Abstract
本发明公开了一种活性硅胶牙刷的特征及制造方法和用途。这种活性硅胶牙刷由硅胶制成，具有柔软、疏水和吸附性。刷牙时不伤害牙釉质，不带菌进入口腔，除刷牙外并可按摩牙床，舌面刮苔，是一种口腔全方位护理器具。由于具有物理吸附性，可以不用牙膏洁牙，避免口腔二次污染。所述制造方法是在开炼机上依次加入过氧化物硫化剂，硼硅橡胶，硼酸酯等充分混合后，再在硫化机里进行交联化合，然后再在烘箱中进行二次硫化。本发明制得的活性硅胶牙刷为人类逐渐消除世界卫生组织指出的第三大疾病之一的龋齿带来了可能性。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种口腔全方位清洁护理器具，用于刷牙、牙床按摩、舌面刮苔等是一种多功能牙刷。
背景技术：
目前市场上流行的牙刷都是塑料刷毛，塑料刷毛亲水，易氧化、变形且易滋生细菌，刷牙时带菌进入口腔使人患病。另外由于塑料刷毛无论是软毛还是硬毛刷牙时都会损伤牙本质表面的保护层——牙釉质，使人们患龋齿，这是世界卫生组织指出的第三大疾病之一。另外清理牙垢，都要用牙膏，牙膏的有害物质给刷牙都带来第二次污染，也给人们带来肠胃疾病。因此迫切需要一种牙刷改善人类的健康状态。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是发明一种活性硅胶牙刷，刷毛是用活性硅胶制成，这种硅胶刷毛柔软，不会刷伤牙釉质，由于硅胶疏水，刷毛干燥无水份、不易滋生细菌，从而保证不带菌进入口腔。由于活性硅胶含有极性物质，产生物理机械吸附力，不用牙膏也能吸附牙垢及残渣，自洁性好。为了实现上述目的，本发明由硅胶改性成活性硅胶，在食品级硅胶中加入物理粘合剂，引入极性基因，使之形成一种物理化学吸附力。而具有吸附牙垢及食物残渣的功能。
为了能有效清除牙缝隙间的残渣，我们用硅胶制成的刷毛形状为细丝锐角状或三角片状、金字塔型等，使这种硅胶刷毛柔软而有力、刷牙时既不会伤害牙齿健康，也利于清除牙垢。柔软而有物理吸附力的硅胶刷毛还可以用来轻刷牙床对牙床进行按摩，促使牙床部位毛细血管的微循环，从而使牙床红润饱满牙齿稳固。另外用这种活性硅胶刷毛还可以刷舌苔、清除苔面上味蕾里面的残渣细菌等。这种用活性硅胶制成的牙刷实际上是一种口腔清洁护理器具，是一种多功能牙刷，对口腔进行全方位护理。
这种硅胶牙刷是由刷头和刷柄组成，刷头与刷柄之间连接可以采取物理机械嵌入式连接，也可以采取化学结合整体成型。
本发明的关键是硅胶改性成活性硅胶，这种活性硅胶与硫化剂交链形成稳固的网状结构，具有高抗撕性能，同时加入的硫化剂要无毒无味符合进入口腔的国际卫生标准，我们用目前市场上能采购到的过氧化物C-16作硫化剂，加入量为硅胶的1.2份(以硅胶为100份，下同)，另外为了使硅胶具有物理吸附力即自粘性，我们在硅胶中加入烷氧基硅烷0.2份，硼酸正酯3份。在主链中引进杂原子硼，使其具有极性，增加吸附功能，不用牙膏也可以清洁牙齿。
本发明原料易得，工艺简单，易于产业化、活性硅胶牙刷由于具有柔软、生理惰性，疏水干燥不滋生细菌，同时还具有物理吸附功能是一种集刷牙、按摩牙床，舌面刮苔，全方位的口腔护理器具，是一种多功能牙刷，性价比高，市场推广价值大。
具本实施方法：
首先对硅胶进行混炼，在开炼机上进行操作，在100份硅胶中加入1.2份C-16硫化剂，然后依次加入硅石粉(400目)3份，着色剂0.2份，硼酸正丁酯3份，烷氧基硅烷0.2份，混炼均匀出片。这样制得的混炼胶，为了在硅胶分子主链上引入杂原子硼，我们按照硼硅橡胶合成原理进行聚合反应，在拉伸状态下，在硫化剂上进行交链化合，温度为185℃，时间为15分钟，制成硅胶刷头，然后把这些产品放入烘箱中进行二次硫化，从50℃开始烘烤按15分钟升温30℃，一直升到140℃为止，然后保温4小时，再降温到50℃，取出。
这样制得的活性硅胶牙刷刷毛柔软不伤害牙釉，具有生理惰性，不氧化不变质，疏水不滋生细菌，从而保证刷牙时不带菌进入口腔。由于硅胶具有物理吸附性，不用牙膏也可以清除牙垢及残渣。又由于刷毛的细丝锐角形，金字塔形、连齿片状结构，可以用来刷牙床按摩，使牙床部位的毛细血管的微循环得以加强，不会造成牙床萎缩，这种柔软的刷毛结构还可以用来刷舌苔，清除舌苔上的残渣及细菌。
Claims (6)
1.活性硅胶牙刷，其特征在于用硅胶制造和用途，以及按下列步骤和一定形状制成。
A、在开炼机上在硅胶中加入硫化剂C-161.2份，加入硅石粉3份，加入硼酸正丁酯3份，烷氧基硅烷0.2份，混炼均匀，制成混炼胶。
B、在硅胶混炼胶中引入杂原子硼、按照硼硅胶合成原理进行交链化合。二次制得混炼胶。
C、二次制得的混炼胶，在拉伸状态下，在硫化机里，温度为185℃，时间为15分钟制成硅胶刷头。
D、其刷毛形状有细丝锐角形，有三角片状，金字塔形等。
E、活性硅胶牙刷由刷头与刷柄组成，刷头与刷柄的连接方式可以是机械嵌入式也可以是化学硫化整体包复成型。
F、由于活性硅胶牙刷的特点具有柔软疏水、惰性、吸附性，从而使之具有洁牙，按摩牙床，舌面刮苔的多种功能及不伤害牙釉质，不带菌进入口腔的保健功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述这种活性硅胶牙刷其原料为硅胶及加入无毒副作用的过氧化物硫化剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述，具有吸附性是加入烷氧基硅烷和硼酸酯化合物等材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1，其刷毛形状有细丝锐角形、有三角片状、有金字塔形等。
5.根据权利要求1，其活性硅胶牙刷是由刷头与刷柄组成，刷头与刷柄的连接可以是物理机械连接，也可以是化学硫化整体包复连接。
6.根据权利要求1，这种活性硅胶牙刷其用途包括刷牙，按摩牙床，舌面刮苔，全方位口腔清洁等，是一种全方位口腔护理器具。
