技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其用于给天然气汽车提供燃料的、止回阀或连接套管形式的阀构件,其具有权利要求1前序部分的特征。
背景技术
申请人在WO 00/52378中公开了这种类型的连接套管。在此,记载了一种插塞连接器,所述插塞连接器紧接在连接套管上,其中,夹钳在所述连接套管中啮合。由此实现形状闭合和压力密封连接,这为了借助较高压力给天然气汽车压力式加燃气是需要的。所述连接套管在此受到相当高的负荷,因此,必须将该连接套管设计得非常稳定,以便符合加天然气的标准(NGV)。
这种连接套管大多由两个套管型壳体件螺纹连接,在这两个套管型壳体件中装入一带有相应的密封面的阀。然而,这种构造方式较昂贵,因为,外部螺纹和内部螺纹的制造成本很高,尤其需要多个O型环用于相互密封所述壳体件和已装入的阀,该多个O型环插入相应的槽或凹口中。因此,装配费用也相当高。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是创造一种阀构件,其中,简化了该阀构件的制造,因此在实施时费用更低。
该技术问题通过一种按权利要求1特征所述的阀构件解决。有利的实施形式是各从属权利要求的技术方案。
通过本发明所建议的让尤其是连接套管形式的阀构件的两个壳体件相互挤压,实现了在没有高成本螺纹的情况下,安全地和压力密封地连接阀构件的两个壳体件。因此,显著节省了成本。此外,通过使用一单个密封套代替多个O型环创造了节约成本的可能性。尤其通过在壳体件之间对接位置上使用密封套,实现既向外安全地密封,但同时得到一用于已装入阀的密封面,因此也可实现双重利用。由此,也显著简化了装配过程,因此,例如也可以通过机器人辅助地实施装配。
在优选的实施形式中,所述密封套由耐抗性塑料,优选由聚醚醚酮构成,因为由此实现了所要的长时间密封。此外,除了用于止回阀的密封外,也可靠地将过滤器芯子夹持在连接套管中,该过滤器芯子尤其直接地连接在密封套上。由此可得到连接套管或阀构件尤其紧凑的结构。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了以连接套管形式的阀构件1的半剖面。该连接套管具有一连接型面2用于装上插塞连接器,在该连接型面上形状闭合地接上一插塞连接器用于压力密封连接,如申请人在EP 1 271 039中所示。所述阀构件1由两个主构件,亦即两个套筒状的壳体件3,4组成,这两个壳体件通过挤压部(如箭头5所示)安全地相互连接。为此,在所述的两个壳体件中的一个壳体件(此处左边壳体件3)上车削一环槽3`,在壳体件4套在壳体件3上之后,将一铣削或车削的凸起部5`(在下部区域以虚线示出)压入该环槽3`中。因此,所述两个壳体件3和4因此通过挤压部或凸缘5安全稳定地连接。
通过该挤压部5也可靠地将一密封套8夹持在连接套管的内部,该密封套8布置在两个壳体件3,4的对接位置上,优选压入这两个壳体件的一个壳体件中。由此实现向外可靠地密封。此外,所述密封套8用作一个已装入的阀7(在此亦即一止回阀)的贴靠面或密封面,。除了用作密封面的密封套8外,所述止回阀7由一密封锥7`组成,该密封锥借助回动弹簧6`支承在伸缩式元件6中。因此,在加压时,尤其在加燃料时,在此,所述密封锥7`通过相对所述弹簧6`推移,在伸缩式元件6中向左移动,因此,打开通向一个在此向左引导的连接软管的流体通路,所述向左引导的连接软管例如与锁紧螺母11和密封型面12,13连接,并且通向天燃气箱。
在优选的实施形式中,与密封套8相邻地,尤其直接相接地形成一过滤器芯子9。所述过滤器芯子9在此具有一圆锥的外形,以便过滤器芯子9的顶端延伸到接近一密封圈10,所述密封圈装入连接型面2的内槽中。在连接状态,在该密封圈10上设置插塞连接器的(未示出的)密封塞,以便实现压力密封连接。在该连接位置,夹钳(或在液压连接器中通常是滚珠)啮合在连接型面2中。例如在开头所述申请人的WO 00/52378申请中记载了与插接装置详细构造。因此,总而言之创造了一种尤其简单构造的、可变化地装入的连接套管,尤其用于给天然气汽车加燃料。
在图2中示出了一个止回阀的结构形式,其中,与图1中相同的附图标记表示功能相同的构件。由于缺少细长的连接型面2和过滤器芯子9,所述阀构件1还构造得更紧凑。在此将所述锁紧螺母11与密封型面12,13一起设计在右半部用于连接在流体管道上。所述壳体件3,4以及挤压部5(通过将凸起部5`压入环槽3`中,优选借助涨圈(Schlauchpresse))很大程度上与图1构造相同。同样地适用于优选由耐抗性材料聚醚醚酮制成密封套8。该材料也在极限零下气温时密封性高且耐抗介质的特性也高,这在其它一般的O型环的情况下会引发问题。建议这样选择壳体件3,4的材料,即,带有待压入的突起部5`的壳体件由可延展、可冷加工的材料制造,而对于带有环槽3`的壳体件3优选采用高强度钢。由此,所述挤压5通过耗费相对较小的力就可形成。

Claims (7)

1.一种止回阀或连接套管形式的阀构件,该阀构件尤其用于给天然气汽车提供燃料,用于压力密封地连接在流体管路或插塞式连接器上,其中,所述阀构件(1)具有两个壳体件(3,4),所述两个壳体件压力密封地相互连接并且在它们内部装入一阀(7),其特征在于,所述两个壳体件(3,4)在一环槽(3`)处相互挤压。
2.按权利要求1所述的阀构件,其特征在于,在所述两个壳体件(3,4)之间的对接位置内部布置有一密封套(8),所述密封套同时形成用于所述阀(7)的密封面。
3.按权利要求2所述的阀构件,其特征在于,所述密封套(8)被压入所述两个壳体件(3,4)的一个壳体件中。
4.按权利要求3所述的阀构件,其特征在于,一过滤器芯子(9)沿轴向与所述密封套(8)连接,它与所述密封套(8)一起被压入所述两个壳体件的一个壳体件(4)中。
5.按权利要求4所述的阀构件,其特征在于,所述过滤器芯子(9)具有一圆锥的外形。
6.按权利要求2至5之一所述的阀构件,其特征在于,所述密封套(8)由塑料,尤其是聚醚醚酮制成。
7.按权利要求1至6之一所述的阀构件,其特征在于,为了将尤其是突出的凸起部(5`)挤压到所述环槽(3`)中,设有一涨圈。
