Claims (7)
- 一种适合钢厂烧结机烟气脱硫的工艺,其特征在于适合处理烧结烟气气量大、烟温波动大、含湿量高、含尘量高的烟气。烧结烟气先经过吸收塔脱硫后由塔顶自设的排气筒排空。吸收液在吸收塔内循环脱硫同时完成氧化和浓缩。将含有5%硫酸铵晶体的悬浊液经过旋流、过滤、干燥为成品。本发明利用烧结机的热烟气直接蒸发出硫酸铵,没有消耗蒸汽,充分利用了烟气的余热。由于热烟气中的氧对亚铵氧化起促进作用,可减少氧化曝气的量,提高了硫铵产品的氧化速率。脱硫塔采用空塔喷淋,便于吸收塔的放大,且塔结构简单,制造难度较小,由于溶液浓度较高,调节适当PH可以达到最好的吸收率和最小氨逃逸。
- 2.根据权利1所述的烧结机烟气脱硫工艺,其特征在于烧结烟气进入吸收塔,使高温 烟气温度降低到50〜70°C,该温度下烟气在吸收塔中脱除二氧化硫的效果是最好的。在烟 气温度降低的同时硫酸铵溶液被浓缩,节约了蒸汽。
- 3.根据权利1所述的烧结机烟气脱硫工艺,其特征在于烧结烟气中的氧气对亚盐的氧 化是起到促进作用的。且吸收塔在烟气处理过程中,溶液中会含有少量的重金属,重金属是 亚盐氧化的催化剂。同时塔底通过曝气形式曝入空气,多个有利因素同时作用,使得氧化过 程既高效又完全。
- 4.根据权利1所述的烧结机烟气脱硫工艺,其特征在于吸收塔采用空塔喷淋结构,由 于烧结烟气量大,空塔易于大型化,空塔还具有阻力小等优点。
- 5.根据权利1所述的烧结机烟气脱硫工艺,其特征是由于吸收、氧化和浓缩在同一塔 内进行,改变了传统的三塔或两塔之间溶液与烟气的倒换,使系统更安全,也更适合处理大烟气量。
- 6.根据权利1所述的烧结机烟气脱硫工艺,其特征是整个脱硫系统考虑了钢铁行业的 实际情况,由于烟气中尘含量高,烟气中的尘在湿法脱硫过程中就进入的溶液中,在生产硫 酸铵过程中采用有效的除尘装置,保证了产品的质量。
- 7.根据权利1所述的烧结机烟气脱硫工艺,其特征是在由于烟气温度波动大,采用空 塔喷淋结构,由于空塔具有操作弹性大,对烟气量不敏感,十分适合烧结烟气处理。
