Abstract
本发明涉及一种采用催化氧化法与膜分离技术相结合的方法对焦化废水进行深度处理的工艺,其特征在于,预处理、A/O生化处理后的焦化废水,经催化氧化处理,然后再经混凝沉淀处理,最后经超滤和反渗透处理。本发明的优点是可以大幅度降低废水中COD和悬浮物等各类污染物含量,一次性投资较少,处理效果比较稳定,产水率相对提高。催化氧化出水经混凝沉淀池分离后,清水可以作为生产、生活杂用水或炼铁厂冲泡渣;反渗透出水可直接回用于生产净循环水系统作为补充水,实现水资源的再利用及焦化废水的零排放,社会效益十分显著。

催化氧化法与膜分离技术相结合的焦化废水深度处理工艺
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种焦化废水的处理工艺,特别涉及一种采用催化氧化法与膜分离技术相结合的方法对焦化废水进行深度处理的工艺,旨在提供一种可以大幅度降低焦化废水中各类污染物含量的焦化废水深度处理新技术。
背景技术
[0002] 目前,焦化废水处理普遍采用A/0生物脱氮处理技术,处理后水质指标可达到国家规定的排放标准,部分回用于湿法熄焦、除尘、煤气水封等浊循环水系统作补充水。而对焦化废水的深度处理普遍采用砂滤、生物滤池、混凝处理等手段,尽管出水COD控制在 100mg/L左右,悬浮物含量在30mg/L左右,但不能满足生产净水用水水质要求;有的采用活性炭过滤,可以有效地去除水中的COD和悬浮物,使COD降到60mg/L以下,悬浮物含量在 5mg/L以下,但对溶解性的固体含盐量几乎没有效果,另外,活性炭吸附饱和后就失去作用, 再生过程比较复杂,成本较高,因此仅靠单一的活性炭过滤单元达不到回用目的也没有推广价值。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是提供一种可以大幅度降低废水中COD和悬浮物等各类污染物含量的催化氧化法与膜分离技术相结合的焦化废水深度处理工艺。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
[0005] 催化氧化法与膜分离技术相结合的焦化废水深度处理工艺,包括催化氧化处理、 混凝沉淀处理、超滤处理、反渗透处理。预处理、生化处理后的焦化废水,经催化氧化处理, 然后再经混凝沉淀处理,最后经超滤和反渗透膜处理后的焦化废水,可满足生产净循环水补充水质的要求。
[0006] 催化氧化处理过程的技术参数:用硫酸将生化处理后的出水pH调至4以下;投加硫酸亚铁2000〜2500mg/L ;投加30%双氧水250〜300mg/L ;反应时间30〜60分钟;焦化废水经催化氧化处理的水质指标:C0D cr ( 125mg/L、.< 0. :3mg/L、氰化物< 0. 5mg/L、 脱色率彡50%。
[0007] 混凝沉淀处理过程的技术参数:水力停留时间2〜池:表面负荷0. 85〜1. Om3/ m2 · h ;投加石灰乳1500〜2500mg/L ;投加PAM助凝剂3〜5mg/L ;混合反应时间5〜10 分钟;焦化废水经混凝沉淀处理后的水质指标:C0Dcr ^ 100mg/L、.< 0. :3mg/L、氰化物 < 0. 5mg/L、脱色率彡 30%。
[0008] 超滤处理过程的技术参数:过滤精度0. 1 μ m ;工作压力为0. 1〜0. 25MPa ;过水通量温度25°C、工作压力0. 15MPa条件下为40〜70L/m2. hr ;投加絮凝剂20〜30mg/L ;投加杀菌剂5〜10mg/L ;pH值6. 5〜7. 5 ;介质温度25〜30°C ;焦化废水经超滤处理后水质指标为=CODcr ( 80mg/L、NH3-N ( 5mg/L、悬浮物 SS < 0. lmg/LK 0. 3mg/L^< 0. 3mg/ L、油 < 0. lmg/Lo[0009] 反渗透处理过程的技术参数:过滤精度0. 001 μ m ;工作压力为2〜3. 5MPa ;15分钟污染指数彡4 ;投加阻垢剂20〜30mg/L ;投加杀菌剂5〜10mg/L ;还原剂20〜30mg/L ; 温度25 °C、工作压力2. 5MPa条件下产水量65〜75% ;脱盐率95〜97% ;焦化废水经反渗透处理后出水的水质指标:C0Dcr ( 30mg/L、酚彡0. ang/L、氰化物彡0. 2mg/L,NH3-N ^ 5mg/ L、SS < 0. lmg/U< 0. lmg/L、PH6. 5 〜7. 5,含盐量彡 200mg/L、硬度彡 15mg/L(以 CaCO3 计)。
[0010] 所述的反渗透膜过滤采用错流过滤,工作压力2〜3. 5MPa,过滤精度0. 001 μ m,浓缩液占处理水量的35〜25%,浓缩液水质:C0Dcr ( 230mg/L、含盐量彡44000mg/L。
[0011] 所述的超滤处理采用UF超滤膜,UF超滤膜为中空纤维丝状膜,过滤精度0. 1 μ m, 所需工作压力为0. 1〜0. 25MPa,过水通量在25°C、工作压力0. 15MPa条件下为40〜70L/ m2. hr。
[0012] 所述的介质工作温度为18〜30°C。
[0013] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
[0014] 一次性投资较少,处理效果比较稳定,产水率相对提高。催化氧化出水经混凝沉淀池分离后,清水可以作为生产、生活杂用水或炼铁厂冲泡渣;反渗透出水可直接回用于生产净循环水系统作为补充水,实现水资源的再利用及焦化废水的零排放,社会效益十分显著。

[0017] 预处理和A/0生化处理后的焦化废水经催化氧化、混凝沉淀处理后的水质指标: CODcr ^ 100mg/H< 0. 3mg/Li< 0. 5mg/L、脱色率彡 80%。
[0018] 混凝沉淀处理后焦化废水再经UF超滤膜处理后水质指标:C0Dcr ( 80mg/L、 NH3-N ( 5mg/L、悬浮物 SS < 0. lmg/LK 0. 3mg/H< 0. 3mg/U< 0. lmg/L。
[0019] 最后通过反渗透膜分离降低水中大分子污染物和部分溶解性固体含量,经反渗透膜最终处理后水质指标达到CODcr ( 30mg/L、酚彡0. ang/L、氰彡0. 2mg/L, NH3-N ( 5mg/ L、油检测不出、SS检测不出、PH6. 5〜7. 5、含盐量彡200mg/L、硬度彡15mg/L(以CaC03 计),满足生产净循环水水质要求。所述的UF超滤膜采用外压式错流过滤,浓缩液占处理水量的30〜40%,浓缩液SS ( 4000mg/L,浓缩液靠余压进入混凝沉淀池。所述的反渗透膜采用错流过滤,浓缩液占处理水量的25〜35%,浓缩液水质:C0Dcr ( 230mg/L、含盐量 < 44000mg/L,浓缩液一般喷洒到煤场降尘,也可以作为湿法熄焦的补充水。

[0037] ⑤投加杀菌剂5〜IOmg/每升焦化废水;
[0038] ⑥ pH 值 6. 5 〜7. 5 ;
[0039] ⑦介质温度25〜30°C
[0040] (4) RO反渗透膜处理有关参数 [0041 ] ①过滤精度0. 001 μ m
[0042] ②工作压力为2〜3. 5MPa

[0044] ④投加阻垢剂20〜30mg/每升焦化废水;
[0045] ⑤投加杀菌剂5〜IOmg/每升焦化废水;
[0046] ⑥还原剂20〜30mg/每升焦化废水;
[0047] ⑦产水量65〜75% (25"C、工作压力2. 5MPa条件下)
[0048] ⑧脱盐率95〜97%
[0049] 上述处理过程中,所使用的絮凝剂、阻垢剂、杀菌剂、还原剂是焦化废水常规处理工艺中使用的药剂。
[0050] 实例1 :对于年产焦炭150万吨规模焦化厂,产生焦化废水76m3/h,循环水排污水52m3/h,合计处理水量为U8m3/h。生化系统采用A/0内循环生物脱氮处理技术,生化处理出水量为 128m3/h,水质=CODCr ( 150mg/L、NH3-N ( 5mg/L、SS ( 5mg/L、酚彡 0. 5mg/L、 氰化物彡0. 5mg/L, PH〜7,达到国家综合排放二级标准。然后这些生化出水经催化氧化、 混凝沉淀和超滤膜等一系列处理过程,除去水中部分难以生物降解的COD、悬浮物等污染物,水质指标:C0Dcr ^ 80mg/L、NH3-N ^ 5mg/L、悬浮物 SS < lmg/L、.< 0. :3mg/L、氰化物 <0.;3!^/1、油< lmg/L。超滤膜出水经反渗透给水泵和高压泵串联加压后,进入反渗透膜组件,把水中大分子污染物和部分溶解性固体含量分离到浓缩液中,反渗透膜组件产水水质指标:C0Dcr ^ 30mg/L、酚彡 0. ang/L、氰化物彡 0. 2mg/L,NH3-N ^ 511^/1、油< 0. lmg/L、 SS <0. lmg/L、PH6. 5〜7. 5、含盐量彡200mg/L、硬度彡15mg/L (以CaCO3计),同时满足《城市污水再生利用一工业用水水质》(GB/T19923-20(^)之要求。反渗透装置产水量(占处理水量的75%左右)为96m3/h,回用于生产净循环水系统作为补充水。分离的浓缩液(占处理水量的25%左右)约为32m3/h,喷洒到煤场降尘或作为湿法熄焦的补充水。

1.催化氧化法与膜分离技术相结合的焦化废水深度处理工艺,其特征在于,包括催化氧化处理、混凝沉淀处理、超滤处理、反滲透处理,预处理、A/0生化处理后的焦化废水,经催化氧化处理,然后再经混凝沉淀处理,最后经超滤和反滲透膜处理后的焦化废水,可满足生产净循环水补充水质的要求;催化氧化处理过程的技术參数:用硫酸将生化处理后的出水 pH调至4以下;投加硫酸亚铁2000〜2500mg/L ;投加30%双氧水250〜300mg/L ;反应时间30〜60分钟;焦化废水经催化氧化处理的水质指标:C0Dcr ( 125mg/L、®)< 0. 3mg/L、 氰化物< 0. 5mg/L、脱色率彡50%。
2.根据权利要求I所述的催化氧化法与膜分离技术相结合的焦化废水深度处理工艺,其特征在于,混凝沉淀处理过程的技术參数:水力停留时间2〜3h ;表面负荷0. 85〜 I. OmVm2 .h ;投加石灰乳1500〜2500mg/L ;投加PAM助凝剂3〜5mg/L ;混合反应时间5〜 10分钟;焦化废水经混凝沉淀处理后的水质指标:C0Dcr ^ 100mg/L、®)< 0. 3mg/L、氰化物< 0. 5mg/L、脱色率彡 30%。

4.根据权利要求I所述的催化氧化法与膜分离技术相结合的焦化废水深度处理工艺, 其特征在于,反渗透处理过程的技术參数:过滤精度0. 001 u m ;工作压カ为2〜3. 5MPa ;15 分钟污染指数彡4 ;投加阻垢剂20〜30mg/L ;投加杀菌剂5〜10mg/L ;还原剂20〜30mg/ L •,温度25で、工作压カ2. 5MPa条件下产水量65〜75% ;脱盐率95〜97% ;焦化废水经反渗透处理后的水质指标:C0Dcr ^ 30mg/L、®X 0. 2mg/L、氰化物< 0. 2mg/L、NH3-N ^ 5mg/ L、悬浮物 SS < 0. lmg/L、油 < 0. lmg/L、PH6. 5 〜7. 5,含盐量彡 200mg/L、硬度彡 15mg/L,以 CaCO3 计。
5.根据权利要求I或4所述的催化氧化法与膜分离技术相结合的焦化废水深度处理工艺,其特征在干,所述的反滲透膜过滤采用错流过滤,工作压カ2〜3. 5MPa,过滤精度0. 001 iim,浓缩液占处理水量的35〜25%,浓缩液水质:C0Dcr彡230mg/L、含盐量 く 44000mg/L。
6.根据权利要求I或3所述的催化氧化法与膜分离技术相结合的焦化废水深度处理 エ艺,其特征在干,所述的超滤处理采用UF超滤膜,UF超滤膜为中空纤维丝状膜,过滤精度0. lym,所需工作压カ为0. I〜0. 25MPa,过水通量在25°C、工作压カ0. 15MPa条件下为 40 〜70L/m2. hr。
