本发明涉及一种建筑轻质内墙板板缝的处理方法,特别是房屋建筑工程中内墙板板缝及断裂的处理方法。技术方案是将水泥、高炉矿渣粉、银粉加水搅拌均匀,形成混合物,将该混合物灌入轻质内墙板的板缝中,对板缝进行处理;水泥、高炉矿渣粉、银粉、水的重量百分比为:以水泥为100%计,高炉矿渣粉35-60%,银粉0.4-0.8%,水50-65%;高炉矿渣粉需要磨细,粒度与水泥粒度相同。本发明加入银粉,增加了混合物的膨胀性能,提高粘结力,同时增加柔性,防止板缝开裂,防潮效果好;本发明加入磨细的高炉矿渣粉,既可以降低施工成本,又提高硬度和粘接性能。本发明具有工艺合理、施工方便、处理轻质内墙板板缝效果好、防潮效果好,提高施工质量和施工效率等特点。
Description
建筑轻质内墙板板缝的处理方法

[0002] 本发明涉及一种建筑轻质内墙板板缝的处理方法,特别是房屋建筑工程中内墙板 板缝及断裂的处理方法。
[0003] 背景技术:
[0004] 目前,在房屋建筑施工中,人们常用的轻质内墙板包括空心条板、石膏空心加气混 凝土条板、陶粒板、玻璃纤维增强水泥轻质多孔隔墙条板、工业灰渣空心隔墙条板、阳台拦 板、阳台隔板等。在施工过程中轻质内墙板之间通过子母口配合连接或接触连接,存在一定 缝隙,轻质内墙板与主体建筑墙体接触部位也存在一定缝隙,人们一般采用水泥、沙子、建 筑胶等搅拌成水泥砂浆灌入缝隙中,缝隙外面粘上玻璃纤维布。这种处理方法效果较差, 当房间内墙粉刷后,经过一段时间,房屋内温度发生变化,轻质内墙板的板缝位置易出现裂 痕,造成室内隔墙表面不美观,影响施工质量,长期以来这一问题一直没有得到有效解决, 人们亟需一种处理轻质内墙板板缝的方法,提高施工质量。另外,轻质内墙板在搬运、施工 过程中,一旦磕碰,容易出现断裂、掉角等损坏,整块内墙板就要报废,不能修复使用,造成 浪费。为解决这一问题,本专利申请的发明人之一葛福祥申请了“一种建筑轻质内墙板板缝 的处理方法”,专利号ZL3149684. 9,解决了一定问题,但是,仍然存在效果不理想、成本较高 等缺点。

[0006] 本发明目的是提供一种建筑轻质内墙板板缝的处理方法,有效处理房屋建筑施工 中轻质内墙板板缝,提高施工质量,解决背景技术中存在的上述问题。
[0007] 本发明的技术方案是:将水泥、高炉矿渣粉、银粉加水搅拌均勻,形成混合物,将该 混合物灌入轻质内墙板的板缝中,对板缝进行处理;水泥、高炉矿渣粉、银粉、水的重量百分 比为:以水泥为100%计,高炉矿渣粉35-60%,银粉0. 4-0. 8%,水50-65% ;高炉矿渣粉需要磨 细,粒度与水泥粒度相同。
[0008] 对于轻质内墙板之间通过子母口配合产生的板缝,在轻质内墙板子母口配合前, 将混合物灌入轻质内墙板之间通过接触产生的板缝内,完成对轻质内墙板之间子母口板缝 的处理。
[0009] 对于轻质内墙板与主体建筑墙体之间接触形成的缝隙,将混合物灌入轻质内墙板 与主体建筑墙体之间接触形成的缝隙,然后将轻质内墙板与主体建筑墙体接触安装,混合 物留在轻质内墙板与主体建筑墙体之间的缝隙内。
[0010] 本发明加入银粉,增加了混合物的膨胀性能,提高粘结力,同时增加柔性,防止板 缝开裂,防潮效果好;本发明加入磨细的高炉矿渣粉,既可以降低施工成本,又提高硬度和 粘接性能。
[0011] 当轻质内墙板在搬运、施工过程中,如果轻质内墙板出现断裂,首将断裂缝隙做加 大处理,板与板之间的孔(该孔为轻质内墙板本身具有的)内插入两个200-300毫米长铁管, 做骨架连接,将混合物灌入断缝内粘合,形成一块完整的轻质内墙板,断裂的轻质内墙板经 过修复后可以继续使用。[0012] 本发明用水泥、磨细高炉矿渣粉、银粉形成的混合物处理板缝,由于该混合物具有 较强的粘合性,在房间内墙粉刷后,轻质内墙板的板缝位置不会出现裂痕,美观整洁,提高 施工质量,解决了人们长期可望解决的房屋建筑施工中的技术难题,方便简洁,不用抹灰, 提高施工效率。由于混合物强度高,粘结牢固,省时省工。并且可以粘合修复断裂的轻质内 墙板,牢固可靠,降低施工成本。
[0013] 本发明具有工艺合理、施工方便、处理轻质内墙板板缝效果好、防潮效果好,提高 施工质量和施工效率等特点。

[0017] 水泥做100%计,先加入磨细的高炉矿渣粉55%,0. 45%银粉,再加水60%搅拌均勻, 形成混合物,在轻质内墙板子母口配合前,将混合物灌入轻质内墙板与子母口之间的缝隙 中,完成对轻质内墙板之间子母口板缝的处理。

[0019] 参水泥做100%计,先加入磨细的高炉矿渣粉50%,0. 6%银粉,再加水50%搅拌均 勻,形成混合物,用于处理轻质内墙板与主体建筑墙体之间接触形成的缝隙,将混合物灌入 轻质内墙板与主体建筑墙体之间的缝隙内。

[0021 ] 水泥做100%计,先加入磨细的高炉矿渣粉40%,0. 7%银粉,再加水40%搅拌均勻, 形成混合物,粘合修复断裂的轻质内墙板。当轻质内墙板在搬运、施工过程中,如果出现断 裂,首将断裂缝隙做加大处理,板与板之间的孔内插入两个200-300毫米长铁管,做骨架连 接,将混合物灌入断缝内粘合,形成一块完整的轻质内墙板,断裂的轻质内墙板经过修复后 可以继续使用,没有损耗,降低施工成本。
Claims (4)
1. 一种建筑轻质内墙板板缝的处理方法,其特征在于将水泥、高炉矿渣粉、银粉加水搅 拌均勻,形成混合物,将该混合物灌入轻质内墙板的板缝中,对板缝进行处理;水泥、高炉矿 渣粉、银粉、水的重量百分比为:以水泥为100%计,高炉矿渣粉35-60%,银粉0. 4-0. 8%,水 50-65% ;高炉矿渣粉需要磨细,粒度与水泥粒度相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述之建筑轻质内墙板板缝的处理方法,其特征在于对于轻质内墙 板之间通过子母口配合产生的板缝,在轻质内墙板子母口配合前,将混合物灌入轻质内墙 板之间通过接触产生的板缝内,完成对轻质内墙板之间子母口板缝的处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述之建筑轻质内墙板板缝的处理方法,其特征是对于轻质内墙板 与主体建筑墙体之间接触形成的缝隙,将混合物灌入轻质内墙板与主体建筑墙体之间接触 形成的缝隙,然后将轻质内墙板与主体建筑墙体接触安装,混合物留在轻质内墙板与主体 建筑墙体之间的缝隙内。
4.根据权利要求1所述之建筑轻质内墙板板缝的处理方法,其特征是轻质内墙板出现 断裂,首将断裂缝隙做加大处理,板与板之间的孔内插入两个200-300毫米长铁管,做骨架 连接,将混合物灌入断缝内粘合,形成一块完整的轻质内墙板。
