Abstract
本发明公开了一种法兰卷弯机，其特征在于，在机架的一端设有控制箱，电机设在机架中，在机架上部设有左弯曲油缸和右弯曲油缸，在两弯曲油缸的一端各设有一卷弯轮，上压紧油缸的下部设有上压紧盘，下夹紧盘设在机架上，并与上压紧盘相对应。通过以上设置，本发明成型效果好，操作简便，保证了法兰卷弯成型的美观度，提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种型材成型设备，其主要作用是对法兰周边进行卷弯。
背景技术
加工工字轮时，工字轮两端的法兰需要卷弯成型，目前型材成型设备中还没有专门对法兰进行卷弯的装置，采用原始的加工方法，法兰周边卷弯效果差，不美观，并且工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种法兰卷弯机，来解决法兰周边卷弯效果差，工作效率低的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本发明在机架的一端设有控制箱，电机设在机架中，在机架上部设有左弯曲油缸和右弯曲油缸，在两弯曲油缸的一端各设有一卷弯轮，上压紧油缸的下部设有上压紧盘，下夹紧盘设在机架上，并与上压紧盘相对应。
通过以上设置，本发明成型效果好，操作简便，保证了法兰卷弯成型的美观度，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明在机架10的一端设有控制箱1，电机8设在机架10中，在机架10上部设有左弯曲油缸2和右弯曲油缸9，在两弯曲油缸的一端各设有一卷弯轮4，上压紧油缸7的下部设有上压紧盘5，下夹紧盘6设在机架10上，并与上压紧盘5相对应。
工作原理为，工作时，将加工法兰放在下夹紧盘6上，启动上压紧油缸7将上压紧盘5下移，法兰被夹紧固定，电机8通过齿轮箱3带动夹紧盘高速转动，然后通过左右弯曲油缸的作用，将卷弯轮4移动到相应的位置，在力的相互作用下实现法兰周边弯曲成型。
