集器中,以通过无线网络将所述多个用户计量表的计量值通过无线网络传送给所述数据服务中心。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的远程集抄系统,其特征是,所述具有无线通信模块的数据采 集器中,还包括:存储单元,存储所述多个用户计量表的计量值。
- 3.根据权利要求2所述的远程集抄系统,其特征是,所述无线通信模块内置时钟单元, 该时钟单元根据预设的日期或时间启动所述无线通信模块。
- 4.根据权利要求3所述的远程集抄系统,其特征是,所述预设的日期或时间由所述数 据服务中心远程设定。
- 5.根据权利要求2所述的远程集抄系统,其特征是,所述无线通信模块内置控制单元, 在所述数据服务中心呼叫指令下,该控制单元启动所述无线通信模块。
- 6.一种远程集抄系统,包括用户端和数据服务中心,其间通过无线网络进行数据交换, 其特征是,所述用户端包括:多个用户组,且每个用户组包括:多个用户计量表;多个数据采集器,且每个数据采集器连接上述一个用户计量表,以采集其计量值,且所 述多个数据采集器级联;数据集中器,连接所述多个数据采集器,该数据集中器包括:无线通信模块,以通过无线网络将所述多个用户计量表的计量值通过无线网络传送给 所述数据服务中心。
- 7.根据权利要求6所述的远程集抄系统,其特征是,所述数据集中器还包括:存储单元,存储所述多个用户计量表的计量值。
- 8.根据权利要求7所述的远程集抄系统,其特征是,所述无线通信模块内置时钟单元, 该时钟单元根据预设的日期或时间启动所述无线通信模块。
- 9.根据权利要求8所述的远程集抄系统,其特征是,所述预设的日期或时间由所述数 据服务中心远程设定。
- 10.根据权利要 7所述的远程集抄系统,其特征是,所述无线通信模块内置控制单 元,在所述数据服务中心呼叫指令下,该控制单元启动所述无线通信模块。
