Claims (5)
- 一种用漂白废水对烟气脱硝的吸收塔,包括吸收塔(6),所述的吸收塔(6)含有烟气入口(2)、烟气出口(5)、溢流口(1)、浆液喷淋区(3)、除雾器区(4);所述的烟气出口(5)开在吸收塔(6)的顶部,吸收塔(6)的底部侧边开有溢流口(1);吸收塔(6)的塔体自下而上依次有向下倾斜的烟气入口(2)、浆液喷淋区(3)、除雾器区(4),其特征在于所述的烟气入口(2)向下与水平面之间的倾斜角度为10~20°。
- 2.如权利要求1所述的用漂白废水对烟气脱硝的吸收塔,其特征在于所述溢流口(1)是一 U型出液通道。
- 3.如权利要求1所述的用漂白废水对烟气脱硝的吸收塔,其特征在于所述浆液喷淋区 (3)为3层交错布置的喷淋层。
- 4.如权利要求1所述的用漂白废水对烟气脱硝的吸收塔对烟气进行脱硝的方法,其特 征在于包括如下步骤:(1)、烟气的预处理对需要脱硝的烟气首先经过电除尘预处理,除去烟气中绝大部分固体颗粒物;(2)、烟气的脱硝步骤(1)经过预除尘处理后的烟气经吸收塔(6)下部烟气入口(2)送入吸收塔(6),然 后烟气流经脱硫塔中上方交错布置的喷淋区(3)并与喷淋区(3)的喷淋层喷出的漂白废水 液滴逆流接触,完成脱硝;(3)、烟气的除雾步骤(2)中经脱硝后的烟气流经吸收塔(6)上部除雾器区(4)的除雾器时,脱除烟气 中所携带的液滴,脱除液滴落入吸收塔(6)的底部,从吸收塔(6)的底部侧边的溢流口(1) 排出,所得的洁净烟气从吸收塔(6)顶部烟气出口(5)引出排入烟囱。
- 5.如权利要求4所述的用漂白废水对烟气脱硝的吸收塔进行烟气脱硝的方法,其特征 在于所述的漂白废水的PH为9〜10。
