广角度发射的集成光源结构
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种照明光源,特别是涉及一种广角度发射的高功率集成光源。 背景技术
[0002] 传统的照明大都采用高压钠灯,但是随着科技的发展,LED灯凭借发光效率高、低电耗、不需高压、安全性高等优点,已被广泛的应用在各种照明领域,但是在为一些大区域照明时(比如车头灯、路灯、隧道灯、广场照明、工厂照明、公园灯等),这时LED灯的功率较大。常规大功率集成光源封装方式是,将芯片以矩阵的排列放于支架杯腔或支架底部,然后用金线将芯片正负极与支架正负极导通,再加以硅胶与荧光粉的混合物填充,使LED蓝光晶片与荧光粉的混合发出人眼观察到的白光.此封装技术的缺点在于:虽然普通集成光源中芯片集成方式提供了高密度光强输出,使得其可用于各种灯具,比如路灯,工矿灯。但由于所发出的光线大部分都是往前方发出(士60° ),使得侧面60°以后的出光很少,从而导致灯具使用时光分布过度集中在中央,配光严重不均勻。
[0003] 上述大功率LED封装有单颗芯片和多颗芯片点阵排列两种形式,这两种形式的光源一种是点光源,一般是5W以下;第二种是面光源,功率大约10-100W。第一种LED光源,由于其面积小,在封装时成型时硅胶透镜比较容易设计,透镜形状都是曲面形状;第二种LED 光源由于是面发光的光源。不适合于在光源封装成型时使用点光源类型的硅胶透镜。在灯具实际的使用中,都是应用光学玻璃透镜进行二次配光,这种透镜体积大安装不方便,灯具设计复杂,不如一次配光工艺简单。如果能在光源封装成型工艺上使用配光体或透镜,不仅可以使灯具设计简化,并且也可以提高光源本身的发光效率。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明提供了一种结构合理,成本低廉,发射角度大,光源色温的一致性高的广角度发射的集成光源结构,在光源成型时一次实现配光,解决了现有技术中光源照射时,光分布过度集中在中央,配光严重不均勻等问题。
[0005] 本发明所采取的设计原理是:
[0006] 该发明的集成白光光源封装,通过粘接使用一块透明导光体将LED芯片和荧光粉所发出的光线通过光折射以及全反射的原理,大量从侧面导出,从而达到广角发射的目的。 如图1所示,有些的光线是直接打到导光体的侧面被折射导入到空气中,而有的光线则是先经过在导光体上表面的全反射后被打到导光体的侧面然后被折射导入到空气中。
[0007] 光线通过导光体后发生了折射及全反射现象可由全反射角θ 二 Siir1I^j决定,其
中导光体折射率为ηι,空气折射率为η2。当光线的入射角度小于全反射角时,光线在导光体介质交界面折射出去,当光线的入射角度大于等于此角度则光线在交界面处全反射并且被导到侧面被折射出去。
[0008] 本发明所采用的技术方案是:[0009] 一种广角度发射的集成光源结构,包括支架、散热铜基板,支架顶部设置有散热铜基板,其特征在于:还包括PPA塑料反射杯体,蓝光LED芯片、金线、透明硅胶、粘接硅胶和透明导光体,所述支架外环设有PPA塑料反射杯体,PPA反射杯体和散热铜基板配合构成杯腔,所述蓝光LED芯片通过银胶固晶于散热铜基板表面,在蓝光LED芯片两侧的散热铜基板上设有电极,蓝光LED芯片的电极通过金线与散热铜基板上的电极相连接,在蓝光LED芯片上封装有透明硅胶,透明导光体通过粘接硅胶固定在透明硅胶的上表面。
[0010] 前述的一种广角度发射的集成光源结构,其特征在于:所述散热铜基板,支架和 PPA塑料反射杯体采用注塑方法一次成型。

[0013] 前述的一种广角度发射的集成光源结构,其特征在于:所述粘接硅胶掺有的荧光粉与透明硅胶中的荧光粉所发荧光不一致,并且其荧光粉与透明硅胶荧光粉所发的荧光与 LED芯片所发蓝光混合后可构成从暖白到冷白的各种白光。
[0014] 前述的一种广角度发射的集成光源结构,其特征在于:所述透明导光体的形状为长方形或方形。
[0015] 前述的一种广角度发射的集成光源结构,其特征在于:所述透明导光体的材料可为玻璃和硅胶中的一种。
[0016] 本发明的有益效果是:
[0017] 1、本发明为大功率LED面发光光源的广角度发射的集成光源结构,功率可达到 10-100W在光源成型时一次实现配光,其发射角可达甚至大于(士90° ),从而使那些使用集成LED光源的灯具的配光曲线问题的完整解决成为可能。
[0018] 2、本发明将透明导光体突出于杯体,透明硅胶体中的荧光粉激发的光因着透明导光体的的导光效果更加易于被导到外界空气中,不易被杯腔吸收,从而显著提高光效。对于传统面光源,相同色温下明显提高光效10%以上。
[0019] 3、本发明不用加PC透镜,蓝光LED芯片光能量只经过光穿透率更高的硅胶或玻璃介质,大大减少了光能的损失。
[0020] 4、本发明设有散热铜基板,可很好的进行散热,延长了使用寿命,降低了能量的损失。

具体实施方式
[0024] 下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,如图2和图3所示,一种广角度发的集成光源结构,包括支架、散热铜基板1,支架顶部设置有散热铜基板1,其特征在于:还包括PPA塑料反射杯体,蓝光LED芯片3、金线4、透明硅胶5、粘接硅胶6和透明导光体7,所述散热铜基板1,支架和PPA塑料反射杯体采用注塑方法一次成型。所述支架外环设有PPA塑料反射杯体,PPA反射杯体和散热铜基板1配合构成杯腔,所述蓝光LED芯片3通过银胶固晶于散热铜基板1表面,蓝光LED芯片3数目可设置为多个,在蓝光LED芯片3两侧的散热铜基板1上设有电极2,蓝光LED芯片3的电极通过金线4与散热铜基板1上的电极2相连接, 在蓝光LED芯片3上封装有透明硅胶5,透明导光体7通过粘接硅胶6固定在透明硅胶5的上表面,所述所述透明导光体的形状为长方形或方形,材料可为玻璃和硅胶中的一种。所述透明硅胶5和粘接硅胶6中掺有相同的荧光粉。所述粘接硅胶6掺有的荧光粉也可以与透明硅胶5中的荧光粉所发荧光不一致,并且粘接硅胶6荧光粉与透明硅胶5荧光粉所发的荧光与LED芯片3所发蓝光混合后可构成从暖白到冷白的各种白光。 [0025] 以上显示和描述了本发明的基本原理和主要特征和本发明的优点。本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。
