Abstract

背景技术
目前的旨在治疗慢性肝炎的中药领域，存在两个方面的不足：一是效果不够明显，二是见效比较迟缓，以致于大批慢性肝炎患者因得不到有效药物的治疗，肝病病情不断发展，临床症状得不到缓解，患者长期严重乏力、肝区隐痛、肝功能下降、肝纤维化严重等，患者生存质量下降，本人及家属对此不满意。
针对以上提出的问题，本发明提供一种治疗慢性肝炎的中药，它能解决以往此类中药治疗中效果不够明显，见效比较迟缓的问题，效果好、见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
发明内容
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
1、一种治疗慢性肝炎的中药，采用中药原料制备，配方为(按重量比)：
板蓝根3-20份 三七3-20份 当归4-25份
茵陈5-30份 灵芝2-15份 生地4-25份
柴胡3-20份
这种治疗慢性肝炎的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将板蓝根、当归、茵陈、生地、柴胡经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将三七、灵芝分别研成细粉，与上述浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀；根据需要，可制成中药冲剂、颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂、水丸剂、片剂等剂型。
本发明是根据民间传统配方，根据中医扶正培本、活血化瘀的理论，精心研制而成。方中灵芝、生地扶正培本、益气养血；合当归、三七养血调肝，活血祛瘀，以扩张肝脏血管，增强肝内血液循环，增加肝脏血流量，从而起到改善肝脏营养及氧气供应，防止肝脏细胞损害、变形和纤维组织增生，以防止肝病的发展；辅以柴胡调达肝气，茵陈、板蓝根清解利湿，抑制病毒。诸药配伍，相得益彰，共奏扶正培本，益气养血，活血化瘀，清热解毒，养血调肝之功，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
具体实施方式
通过以下实施方式对本发明做具体说明：
1、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
板蓝根60克 三七60克 当归80克
茵陈100克 灵芝40克 生地80克
柴胡60克
按规定重量，用常规水提取工艺将板蓝根、当归、茵陈、生地、柴胡提取，制成浸膏细粉114克，将三七、灵芝分别研成细粉，与上述浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀，制成细小颗粒，装入0号胶囊，制成中药胶囊764粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
2、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
板蓝根120克 三七120克 当归180克
茵陈200克 灵芝100克 生地180克
柴胡120克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊1643粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
3、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
板蓝根200克 三七200克 当归250克
茵陈300克 灵芝150克 生地250克
柴胡200克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊2536粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
4、取以下配方(按重量比)：
板蓝根4份 三七4份 当归5份
茵陈6份 灵芝3份 生地5份
柴胡4份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
5、取以下配方(按重量比)：
板蓝根18份 三七15份 当归20份
茵陈25份 灵芝12份 生地20份
柴胡18份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
临床资料：
本发明以中医慢性肝炎为例，经15例临床观察。选择中医诊断慢性肝炎为标准：肢软乏力，浑身没劲；纳差、腹胀、消化不良；脸色黝黑、有肝面容；肝区隐痛；肝纤维化严重；肝功能转氨酶持续不正常，其它指标如血浆白蛋白、血总胆红素等不合格。如上症状，即可确诊。在确诊观察的对象中，男性9例，女性6例，无其它严重疾病，年龄为47岁-78岁，平均年龄63.7岁。
疗效判定：
1、显效：乏力缓解，身上有劲；纳差、腹胀、肝区隐痛缓解，肝区舒适；肝面容有所改观，脸色变得白皙；肝纤维化检查缓解明显；肝功能检查转氨酶、血浆白蛋白等指标明显改善。
2、有效：乏力解决，身上有劲，腹胀、纳差、肝面容有所缓解。
3、无效：病症无变化。
临床实验时，停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用本发明中药胶囊，观察3个月，为一个疗程。服用方法：每日3次，每次4粒胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克，饭后温开水送服，1个月后症状即有缓解，服用3个月后，症状明显改善。临床实验的15人中，显效8人，有效6人，无效1人，总有效率93.3％。

1.一种治疗慢性肝炎的中药，其特征在于，所述中药是采用中药原料制备，中药原料的重量配比为：
板蓝根3——20份 三七3——20份 当归4——25份
茵陈5——30份 灵芝2——15份 生地4——25份
柴胡3——20份
这种治疗慢性肝炎的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将板蓝根、当归、茵陈、生地、柴胡经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将三七、灵芝分别研成细粉，与上述浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀；制成中药颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂、水丸剂、片剂剂型。
