Abstract
一种治疗子宫体癌的中药组合物，采用扶正祛邪、凉血止血、消除脓血性分泌物，解除腹胀、痉挛疼痛、软坚散结、益肝补肾，利尿通淋的中药对症进行治疗，根据患者病情分为三期，分别对子宫癌的初期、中期和晚期患者治疗，可提高治疗子宫癌的疗效，避免因手术切除，给患者和家人带来的痛苦。本发明药物可以采用中药制剂的常规方法制成，任何常规内服制剂，如汤剂、胶囊剂、片剂或丸剂。治疗120例，用本发明药物2～6个疗程，全愈70例，占58.3％，有效40例，占33.3％，无效10例，占8.4％，总有效率91.6％。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗子宫体癌的中药组合物，属中药技术领域。
背景技术
子宫体癌简称子宫癌，是发生于子宫体腺上皮的恶性肿瘤，又称子宫内膜癌，是女性生殖器内的恶性肿瘤之一。绝大多数的子宫体癌为腺癌，占80％以上。它是一种发展缓慢，转移较晚的肿瘤，早期发现，及时治疗，五年生存率可达80％左右，30～60岁以上和绝经期内的妇女患此病的机率较高。目前，西医对子宫癌采用的方法是手术切除，虽然简单省事，造成女性生殖器官残缺，性格改变，给患者和夫妻之间带来诸多痛苦和不幸。广大患者很希望有一种不用手术切除来治疗子宫癌的药物，用以减轻患者精神上的痛苦，促进家庭和睦。
发明内容
为减轻子宫体癌患者的痛苦，宏扬中华中医药的精华。本发明的目的是提供治疗子宫体癌的中药组合物。
本发明人是从小就跟着老中医当学徒，一直在中医岗位上坚持临床实践的一名老中医，现在已年迈七十，从临床经验中总结出子宫癌的发病原因主要有二：一是肥胖，体内有过多脂肪积蓄，使代谢缓慢，雌激素在体内维持较高，加上脂肪细胞能使雄二稀酮芳得化而转化为雌酮，雌酮比雌激素更能刺激子宫内膜，更易产生子宫癌；二是高血压、糖尿病。针对上述病因，本发明人采用扶正祛邪、凉血止血、消除脓血性分泌物，解除腹胀、痉挛疼痛、软坚散结、益肝补肾，利尿通淋的中药对症进行治疗。根据患者病情将跨世纪分为三期，分别对子宫癌的初期、中期和晚期患者治疗。
其中治疗初期子宫癌的中药原料药为：
治疗中期子宫癌的中药原料药为：仙鹤草15～20g 贯众15～20g 白茅根15～20g白芷10～15g 蒲黄10～15g 玄胡(又名元胡)10～20g海螵蛸15～20g 五灵脂10～15g 黄芪15～20g治疗后期子宫癌的中药原料药有：本发明药物可以采用中药制剂的常规方法制成，任何常规内服制剂，如将中药材用水煎煮成汤剂或将中药材分别粉碎成粉末，混合物均匀后，添加常规制剂的辅料，制成胶囊剂、片剂或丸剂。
本发明药物根据子宫癌的初、中、后期病症，分别给出治疗的药物，有针对性的治疗，可提高治疗子宫癌的疗效，避免因手术切除，不给患者和家人带来的痛苦和麻烦。
【具体实施方式】下面结合临床观察资料和典型病例，对本发明的有益效果，进一步说明。
一、一般资料：共医治子宫癌患者120人，其20～30岁女子40例，31～45岁女子60例，45岁以上的女子20例。
二、诊断标准：经医院CT检查照片确诊为子宫癌者。初期的症状为：阴道出血，最多见于绝经期或绝经后出血为血性分泌物或不规则阴道流血。出血持续1-4天不等，反复发作，未到绝经年龄者，表现月经量增多，经期延长出血，排尿拉便时出血；白带增多，为脓血浆性分泌物。中期的症状为：疼痛，癌瘤浸润周围组织，压迫神经时可下腹及腰骶部疼痛，向下肢及足部放射，癌瘤侵犯宫颈，堵塞颈管，导致宫腔积液，下腹胀痛，痉挛疼痛。晚期的症状为：子宫增大，下腹部触及肿块，超出子宫以外的包块，转移至附件、盆腔；患者自己可触及下腹部固定肿块的大小，癌肿扩散直接蔓延到邻近器官形成癌肿块，全身症状贫血，消瘦，恶液质，发热，人整体衰竭等。
三、治疗方法：根据患者所患子宫癌的时间长短，一年以内定为初期，1年以上二年以内的定为中期，二年以上的定为后期。分别用初期、中期或后期的子宫癌中药进行治疗，以中药汤药最为简单，一天服一付剂量的中药，分三次服完，一个月为一个疗程。初期连服3-4个疗程可全愈，中期连续服4-5个疗程，后期5-6个疗程可全愈。
四、疗效标准：全愈：肿瘤症状消失，经CT检查癌肿块消失，饮食和生活正常。
有效：通过复查片查后肿瘤萎缩，癌细胞停止生长，但仍未被消灭。疼痛减轻，不能正常生活，必需追加治疗。
无效：肿瘤症状不见减轻，肿块仍然存在。其原因往往是因为年轻妇女性生活过多所至。
五、治疗结果：治疗120例，用本发明药物2～6个疗程，全愈70例，占58.3％，有效40例，占33.3％，无效10例，占8.4％，总有效率91.6％。
典型病例：1、廖秋桂，女，43岁，湖南省桃源县人，经桃源人民医院确诊为子宫癌初期，因不愿手术切除，故来到本诊所求治，给予初期中药汤剂治疗，每天1付初期癌症中药，连服30天，肿瘤消失，生活正常，一年后回访，未见复发。
2、鲁秀清，女，62岁，张家界市慈利县人。因患子宫癌三年，早期未予重视，到了第三年时，病情加重，癌肿块长大到78×36cm大小，影响行走和生活，到本诊所求诊后，服用后期子宫癌中药，一天一付剂量，三次服完，连服30天，病情明显好转，癌肿块缩小到26×12cm大小，疼痛基本消失，三个疗程后，癌肿块消失，生活基本正常，现仍健在。
3、文艳文，女，31岁，深圳市人，因患子宫癌，不愿手术切除，经人介绍前来就诊，来时CT检查癌肿块5.3×3.7cm大小，采用中期子宫癌中药汤剂，每天一付剂量，连服60天，癌肿块消失，饮食恢复，行动自如，生活正常，愈后还生下一男孩。
