背景技术
[0002] 水下隧道沉管是预制管段沉放法的简称,是在水底建筑隧道的一种施工方法。其施工顺序是先在船台上或干坞中制作隧道管段(用钢板和混凝土或钢筋混凝土),管段两端用临时封墙密封后滑移下水(或在坞内放水),使其浮在水中,再拖运到隧道设计位置。 定位后,向管段内加载,使其下沉至预先挖好的水底沟槽内。管段逐节沉放,并用水力压接法将相邻管段连接。最后拆除封墙,使各节管段连通成为整体的隧道。在其顶部和外侧用块石覆盖,以保安全。水底隧道的水下段,采用沉管法施工具有较多的优点。50年代起,由于水下连接等关键性技术的突破而普遍采用,现已成为水底隧道的主要施工方法。用这种方法建成的隧道称为沉管隧道。
[0003] 沉管隧道主要有两种基本类型:一种是钢壳管段隧道;一种是混凝土管段隧道。 钢壳管段沉管隧道是钢端壳与混凝土的组合结构。钢端壳可作为防水层并在结构上有明显作用。混凝土主要承受压力和作为镇载物,并且也有助于结构上的需要。钢端壳安装在每一节预制管节的两端头,与管体混凝土联为一体,主要作用是连接各管段接头时,用来安装 GINA止水带及Ω型止水带,供管节沉放结合用。GINA止水带固定于钢端壳面板之上,故钢端壳的制作和安装精度直接影响到整个GINA止水带的安装质量。
[0004] 在早期的一些沉管隧道中,钢端壳是做成U型构件整体预埋式的,这种形式在管段混凝土浇筑以后,钢端壳面板精度不能进行调整。在近期的沉管隧道设计中多采用工字型钢断面和焊接面板的形式,这样在管段混凝土浇筑以后,可以按设计要求再精确调整好面板精度,再与工字型钢焊接,这样能有效的将安装误差控制在设计要求的范围之内。但是,这种形式的钢端壳还存在以下缺点:钢端壳焊接工字型钢是由工字型钢沿着一个矩形轨迹线绕走一圈的大型钢结构,由于轨迹线尺寸大,焊接工字型钢尺寸相对较小,若把钢端壳加工成一个整体构件不进行分段的话,会导致钢端壳容易变形,也不便于运输。

[0058] 参照图1,本实施例涉及的水下隧道沉管段钢端壳分段拼装构件,包括若干个钢端壳,所述钢端壳包括壳体1和面板,所述壳体1为工字型钢构成的框架结构,所述面板与壳体1配套、其大小和形状与壳体1吻合,该面板可以为由钢板构成的框架结构;壳体1分为上层壳体11和底层壳体12 ;上层壳体11为倒U型结构,上层壳体11由两段或两段以上的工字型钢构成;底层壳体12为U型结构,底层壳体12由两段或两段以上工字型钢构成;所述面板由两段或两段以上的钢板构成。[0059] 本实施例涉及的沉管段全长340m,预制混凝土沉管数量为5段,钢端壳共有10个, 安装在每一节预制管节的两端头,与管体混凝土联为一体,主要作用是连接各管段接头时, 用来安装GINA止水带及Ω型止水带,供管节沉放结合用。

[0067] 参照图1和图2,钢端壳壳体是由工字型钢(工字500X400X 16X 16带钢筋)沿着一个10米Χ40米的矩形轨迹线绕走一圈的大型钢结构,由于轨迹线尺寸大,焊接工字型钢尺寸相对较小,若把钢端壳加工成一个整体构件不进行分段的话,会导致钢端壳容易变形,也不便于运输。因为水下隧道沉管段分上层和底层两次浇注预制,钢端壳焊接工字型钢是预埋在沉管段的端部,所以我们首先将钢端壳的壳体1分倒U型结构的上层壳体11和 U型结构的底层壳体12两部分以配合沉管段的预制,并且钢端壳断点必须与沉管段断点错位(大概0.5米)为了便于运输和防止变形,我们把钢端壳的上层壳体11和底层壳体12再一次进行分段,第二次分段在考虑运输长度的同时尽可能的减少钢端壳的段数,以减少现场焊接,有效控制和防止变形,因此将上层壳体11设计成四段工字型钢,将底层壳体12设计成两段工字型钢。

[0078] (5)钢端壳分段装配和焊接,矫正:a、工字型材上需装焊加强筋板和预埋钢筋等零件;按图划好零件位置线,装配前先检查零件的尺寸和质量,清除焊接区域的油锈等,然后把零件装配定位,装配完毕后自检尺寸和装配质量,标示焊接符号并打上构件名钢印号; b、按指定的焊接工艺,并是有焊工资格证的焊工施焊;采用C02气体保护焊,焊丝采用符合设计要求的材质,并保证焊丝无锈蚀;焊接后焊工自检,确保焊角尺寸,清除焊接缺陷;C、 由于是在工字型钢的单边装焊,焊接后会产生旁弯变形和其它变形,必须再次进行矫正平直度,采用机械顶直机或火工矫正,使工字型钢平直度达到公差要求内;d、对各分段分别进行自检合格后提交QC检验;[0079] (6)构件防变形措施:在制作钢结构构件时,每道工序都会产生构件变型,所以每道工序都要采取防变形措施,以尽可能的减少变形;下料时采取双边火陷切割,等边热切割冷收缩防止板条侧弯;组合工字型钢时采用双面定位焊,减少侧变和防止自动焊时爆焊变形;焊接时采用工艺制定的焊接参数和焊接顺序;对称焊,以中向两边逐步退焊等方式;; 消除上道工序的变形后再续下道工序;矫正不过头,不过火;可采用反变形和钢性固定; (在焊零件时,二工字钢背靠背钢性固定后焊接,冷却后再拆开)

[0114] 钢端壳的安装整个过程采用激光全站仪控制,在施工过程的过程中假定一个垂线面,然后计算每段钢端壳至假定面的相对距离,在钢端壳安装的过程中,摆设一台全站仪, 把假定面放至实地。采用特制或高精密度卡尺量取钢端壳至假定面的距离进行安装。
[0115] 在钢端壳安装的过程中,如阻档物过多,将给假定面的定位造成干扰,为使安装过程能顺利完成,将在假定面上作六个控制点保证通视。在干坞底上布设三个点(两边点和中心点),在干坞冠梁顶上布设三个点(两边点和中心点)。

[0117] 钢端壳安装过程中采用上述相对距离量取方法中,难免会出现一些人为的误差。 为保证安装的正确性,将采用相对距的校正。在假定面与钢端壳钢延垂线上摆设仪器,测量假定面至钢端壳的相对距离是否与换算值一致。
[0118] 注:由于钢端壳上焊接了很多特种螺栓,每个螺栓上必须用塑料套管或其它包裹保护.在沉管段各个施工单位的整个施工过程中,螺栓应重点保护,不得有损毁/撞击/挤压/加热/碰电/绑扎等有损螺栓的现象发生。
