背景技术
[0002] 随着水平井钻井技术的不断完善,水平井对于提高单井产量,增大单井控制储量和提高油藏采收率等方面具有明显的优势。水平井已经成为国外油藏开发的首选方式。国内的中海油、胜利油田和塔里木油田等油田公司不断在勘探成熟区实施水平井钻井作业,而这些油藏大多数含底水,或油层疏松,需要进行堵水和防砂作业。对于如塔中地区的碳酸盐岩裂缝性油气藏,更应该考虑底水锥进对采收率的影响,油井一旦见水,其产量将会急剧下降,气井水淹后的产量损失则更加明显。
[0003]目前对于底水疏松砂岩油藏水平井完井一般下入筛管/衬管或采用砾石充填进行防砂,但对控制底水锥进和后期堵水作业却难有良策。研究表明,水平井跟端压降速率最快,因此底水锥进速度快,水平井跟端过早水淹,而水平井后半段还有大量残余油难以采出,使油藏采收率低。在完井防砂和控制底水方面,美国贝壳休斯(BakerHughes)公司技术最为成熟,该公司研制出一套名为:MPas®0pen Hole Packer with Equalizer™ Screen完井管柱系统的专利产品,加上InflowControl Devices (I⑶)可以均衡控制底水、气顶推进速度,使底水和气顶驱替油层中的原油在整个水平井筒中几乎以相同的速度前进,可有效的消除底水锥进速度快带来的过早水淹的情况。该套系统虽然在理论上和实际工程运用中都表现出良好的适应性,但这套完井系统的费用昂贵,其单位长度优质筛管费用是一般套管费用的几倍,甚至十几倍,对于产量中等偏低的水平井使用该套完井管柱系统从经济上考虑显然不是最优选择。
[0004]熊友明等人申请的国家发明专利盲管带管外封隔器配合筛管完井方法及装置(公开日2007年12月19日,公开号CN 101089360A),在中国海油南海的多口水平井中用于底水控制和防砂,但该完井方法的缺点在于不能有效实现流体的均衡控制,每个筛管段内压降难以平衡,不能达到ICD所具有的功能。
[0005] 塔里木油田油藏研究表明,对于底水油藏水平井,打开程度最好不要超过50 %,一般以30% -40%为宜,底水油藏打开程度越高,水平井有效开采时间越短,油气藏采收率越低。文献SPE 88997研究表明,与全井段优质筛管完井相比,打开产层50%的筛管完井在10年后的累计产量仅比全井段开采损失3% -5%。基于上述各种水平井完井方式的局限性,研究者试图寻找一种既能控制底水锥进速度,又能提高采收率,节约完井成本的新完井系统。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种降低水平井筒压降速率、延缓底水锥进、稳油、控水、堵水、防砂、提高采收率、降低完井费用、完井管柱可循环利用进行二次完井的水平井完井新系统。本发明适用于薄油层和底水油藏,对于井眼轨迹位于薄油层之外的非产层水平井段,下入套管与封隔器组合,封隔非产层段,保持非产层段的地层压力,以补偿油层段的压力损失;对于底水油藏水平井开发,可有效降低开采井段的压降速率,尤其是水平井跟端的压降速率,改变传统水平井完井方式情况下在水平井跟端率先见水,而趾端部位还有大量的残余油无法采出的工程实际。本发明考虑了油层出砂问题,采用筛管防砂方式;综合考虑后期油层挖潜,为防止砂埋后难以取出完井管柱而设置了安全接头。该完井工艺与全井段筛管完井相比,具有节约完井费用,提高油藏采收率,一趟式管柱下入,不需要特殊作业,适用于不规则裸眼井和套管井(固井射孔或油套管外封隔器射孔)的特点。
[0007] 本发明的技术方案是,本发明底水油藏水平井分段完井系统包括水平井跟端一个丢手接头与第一段新型控流筛管相连,用于下入完井管柱和开采油层的第一个开采层段;新型控流筛管段与套管段相交替,封隔器置于新型控流筛管段与套管段之间,套管段对应的油层为非开采层段,封隔器为可取式液压封隔器,用于封隔地层压力,防止水窜;安全接头置于新型控流筛管段的第一根筛管之后,用于取出完井管柱,便于冲砂作业和二次完井作业,安全接头可不置于第一段新型控流筛管;丝堵置于完井管柱末端;弹簧扶正器避开封隔等间距器置于整个完井管柱,其作用仅为居中管柱,不影响筛管工作。所述完井管柱连接方式为丝扣连接,套管与新型控流筛管长度和组合段数根据实际水平井长度,打开程度和实钻井眼轨迹决定。该完井系统的关键部件是一种新型控流筛管,由母接头、基管、筛网、割缝外管、流道孔、公接头组成,靠近水平井跟端高压降区的流体沿着筛管通过特殊的流道孔进入内管柱,在流动过程中平衡压降梯度。该完井系统需要封隔器需具有良好的密封性,适用于不规则井眼的压力密封,从而建立开采层段和非开采层段相对独立的压力系统。
[0008] 本发明底水油藏水平井分段完井系统设计原理是:根据油藏特征和水平井渗流机理,底水油藏全井段开采会使地层压力急剧下降,底水锥进速度快,底水剖面不统一,水平井跟端见水快,容易过早被水淹,而水平井趾端还有大量的残余油未被采出,本发明涉及的完井系统能通过控制水平井打开程度和地层压力封隔,显著降低开采层段地层压力下降速率,延缓底水锥进;新型控流筛管通过控制流体流入路径的长短实现平衡压降的目的,使整个水平井开采段的底水上升剖面保持一致。[0009] 本发明与现有完井系统相比,具有以下原创性:本发明首次提出底水油藏水平井分段完井的全新完井系统管柱组合模式,即以“新型控流筛管+封隔器+套管+封隔器+安全接头+新型控流筛管+封隔器+套管……+丝堵”为主的组合模式。该完井系统克服了三个主要的完井工程难题:①减小压降速率、延缓底水锥进、均衡水锥剖面;②便于下入和取出完井管柱,管柱循环用于二次完井,延长了单井开采年限,提高油藏采收率;③兼容性强,可适用于裸眼井和套管射孔井(尾管注水泥射孔和管外封隔器射孔),且不需要特殊技术作业。
[0010] 本发明与现有水平井完井系统相比,具有以下技术优势:①该完井系统采以“新型控流筛管+封隔器+套管+封隔器+安全接头+新型控流筛管+封隔器+套管……+丝堵”为主的完井管柱组合模式达到对底水油藏分段开采,减少压降,均衡底水锥进剖面,延缓底水锥进,稳油控水的目的;②采用独特的新型控流筛管,实现了每个开采段内的压降平衡,具有ICD的功能,且结构简单采用分段完井,分段开采,分段防砂的开发理念,开采层段用筛管防砂,非开采层段用封隔器和套管固封,保持非开采层段的井壁稳定性;④新型控流筛管段安装安全接头,便于取出完井管柱,循环利用完井管柱进行二次完井;⑤对于需要分段开采的底水油藏,该完井系统所用的套管比筛管的价格便宜,水平段越长,这种完井方式在经济上的优势就越明显;⑥该完井系统的兼容性强,适用于裸眼井和套管射孔井(固井射孔和油套管外封隔器射孔)。基于上述几点有益效果,本发明能显著降低油层压降速率,均衡底水锥进剖面,提高采收率,取得良好的稳油、防砂、控水、采油和经济的工程意义。

具体实施方式
[0014] 下面结合附图详细说明依据本发明提出的底水油藏水平井分段完井系统的细节及工作流程。
[0015] 图1所示的水平井跟端一个丢手接头(I)与第一段新型控流筛管(2)相连,丢手接头用于下入完井管柱,新型控流筛管(2,9,16)段与套管(5,12)段相交替,封隔器(4,7,11,14)分别置于新型控流筛管(2,9,16)段与套管(5,12)段之间,新型控流筛管(2,9,16)段用于开采油层,套管(5,12)段和封隔器(4,7,11,14)用于封隔非开采层段,封隔地层压力和防止水窜,封隔器(4,7,11,14)为可取式液压封隔器,安全接头(8,15)置于新型控流筛管(9,16)段的第一根筛管之后,用于取出完井管柱,安全接头可不置于第一段新型控流筛管(2),丝堵(18)置于完井管柱末端,弹簧扶正器(3,6,10,13,17)避开封隔器等间距置于整个完井管柱,其作用仅为居中管柱,不影响筛管工作;所述完井管柱连接方式为丝扣连接,套管(5,12)与新型控流筛管段(2,9,16)长度和组合段数可根据水平井段长度,打开程度和实际井眼轨迹,用自主研发的“水平井完井方式优选软件”中的分段完井模块来确定,水平井眼在油层(19)中穿行,完井管柱置于其内,油层(19)下部为水层(20)。
[0016] 图2所示的是水平井分段完井开采一段时间后,由于新型控流筛管(2,9,16)段地层压力下降,底水剖面(21)上升,由于压降缓慢,底水锥进速度慢,不会形成底水突进的形式,形成了底水剖面(21)均横锥进的情况,油层(19)中的原油被底水(20)均衡的驱替至新型控流筛管(2,9,16)段处,如果设计打开程度高,则套管(5,12)段短,这种情况下就能从理论上实现与贝克休斯MPas®完井系统相同的均衡开采方式;若水平井段长,打开程度低,则套管用量多,那么就能极大的节约完井费用,这种情况下,水平井开采后期势必在未开采油层中含有残余油,该完井系统设计了可取式液压封隔器,便于取出管柱,使相同的完井管柱重新组合,循环利用,二次完井,进一步延长单井开采年限,提高油藏采收率。
[0017] 图3所示的是新型控流筛管由母接头(22)、基管(23)、筛网(24)、割缝外管(25)、流道孔(26)、公接头(27)组成,流道孔(26)位于基管(23)端部处,靠近公接头(27),流道孔(26)数为4-6个。靠近母接头(22)端的高压降区域的流体进入筛管内,沿着基管(23)经过一定距离流入流道孔(26),进入内管柱,公接头(27)端低压降区域的流体则可经过相对较短的路径进入流道孔,实现高低压降区域之间的平衡,达到均衡底水上升剖面的目的。
Claims (5)
1. 一种底水油藏水平井分段完井系统,包括一个丢手接头(I)、新型控流筛管(2,9,16)、套管(5,12)段、封隔器(4,7,11,14)、安全接头(8,15)、弹簧扶正器(3,6,10,13,17)、丝堵(18),其特征是:水平井跟端一个丢手接头(I)与第一段新型控流筛管(2)相连,新型控流筛管(2,9,16)段与套管(5,12)段相交替,封隔器(4,7,11,14)分别置于新型控流筛管(2,9,16)段与套管(5,12)段之间,安全接头(8,15)置于新型控流筛管(9,16)段的第一根筛管之后,丝堵(18)置于完井管柱末端,弹簧扶正器(3,6,10,13,17)避开封隔器等间距置于整个完井管柱,所述新型控流筛管(2,9,16)由母接头(22)、基管(23)、筛网(24)、割缝外管(25)、流道孔(26)、公接头(27)组成,流道孔(26)位于基管(23)端部处,靠近公接头(27),流道孔(26)数为4-6个,靠近母接头(22)端的高压降区域的流体进入筛管内,沿着基管(23)经过一定距离流入流道孔(26),进入内管柱,公接头(27)端低压降区域的流体则经过相对较短的路径进入流道孔(26)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的底水油藏水平井分段完井系统,其特征在于,该完井系统所要求的新型控流筛管(2,9,16)段、套管(5,12)段段数与各段长度由完井设计决定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的底水油藏水平井分段完井系统,其特征在于,新型控流筛管(2,9,16)的筛网(24)密度和割缝外管(25)筛缝尺寸由地层砂中值直径确定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的底水油藏水平井分段完井系统,其特征在于,所述的封隔器(4,7,11,14)为可取式液压封隔器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的底水油藏水平井分段完井系统,其特征在于,所述的完井管柱连接方式为丝扣连接。
