Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及尤其用于内燃机的吸入空气的过滤器元件(Filterelement)和过滤器系统(Filtersystem)。
技术背景
从文件US 4,720,292中已知一种带有以下特征的空气过滤器:带有轴向排出口和基本上敞开的第二端部(其可通过可拆卸的盖板而闭合)的罩壳。在罩壳的周缘处布置有空气进入口。在罩壳中存在基本上圆柱形的带有内支撑管(Stützrohr)、带有外支撑管的过滤器的过滤器元件,其中,过滤器元件同轴地布置在罩壳中。罩壳处的过滤器元件的密封通过环形端盘(Endscheibe)而实现,该端盘具有基本上圆柱形的径向向内指向的表面并且被推动通过出口部分的内区段。
已知地,空气过滤器的滤芯(Filtereinsatz)在一定的使用时间后被更换。根据灰尘量,空气过滤器的寿命可达到几天(工程器械)至数月。
从上文所提及的US文件中已知的滤芯以及其它通常应用的滤芯由材料的结合组成,其中尤其地,钢片用于支撑管。过滤器介质(Filtermedium)为纸或塑料无纺织物(Kunststoffvlies)。端盘由塑料、例如由软性弹性体(Weichelastomer)制成。
尤其在过滤器元件的频繁更换下,罩壳中的过滤器元件的可靠的且过程稳妥(prozesssicher)的密封就显得重要。密封应实施成耐温且抗振击。即使在遭受强烈振动和冲击的设备或装置处,也必须保证过滤器元件的密封。但同时,过滤器元件自身应尽可能不具有金属元件,由此其可容易地以热学的方式清除(entsorgen)。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,提供带有高过滤性能及未过滤介质的区域和已过滤的介质的区域之间的可靠密封的过滤器元件及过滤器系统。该目的通过主权利要求的特征得以实现。
本发明的主要优点在于,通过带有环形凸缘(Ringkragen)和围裹(umhüllen)或者部分围裹环形凸缘的密封件的过滤器元件的密封件的设计方案,保证了一方面实现高密封效果并且另一方面实现过滤器元件在罩壳中的支承。尤其在应用塑料和在承受振动负载的元件处的密封下,设计要求即便在极端温度波动下也能可靠地工作。
根据本发明的一种设计方案,承载有(tragen)密封件的端盘由热塑性塑料制成。当然也存在这样的可能性,即,由其它材料或由多种组分(Komponente)制造端盘(例如,以装配注塑工艺(Montagespritzgieβverfahren))。在此,形成密封件的组分包括弹性体,而建立与过滤器介质的连接的组分包括硬塑料。硬塑料可与过滤器介质相焊接或胶合(verkleben)。
在本发明的另一设计方案中设置,在唇处安置防尘密封件(Staubschutzedichtung)。防尘密封件确保,灰尘无法到达密封唇处或同样无法到达密封唇所贴靠的表面处。由此防止,在震动或摩擦时由于灰尘进入而危害密封连接。
另一设计方案设置,密封件在密封容纳槽的区域中支承在桥接部(Steg)处。在此,桥接部如此地将力施加到环形凸缘上,即,使得密封唇可靠地贴靠在过滤器罩壳的罩壳壁处。
本发明还涉及带有过滤器元件的过滤器系统。过滤器系统尤其适用于内燃机的进入空气的过滤并且包括罩壳和盖罩以用于容纳过滤器元件。
同样可以触变涂覆工艺(thixotrop Auftragsverfahren)制造端盘。这意味着触变性材料的计量涂覆(aufdosieren),其中,同时在无需附加的模具铸型(Formschale)的情况下制造密封件结构。
以有利的方式,过滤器系统配备有环形槽,其在密封区域中与过滤器元件的密封轮廓(Dichtkontur)相关联(kommunizieren)。
根据改进方案,在罩壳处在进口的区域中布置有旋风或旋流分离器旋风或旋流分离器包括使待过滤的介质置于(versetzen)旋转或转动状态中的引导肋片(Leitrippe)。通过这种转动,使污物向外被引导并且在合适的部位处通过污物出口而被排出(austragen)。

具体实施方式
根据图1的过滤器系统包括罩壳26,该罩壳26构造成基本上同心并且具有进口28。过滤器系统适用于内燃机吸入空气的过滤。通过进口28待净化的空气按箭头38被输送,流动通过旋风预分离器(Zyklonvorabscheider)34并且在该处被置于旋流状态中。由于这种旋流,存在于空气中的颗粒物到达罩壳壁处并且从该处通过污物出口35(其可通过合适的阀门而闭合)而被向外运载。
在罩壳26处布置有中间件(Mittelstück)37。该中间件37同样设计成同心的并且在区域40中例如通过焊接连接而与罩壳相联结。在中间件37处存在盖罩27。该盖罩27通过夹紧闭合件(Spannverschluss)或者其它合适的闭合系统而与中间件可分离地相连接。由此,盖罩、中间件以及罩壳形成了封闭系统,该封闭系统具有用于导出已净化的空气的出口29。
在整体系统内存在过滤器元件39。该过滤器元件39包括z字形折叠的过滤器介质10并且以同心的形式被构造。过滤器元件39在端侧处具有端盘11,12。端盘12具有同心的开口13,而另一端盘11利用闭合件24被闭合。待净化的空气按照箭头41流动通过过滤器元件并且按照箭头42以已净化的形式通过出口29流动到此处未显示的内燃机。
过滤器元件在布置在左侧的端盘12处具有环形凸缘14。如在图1和图2中所显示的那样,在该环形凸缘14上存在完全围裹环形凸缘的密封件15。密封件套到(aufsetzen)环形凸缘上或者以两组分注塑工艺(Zweikomponentenspritzgieβverfahren)注塑到环形凸缘处。密封件具有向外延伸的密封唇17。在密封唇之前安置有防尘唇21,该防尘唇21将负载有灰尘的区域20与密封区域隔开。密封唇同心地沿罩壳壁19伸延并且与罩壳壁19形成初始空气区域(Rohrluftbereich)(区域20)和清洁空气区域43之间的密封。
最终容纳密封系统的环形槽31在罩壳壁19的相对的侧面配备有桥接部21。桥接部轴向伸延并且由此形成用于密封件15的开槽(geschlitzt)的支撑边缘(Anlagekante)。同时桥接部将力产生到环形凸缘14上产生力,该力径向向外指向并且由此提升密封效果。
过滤器元件轴向推入到罩壳中。这意味着,密封件必须沿桥接部21滑动。为了改善定位和运动到理论位置(Solllage)中,设置有环绕的引导边缘(Leitkante)44,该引导边缘44以与斜面45相结合的方式使得将密封件容易地引入到槽18中成为可能。
端面11设有支撑元件46,47,48,49,其贴靠在盖罩27处并且提供过滤器元件在罩壳中的限定的安装位置。
Claims (8)
1.一种过滤器元件,包括以同心的形式的z字形折叠的过滤器介质(10)、布置在端侧处的端盘(11)以及布置在相对的端侧处的第二端盘(12),其中,端盘(12)具有同心的开口(13)并且基本上以圆环形的方式在过滤器介质的折叠部上延伸,其特征在于,端盘具有径向向外延伸的环形凸缘(14)并且所述环形凸缘(14)具有至少部分包围所述环形凸缘的密封件(15),其中,所述密封件具有轴向伸延的区域,所述区域携带有径向环绕的密封唇(17),并且所述径向环绕的密封唇支承在容纳所述过滤器元件的罩壳的槽(18)或罩壳壁(19)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤器元件,其特征在于,端盘(12)由热塑性塑料制成并且通过塑料焊接或胶合而与所述过滤器介质相连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的过滤器元件,其特征在于,所述密封件(15)在所述密封唇和污物负载区域(20)之间具有至少一个径向环绕的防尘唇(21)。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的过滤器元件,其特征在于,布置在所述环形凸缘处的密封件(15)支承在容纳所述过滤器元件的罩壳的桥接部(21)处。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的过滤器元件,其特征在于,带有所述密封件(15)的端盘(12)以两组分注塑工艺而制造。
6.一种带有根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的过滤器元件的过滤器系统,包括基本上同心构造的罩壳(26)、同样同心构造的闭合所述罩壳(26)的盖罩(27)、布置在所述罩壳和/或盖罩处的以用于输送待过滤的介质、尤其为空气的进口(28),其特征在于,在所述罩壳(26)处设置有用于导出已过滤的介质的同心的出口(29),其中,在所述罩壳处在所述出口(29)的区域中设置有密封轮廓,所述密封轮廓与所述环形凸缘(14)和所述密封件(15)相对应。
7.根据权利要求6所述的过滤器系统,其特征在于,所述密封轮廓包括同心伸延的环形槽(31),其中,环形槽在区域(32)中设计成桥接部形状并且桥接部轴向伸延。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的过滤器系统,其特征在于,在所述进口(28)的区域中设置有旋风预分离器(34)并且在所述罩壳(26)或所述盖罩(27)处设置有污物出口(35)。
