Abstract
本发明涉及一种套管式高效泡沫金属换热器,包括外管和内管,所述外管与内管之间填充有泡沫金属。所述泡沫金属是通孔洞的,其孔洞为0.05mm-5mm,可供气体或液体介质流通,并且该泡沫金属采用的材料与内、外管的材料相同或不同。所述内管是光管、螺纹管、内肋管或带有扰流片的管子。本发明的高效套管式换热器可满足各种换热领域中应用的需求,具有很好的市场前景。

一种套管式高效泡沬金属换热器
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种金属换热器,具体涉及一种广泛应用于工业设备中的套管式高效泡沫金属换热器。
背景技术
[0002] 套管式换热器用于内、外管内流体的换热,是一种广泛用于制冷空调、化工、动力 等领域的换热器。近几年来,随着社会的发展,资源逐渐开始紧缺,提高资源的利用率已成 为当务之急。相对于其他形式的换热器而言,虽然套管式换热器有使用压力高、可靠性高等 优点,但其换热效率还不够高,体积也不够小。所以急切需要一种既保留原有套管式换热器 的优点,又提高其效率的新式套管式换热器。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种套管式高效泡沫金属换热器,以此来改善 普通套管式换热器热效率不够高的问题。
[0004] 为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:
[0005] 一种套管式高效泡沫金属换热器,包括外管和内管,所述外管与内管之间填充有 泡沫金属。
[0006] 所述泡沫金属是通孔洞的,可供气体或液体介质流通。
[0007] 所述泡沫金属的孔洞为0. 05mm-5mm。
[0008] 所述泡沫金属采用的材料与内、外管的材料相同或不同。
[0009] 所述泡沫金属为泡沫铜、泡沫铝、泡沫铁、泡沫镍中的一种或多种。
[0010] 所述内管是光管、螺纹管、内肋管或带有扰流片的管子。
[0011] 一般来说,提高套管式换热器的换热效率,主要是从增加套管式换热器的换热面 积入手。在有相变的换热器中,总是有某一侧的换热系数很小,强化换热所必须做的是强化 换热较弱的一侧。因此,本发明采用在套管式换热器外管和内管之间填充泡沫金属,这种结 构可以大大增加换热面积。而原先换热较强的一侧,采用光管、肋片或扰流片等结构,就可 以达到很好的效果,以此在保留原有套管式换热器使用压力高、可靠性高等优点的基础上, 提高了整个套管式换热器的换热率。
[0012] 本发明所用的泡沫金属,采用将泡沫塑料粗化、化学预镀,接着将金属电镀在泡沫 塑料上后,通过热处理将泡沫塑料气化方法制成;或者采用液态金属注入发泡剂法、渗流铸 造法、熔模铸造法或固体粉末冶金法或填加球料法制备而成。所制得的泡沫金属具有热传 导性能好、比表面积大、密度小、机械性能及加工性能好等特点;并且该泡沫金属材料内部 具有大量的三维立体孔状结构,这种结构可以显著增加换热面积。

[0019] 如图1所示,为本发明套管式高效泡沫金属换热器的结构示意图,由外管1和内管 3组成,其中外管1与内管3之间填充有泡沫金属2,该泡沫金属2所采用的材料与内、外管 的材料相同,都为金属铜;并且该泡沫金属2是通孔的,该孔洞为0. 05mm-5mm,可供气体或 液体介质流通。
[0020] 如图2所示,为图1沿A-A’面的剖面图,在内管3内设有肋片或扰流片4。
[0021] 工作时,气体或液体介质B在内管3内流动,气体或液体介质C在外管1和内管3 之间的泡沫金属2里流动。两种介质B和C可以顺流,也可以逆流,在流动中相互换热。由 于外管1和内管3之间填充有泡沫金属2,所以介质C流动侧的换热被泡沫金属2这种结构 强化。而介质B流动侧通过内管3内的肋片或扰流片4来强化换热。其换热效率较普通的 套管式换热器有明显的提高。

- 4.根据权利要求1所述的金属换热器,其特征在于,所述泡沫金属采用的材料与内、外 管的材料相同或不同。
- 5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的金属换热器,其特征在于,所述泡沫金属为泡沫 铜、泡沫铝、泡沫铁、泡沫镍中的一种或多种。
- 6.根据权利要求1或4所述的金属换热器,其特征在于,所述内管是光管、螺纹管、内肋 管或带有扰流片的管子。
