Claims (7)
- 一种煤基能源化工多联产工艺,其特征在于:将原料煤制成粗煤气,再将粗煤气经过处理制得合格的合成气,所述合成气可合成化学品、气体燃料及液体燃料中的至少一种;合格的合成气制得化学品、气体燃料及液体燃料中的至少一种后的剩余气体经膨胀透平回收能量后,得到降压气体,此降压气体的一部分作为燃气轮机的燃料,推动燃气轮机发电,燃气轮机排出的高温烟气经余热锅炉回收显热,并产生过热蒸汽,余热锅炉产生的过热蒸汽用于驱动蒸汽轮机发电并供热;此降压气体的另一部分再经过膨胀透平进一步降压回收能量,回收能量后的气体作为还原炼铁和还原炼制其它有色金属的还原剂。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤基能源化工多联产工艺,其特征在于:所述将原料煤 制成粗煤气所采用的方法是:原料煤经一系列预处理,获得能满足气化工艺要求的合格原 料,然后与气化剂一起进入气化炉,并在压强0〜IOMPa和温度900〜1400°C的条件下进行 气化反应,产生粗煤气。
- 3.根据权利要求2所述的一种煤基能源化工多联产工艺,其特征在于:将所述的粗煤 气制成合格的合成气所采用的方法是:粗煤气经洗涤除尘后,该粗煤气进入变换装置进行 变换后送入脱硫脱碳净化工序,脱硫脱碳后的气体再进行包括脱羰的净化工序后得到合格 的合成气。
- 4.根据权利要求2所述的一种煤基能源化工多联产工艺,其特征在于:将所述的粗煤 气制成合格的合成气所采用的方法是:粗煤气经洗涤除尘后,该粗煤气的部分进入变换装 置进行变换,该粗煤气的另外部分不变换,然后两者混合送入脱硫脱碳净化工序,脱硫脱碳 后的气体再进行包括脱羰的净化工序后得到合格的合成气。
- 5.根据权利要求2所述的一种煤基能源化工多联产工艺,其特征在于:将所述的粗煤 气制成合格的合成气所采用的方法是:粗煤气经洗涤除尘后,该粗煤气不经过变换直接送 入脱硫脱碳净化工序,脱硫脱碳后的气体再进行包括脱羰的净化工序后得到合格的合成 气。
- 6.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤基能源化工多联产工艺,其特征在于:所述还原炼铁 和有色金属还原炼制是将所述作为还原剂的气体输送至竖炉并与精铁矿石或其它有色金 属原矿进行还原反应,制得海绵铁或海绵状的其它有色金属。
- 7.根据权利要求6所述的一种煤基能源化工多联产工艺,其特征在于:海绵铁和海绵 状有色金属还原炼制过程中排出的尾气经过加压和脱硫脱碳后循环使用。
