Abstract
本发明涉及一种特种金属的焊接方法,特别是一种铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,包括以下步骤:(1)焊前处理 清除焊接部位的油污及表面氧化物;(2)激光焊接 采用惰性气体保护激光焊,焊缝正反面用惰性气体保护,防止氧化;(3)冷却 待焊缝冷却后关闭惰性气体、拆卸焊接夹具,取出被焊工件。与真空电子束焊相比,被焊工件的体积不受限制,且操作简便,适用于板厚0.5-4mm的铼合金薄板,优化了焊接参数,实现了铼合金薄板的单面焊双面成型,且无气孔等焊接缺陷,焊缝质量达到I级焊缝标准。

铼合金薄板激光焊接方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种特种金属的焊接方法,特别是一种铼合金薄板激光焊接方法。 背景技术
[0002] 铼为稀有难熔金属,具有高熔点(其熔点高达3180°C,仅次于钨的熔点3410°C )、 高强度、以及良好的塑性并且具有优异的机械稳定性,铼没有脆性临界转变温度在高温和急冷急热条件下均有很好的抗蠕变性能。由铼与其它金属可制得一系列耐高温、抗腐蚀、耐磨损的合金,如Re25-W曾是空间站核反应堆材料,后来发展到性能更好的Re30-W-Mo30合金;Re-Pt用作原子能反应堆结构材料,可抗100(TC高温下载热体的腐蚀,也可用于辐射防护罩;Re-Mo合金到3000°C仍具有高的机械强度,可用来制造超音速飞机及导弹的高温高强度部件及作隔热屏。特别是用于喷气式发动机涡轮叶片与火力发电机涡轮材料的镍基含铼超耐热合金的开发成功(含铼3%-7%,熔点高达31801:以上)并应用于战斗机及客机、火力发电机,超耐热合金已成为其最重要的应用领域。铼合金主要用于超高温和强热振工作环境,用于航空航天领域的耐高温结构件如火箭各类空间返回舱、卫星调姿发动机等的超耐热部件和次耐热部件。但是由于铼熔点很高,必须采用高能量密度的焊接方法才能保证具有足够的熔深和冶金结合。铼特别容易氧化,因此必须在严格的无氧气氛中进行焊接,才能防止铼材焊缝和热影响区的氧化,从而避免导致焊缝硬度升高及其脆化。目前,铼合金的连接技术采用高真空环境的电子束焊接方法,但真空电子束焊接必须在真空条件下进行,设备复杂,价格昂贵,成本较高,焊接前对接头的加工装配要求严格,被焊工件的尺寸和形状受到真空工作室大小的限制,而电子束易受杂散电磁场的干扰,影响焊接质量,产生 X射线,危害操作人员的健康和安全。
[0003] 与电子束焊接相比,激光焊接技术不需要真空室,被焊工件的体积不受真空室限制,不产生X射线,但是激光焊是在非真空条件下进行的,因此,如何提供简便的施工方法, 并通过工艺参数控制及防止焊缝氧化,获得高质量焊缝是铼合金激光焊实施的关键。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对上述现有采用真空电子束焊接所存在的不足,提出了一种铼合金薄板的激光焊接方法,以解决铼合金焊接的技术问题,本发明所述铼合金薄板是指厚度为0. 5〜4mm的铼钼或铼钨合金薄板,其具体技术方案如下。
[0005] 一种铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,包括以下步骤:
[0006] (1)焊前处理清除焊接部位的油污及表面氧化物。
[0007] (1-1)将需焊接的铼合金薄板的焊接面用砂纸打磨被焊边缘;
[0008] (1-2)化学清洗去除表面油脂及氧化物常温下、在KOH、K4 [Fe (CN)6]溶液中浸泡 5〜10分钟,再用蒸馏水清洗,烘干;
[0009] (2)激光焊接采用惰性气体保护激光焊,焊缝正反面用惰性气体保护,防止氧化;
[0010] (2-1)组装被焊工件用夹具夹紧固定,二工件被焊处间隙小于0. 25mm ;[0011] (2-2)焊接用横流式(X)2激光器进行焊接,功率2. 5〜3. OKff,焊接速度0. 5〜 0. 8m/min,焦距100〜150mm,离焦量+0. 5mm,焊缝正反面通过夹具及带有气体保护罩的激光焊头实现有效的惰性气体保护;
[0012] (3)冷却待焊缝冷却后关闭惰性气体、拆卸焊接夹具,取出被焊工件。
[0013] 除上述必要技术特征外,在具体实施过程中,还可补充如下技术内容。
[0014] 所述的铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,其中步骤(1-1)中所述用砂纸打磨是用500#砂纸打磨,使焊接面的粗糙度RaS 1.0 μ m。
[0015] 所述的铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,其中步骤(1-2)中所述K0H、K4[Fe (CN)6]溶液是由 KOH :2 〜5g,K4[Fe (CN)6] 3 〜10g,蒸馏水 IOOOml 配制而成。
[0016] 所述的铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,其中步骤0-2)中所述惰性气体是氦气、或氩气、或氦氩混合气体;所述氦氩混合气体的流量为He :6〜8ml/min,Ar :5〜lOml/min。
[0017] 所述的铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,其中步骤0-2)中所述带有气体保护罩的激光焊头是在激光焊头上设有一长形气体保护罩,所述激光焊头位于长形气体保护罩的端部, 所述长形气体保护罩内设有多孔层流板,所述多孔层流板分隔所述长形气体保护罩为上部进气室和下部保护气体室,所述长形气体保护罩的长度11 =焊接速度VX熔池冷却到室温的时间t,所述长形气体保护罩上位于激光焊头附近设有进气管。
[0018] 所述的铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,其中所述多孔层流板是均布有多个小孔的金属板、或陶瓷板、或多层金属丝网。

[0020] 本发明所提供的激光焊接方法,与真空电子束焊相比,被焊工件的体积不受限制, 且操作简便,适用于板厚0. 5-4mm的铼合金薄板,优化了焊接参数,实现了铼合金薄板的单面焊双面成型,且无气孔等焊接缺陷,焊缝质量达到I级焊缝标准。

具体实施方式
[0025] 图1所示是本发明所提供的铼合金薄板激光焊接方法的流程图,其包括以下步骤:
[0026] (1)焊前处理清除焊接部位的油污及表面氧化物。
[0027] (1-1)将需焊接的铼合金薄板的焊接面用砂纸打磨被焊边缘;
[0028] (1-2)化学清洗去除表面油脂及氧化物常温下、在KOH、K4 [Fe (CN)6]溶液中浸泡 5〜10分钟,再用蒸馏水清洗,烘干;
[0029] (2)激光焊接采用惰性气体保护激光焊,焊缝正反面用惰性气体保护,防止氧化。
[0030] (2-1)组装被焊工件3用夹具2夹紧固定(如图2所示),二工件被焊处间隙小于0. 25mm ;
[0031] (2-2)焊接用横流式(X)2激光器进行焊接,功率2. 5〜3. OKff,焊接速度0. 5〜 0. 8m/min,焦距100〜150mm,离焦量+0. 5mm,焊缝正反面通过专门设计的夹具2及带有气体保护罩10的激光焊头1 (如图2所示)实现有效的惰性气体保护;通过该焊接参数可实现单面焊双成型;
[0032] (3)冷却待焊缝冷却后关闭惰性气体、拆卸焊接夹具,取出被焊工件,焊后的焊缝表面白亮无氧化。
[0033] 步骤(1-1)中所述用砂纸打磨是用500#砂纸打磨,使焊接面的粗糙度 Ra ^ 1. 0 μ m0
[0034]步骤(1-2)中所述 KOH、K4 [Fe (CN) J 溶液是由 KOH :2 〜5g,K4 [Fe (CN) 6] 3 〜IOg, 蒸馏水IOOOml配制而成。
[0035] 步骤(2-¾中所述惰性气体是氦气、或氩气、或氦氩混合气体;由气体保护罩10流出的氦氩混合气体的流量为He :6〜8ml/min,Ar :5〜10ml/min。
[0036] 图2、图3所示,步骤0-2)中所述带有气体保护罩的激光焊头是在激光焊头1上设有一长形气体保护罩10,所述激光焊头1位于长形气体保护罩10的端部,所述长形气体保护罩10内设有多孔层流板11,所述多孔层流板11分隔所述长形气体保护罩10为上部进气室12和下部保护气体室13,所述长形气体保护罩10的长度=焊接速度VX熔池冷却到室温的时间t,所述长形气体保护罩上位于激光焊头1附近设有进气管14。保护气体由进气管进入进气室12,保护气体经多孔层流板以层流形式经保护气体室排出,覆盖于高温熔池、焊缝及热影响区上,有效防止焊缝氧化。
[0037] 所述多孔层流板是均布有多个小孔的金属板、或陶瓷板、或多层金属丝网。
Claims (6)
1.铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)焊前处理清除焊接部位的油污及表面氧化物;(1-1)将需焊接的铼合金薄板的焊接面用砂纸打磨被焊边缘;(1-2)化学清洗去除表面油脂及氧化物常温下、在KOH、K4 [Fe (CN)6]溶液中浸泡5〜 10分钟,再用蒸馏水清洗,烘干;(2)激光焊接采用惰性气体保护激光焊,焊缝正反面用惰性气体保护,防止氧化;(2-1)组装被焊工件用夹具夹紧固定,二工件被焊处间隙小于0.25mm;(2-2)焊接用横流式(X)2激光器进行焊接,功率2. 5〜3. OKff,焊接速度0. 5〜0. Sm/ min,焦距100〜150mm,离焦量+0. 5mm,焊缝正反面通过夹具及带有气体保护罩的激光焊头实现有效的惰性气体保护;(3)冷却待焊缝冷却后关闭惰性气体、拆卸焊接夹具,取出被焊工件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,其特征在于步骤(1-1)中所述用砂纸打磨是用500#砂纸打磨,使焊接面的粗糙度Ra < 1. 0 μ m。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,其特征在于步骤(1-2)中所述 KOH, K4 [Fe (CN)6]溶液是由 KOH :2 〜5g,K4[Fe (CN)6] 3 〜10g,蒸馏水 IOOOml 配制而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铼合金薄板激光焊接方法,其特征在于步骤0-2)中所述惰性气体是氦气、或氩气、或氦氩混合气体;所述氦氩混合气体的流量为He :6〜8ml/min,Ar : 5 〜10ml/mino
