Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于火灾探测器上的接线端子，其通过端子密封盖固定在底座上，该接线端子为L形，L形的一端为导电部，另一端为定位部，该定位部的两侧对称设有定位的凸起和凹槽，在该定位部上还开设有攻丝螺孔。本发明的火灾探测器接线端子，该接线端子上的螺孔为攻丝螺孔，安装螺钉后，将螺钉末端螺纹破坏掉，螺钉不脱落。该接线端子的定位部直接卡接在底座和端子密封盖上，拆装方便，提供工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种火灾探测器，尤其是火灾探测器上的接线端子。
背景技术
在火灾探测器的下半部分，设有相互连接的底座、端子和端子密封盖，端子固定在底座上，底座底部有端子固定槽，接线端子安装后，导电端与弹片相接触，形成通路，实现导电功能。在接线端子上有攻丝螺孔，在探测器的安装施工过程中，螺孔内的螺钉容易脱离，给工人的施工带来很大障碍，影响施工工作效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种火灾探测器接线端子，该接线端子上的螺钉不脱落，该接线端子的定位部直接卡接在底座和端子密封盖上，拆装方便。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种用于火灾探测器上的接线端子，其通过端子密封盖固定在底座上，该接线端子为L形，L形的一端为导电部，另一端为定位部，该定位部的两侧对称设有定位的凸起和凹槽，在该定位部上还开设有攻丝螺孔。
进一步，所述凹槽为方形缺口。
进一步，所述导电部的末端为椭圆形。本发明达到的技术效果如下：火灾探测器接线端子，该接线端子上的螺孔为攻丝螺孔，安装螺钉后，将螺钉末端螺纹破坏掉，使其不能被拧下来，从而螺钉不发生脱落。该接线端子的定位部直接卡接在底座和端子密封盖上，拆装方便，提供工作效率。避免了工程现场丢失螺钉的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，为本发明用于火灾探测器上的接线端子9，接线端子9为L形，该接线端子9的一端为导电部91，导电部91的末端为椭圆形。另一端为定位部92，该定位部92的两侧设有定位凸起93、凸起94和方形缺口凹槽96，在该定位部92上还开设有攻丝的螺孔95。
如图2-图4所示，安装时，接线端子9的定位部92，先从底座8的底面对准底座结构822放入端子槽82，然后接线端子向底座8中心方向移动1mm，此时凸部93、凸部94分别被限位部822、限位部823阻挡，被固定在端子槽内。然后导电部91在被端子密封盖10的限位部102挤住且不可滑动。螺孔95为攻丝螺孔，在将底座8上安装接线端子9之前，要在此螺孔95内安装带压垫的螺钉，安装后将螺钉的末端螺纹破坏掉，使螺钉无法拆卸，进而阻止了螺钉的脱落。导电部91为导电结构，安装后导电部91与弹片结构接触，形成通路，实现导电。

1.一种用于火灾探测器上的接线端子，其通过端子密封盖固定在底座上，其特征是，该接线端子为L形，L形的一端为导电部，另一端为定位部，且导电部的纵向与定位部纵向相交，该定位部的两侧对称设有定位的凸起和凹槽，在该定位部的前端还设有凸起，在该定位部上还开设有攻丝螺孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的接线端子，其特征是，所述凹槽为方形缺口。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的接线端子，其特征是，所述导电部的末端为椭圆形。
