本发明公开了一种轧机四列圆锥滚子双侧密封轴承,包括外圈(1)、双滚道外圈(2)、双滚道内圈(3)、密封组件(4、7)、保持架(5)、滚子(6)、O形密封圈(8)和外隔圈(9);外圈(1)呈内锥环形,外圈(1)的外径两边和内孔两边均倒圆角;双滚道外圈(2)呈倒V环形,双滚道外圈(2)的外径和内孔两边均倒圆角;双滚道外圈(2)和O形密封圈(8)之间有密封组件(4);密封组件(4)呈偏U环形,U环开口指向轴承的外侧;双滚道内圈(3)之间有密封组件(7),密封组件(7)呈圆环形。所采用的密封组件具有改善润滑条件的作用,大大提高了轴承寿命的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轧机四列圆锥滚子双侧密封轴承,更具体来说涉及一种轧机上使用的圆锥滚子轴承,属于四列圆锥滚子轴承技术领域。
背景技术
四列圆锥滚子轴承结构由外圈、双滚道外圈、内隔圈、双滚道内圈、保持架、滚子和外隔圈组成,四列圆锥滚子轴承使用在各轧钢厂的轧机上,轴承工作在冲击、高温、高速、重载、润滑不良、高压水冲刷等恶劣工况条件下。轴承箱端部设计有密封件,主要是防止外界异物进入轴承中,如杂质、冷却水、氧化铁皮等。
当刚使用新密封件时,密封效果良好,但使用一段时间后,密封效果变差,此时如不及时更换密封件,则密封效果很差,再加上轴承装拆频繁影响密封等原因,在轧制过程中产生的氧化铁皮、冷却水等异物就会进入轴承中,而润滑油脂也会外泄,这样将会引起轴承的非疲劳破坏,降低轴承的使用寿命,也会增加工人经常加油脂的工作量,及油脂的使用量和排放量,造成对环境的污染。
发明内容
本发明为解决以上的技术问题上,提供了一种轧机四列圆锥滚子双侧密封轴承,解决了外界异物进入轴承以及润滑油脂外泄等问题。
本发明的一种轧机四列圆锥滚子双侧密封轴承,外圈、双滚道外圈、双滚道内圈、保持架、滚子、O形密封圈和外隔圈;外圈呈内锥环形,外圈的外径两边和内孔两边均倒圆角;双滚道外圈呈倒V环形,双滚道外圈的外径和内孔两边均倒圆角;双滚道外圈和O形密封圈之间有密封组件;密封组件呈偏U环形,U环开口指向轴承的外侧;双滚道内圈之间有密封组件,密封组件呈圆环形。内圈是由两个双滚道内圈分体安装组成的;双滚道内圈外景上有两个滚子滚道,滚子滚道中有两个圆弧槽;双滚道内圈内孔均有一段螺旋注油槽,螺旋注油槽不超出内壁;双滚道内圈内孔上的螺旋注油槽截面为半圆形。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:大大减少了摩擦、改善了润滑条件、提高了润滑的质量、降低摩擦发热和能耗损失,从而大大提高了轴承寿命。

本发明由图1可知:一种轧机四列圆锥滚子双侧密封轴承,包括外圈1、双滚道外圈2、双滚道内圈3、保持架5、滚子6、O形密封圈8和外隔圈9;外圈1呈内锥环形,外圈1的外径两边和内孔两边均倒圆角;双滚道外圈2呈倒V环形,双滚道外圈2的外径和内孔两边均倒圆角;双滚道外圈2和O形密封圈8之间有密封组件4;密封组件4呈偏U环形,U环开口指向轴承的外侧;双滚道内圈3之间有密封组件7,密封组件7呈圆环形。
一种优选实施例:以公称外径为311.15mm的轧机双列圆锥滚子轴承为例:外圈的公称宽度为200mm。有了这些密封组件有利于润滑剂的洁净,避免在轧制过程中产生的氧化铁皮、冷却水等异物就会进入轴承中,这样不仅减少了摩擦同时也改善了润滑,有利于降低摩擦发热和能耗损失。

所述外圈(1)呈内锥环形,外圈(1)的外径两边和内孔两边均倒圆角;
所述双滚道外圈(2)呈倒V环形,双滚道外圈(2)的外径和内孔两边均倒圆角;
所述双滚道外圈(2)和O形密封圈(8)之间有密封组件(4);密封组件(4)呈偏U环形,U环开口指向轴承的外侧;
双滚道内圈(3)之间有密封组件(7),密封组件(7)呈圆环形。
