Abstract

本发明涉及机械工程和摩托车。
背景技术
本发明的改进的三活塞阻尼器(advanced triple piston damper,即ATPD)或者改进的三活塞减震器所涉及的是摩托车的拖挂型减震器的活塞组件。本发明的活塞组件设计成作为具有能够在低、中、高冲程速度进行动作的三个活塞的拖挂型减震器用的阻尼器进行动作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种响应性优于任何现有设计以及氮气型减震器的三活塞减震器。而且,本发明的减震器还可避免减震器本体出现泄漏的问题。
典型的减震器包括一个或两个活塞。对于单活塞型减震器来讲,当活塞杆移动时,活塞将抵抗油压。对于双活塞型减震器来讲,一个活塞以与单活塞型减震器的活塞相同的方式进行运作,同时第二活塞根据产生在缸体内的压力而对油进行施压。该第二活塞的动作是通过来自充填在缸体内的氮气的压力而产生的。
因此,鉴于以上问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种较为优良的摩托车拖挂型减震器的活塞组件。

具体实施方式
首先,考虑表示本发明的改进的三活塞阻尼器(ATPD)的内部结构的图1。本发明的ATPD包括三个活塞。当活塞移动进出时,第一活塞1抵抗油压。
第二活塞2也以与第一活塞相同的方式抵抗油压而不发生任何位移。在操作过程中,第二活塞2通过利用设置在活塞两侧的垫片的厚度来抵抗油压。
第三活塞3通过利用来自在缸体内部加载的弹簧的压力而非来自氮气的压力来抵抗油压。当第三活塞3的活塞杆移动时,第三活塞3将发生移动,同时使来自油压的阻力作用在活塞上方以及来自弹簧作用力的阻力作用在活塞之下。
由于本发明的减震器具有三个互联工作的活塞,所以,本发明的减震器的响应性要比现有技术的任何气体类型减震器好很多。此外,也避免了泄漏问题。由此实现了改进的用于摩托车的拖挂型减震器。本发明的减震器在低、中、高冲程速度上也表现非常良好。

1.一种改进的三活塞阻尼器(ATPD),包括互联工作的三个活塞(1、2、3);其特征在于,活塞组件设计成作为具有能够以低、中、高冲程速度动作的三个活塞的拖挂型减震器用的阻尼器工作。
