Abstract

本发明涉及步进电机的密封结构,所述步进电机的外周设置有机箱,轴的下部由下轴承支撑,下轴承由保护罩支撑,所述保护罩与注射成型物的延长部相接,在所述步进电机的所述保护罩上表面形成有环形槽,所述环形槽中插入有弹性环,或者在所述注射成型物的延长部的下表面形成环形槽,并在环形槽中插入有弹性环,使弹性环位于保护罩和注射成型物的延长部之间,具有防止水分渗入保护罩和注射成型物的延长部之间的效果。

步进电机的密封结构
技术领域
本发明涉及步进电机的密封结构,更详细的涉及在步进电机的保护罩或固定用注射成型物上形成环形槽,并在该环形槽内插入弹性环的步进电机的密封结构。
背景技术
参照图1对以往步进电机的轴承支撑装置进行说明,对轴10进行支撑的上轴承12被注射成型物14的端部所支撑,注射成型物14上方固定有上法兰20,使电机附着在规定的被附着物(没有图示)上。电机的外周设有机箱26,机箱26上方弯曲,该弯曲部位于上法兰20下方。注射成型物14在向机箱26方向开放的空间内缠绕有线圈30,在其相反侧设置有轭32,在与轭32相对的位置设置有磁铁46,磁铁46被磁铁支撑部48所支撑。轴10的下部被下轴承42所支撑,下轴承42被由铁板制成的保护罩40所支撑。上述保护罩40与注射成型物14的延长部43相接。
上述以往结构是保护罩40和注射成型物14的延长部43被固定的结构,因此,在高湿环境中使用时,保护罩40和注射成型物14的延长部43之间会渗入水分,使轭32的顶点部生锈,降低电机性能。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述的现有技术问题而提出的,其目的是,提供一种设置在保护罩和注射成型物的延长部之间,在高湿环境中能够防止水分渗透的步进电机密封结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例涉及的步进电机的密封结构,其特点是,所述步进电机外周设置有机箱,轴的下部由下轴承支撑,下轴承由保护罩支撑,所述保护罩与注射成型物的延长部相接,在所述步进电机的所述保护罩上表面形成有环形槽,所述环形槽中插入弹性环,弹性环位于保护罩和注射成型物的延长部之间。
本发明另一实施例涉及的步进电机的密封结构,其特点是,所述步进电机外周设置有机箱,轴的下部由下轴承支撑,下轴承由保护罩支撑,所述保护罩与注射成型物的延长部相接,在所述步进电机的所述注射成型物的延长部下表面形成环形槽,所述环形槽中插入弹性环,弹性环位于保护罩和注射成型物的延长部之间。
本发明的步进电机的密封结构,在保护罩40的上表面形成有环形槽60或在注射成型物14的延长部43下表面形成有环形槽80,在所述环形槽60或80中插入弹性环64,使弹性环64位于保护罩40和注射成型物14的延长部43之间,具有防止水分渗入保护罩40和注射成型物14的延长部43之间的效果。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图2至图4所示,对轴10进行支撑的上轴承12被注射成型物14的端部所支撑,注射成型物14上方固定有上法兰20,使电机附着在规定的被附着物(没有图示)上。电机的外周设置有机箱26,机箱26上方弯曲,该弯曲部位于上法兰20下方。注射成型物14在向机箱26方向开放的空间内缠绕有线圈30,在相反侧设置有轭32,在与轭32相对的位置设置有磁铁46,磁铁46被磁铁支撑部48所支撑。轴10的下部被下轴承42所支撑,下轴承42被由铁板制成的保护罩40所支撑。所述保护罩40与注射成型物14的延长部43相接。保护罩40的上表面形成有环形槽60。所述环形槽60中插入有弹性环64。
通过上述结构,使弹性环64位于保护罩40和注射成型物14的延长部43之间,防止水分渗入保护罩40和注射成型物14的延长部43之间。
本发明的另一实施例中,如图5所示,注射成型物14的延长部43下表面形成有环形槽80,在环形槽80中可以插入弹性环64。这种结构,能够防止水分渗入保护罩40和注射成型物14的延长部43之间。
这里仅对本发明涉及的步进电机密封结构的优选实施例进行了说明,但本发明并不局限于此,如权利要求书所述,在不脱离本发明要旨的范畴内,本发明所属领域的技术人员,可能进行多种变型,而这些也应该属于本发明权利的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种步进电机的密封结构,其特征在于,所述步进电机的外周设置有机箱,轴的下部由下轴承支撑,下轴承由保护罩支撑,所述保护罩与注射成型物的延长部相接,在所述步进电机的所述保护罩上表面形成有环形槽,所述环形槽中插入有弹性环,该弹性环位于所述保护罩和所述注射成型物的延长部之间。
2.一种步进电机的密封结构,其特征在于,所述步进电机的外周设置有机箱,轴的下部由下轴承支撑,下轴承由保护罩支撑,所述保护罩与注射成型物的延长部相接,在所述步进电机的所述注射成型物的延长部下表面形成有环形槽,所述环形槽中插入有弹性环,该弹性环位于所述保护罩和所述注射成型物的延长部之间。
