The minitype CT adopted by the instrument has simple operation and convenient carrying, provides qualitative and visual image comparison of carotid artery blood vessel of brain and has maneuverability and practicability while matching with the quantitative analysis of the relevant parameter of blood vessel of brain; in addition, the instrument has important effects on diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cranial vascular diseases, such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and the like.

Technical Field

Background
According to the report of the World Health Organization (WHO), the second disease threatening the human life and health is still cerebrovascular disease in 2020, and ranks fourth among various disabling diseases worldwide. A number of animal and clinical experimental phenomena and data indicate that cerebrovascular health can be manifested by vessel wall elasticity, blood composition and rheological properties and hemodynamic characteristics. The abnormal change of the kinetic parameters of the cerebral circulation is an early onset signal of cerebrovascular diseases and precedes the morphological change.
Therefore, the method can play an important role in preventing and predicting the occurrence of cerebrovascular diseases by detecting specific cerebrovascular kinetic parameters and comparing the parameters with images, and has great development potential in noninvasive detection of the parameters.
The existing method and instrument for detecting the cerebrovascular characteristics are only limited to analyzing and comparing relevant data of carotid artery and the like by measurement, and have no image comparison and lack of intuition.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a new instrument for detecting the health condition of the cerebral vessels. The instrument not only has analysis and comparison of measured related data, but also has comparison of images, and has objectivity and intuition.
The instrument for detecting the health condition of the cerebral vessels comprises an image detection system, a data analysis and detection system and a calculation, analysis and display system.

One end of the control feedback device 9 is respectively connected with the carotid artery pressure detection device 4, the carotid artery blood flow velocity detection device 5 and the carotid artery diameter detection device 6, and the other end is connected with the computer and the image analysis processing device 8.
In the present invention, each component (including each part) is already present. After combination, not only the analysis and comparison of the measured data are realized, but also the visual comparison and display of the images are realized, and abundant information is provided for the diagnosis and treatment of doctors. The miniature CT adopted by the instrument is simple to operate and convenient to carry, provides qualitative and visual carotid artery cerebrovascular image contrast, is matched with quantitative analysis of relevant cerebrovascular parameters, and has higher operability and practicability by combining the two. Has important functions for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and the like, and has obvious effects on the aspects of early detection and minimally invasive detection of the cerebrovascular diseases and the like.

The carotid artery pressure detection device 4 mainly comprises a pressure sensor module and a pressure sensor probe. The device transmits the detected analog signal to a signal conversion analysis processing device 7 connected to one end, and the signal conversion analysis processing device 7 converts the analog signal into a digital signal. The other end of the device is connected to a control feedback device 9.
The carotid blood flow velocity detection device 5 mainly comprises a pulse wave Doppler ultrasonic module and a pulse wave Doppler ultrasonic probe. The carotid image collected by the image detection system is compared with the carotid image under normal conditions, and the carotid image are both displayed on a computer screen, so that a doctor can conveniently and visually observe the carotid image. Meanwhile, the device is internally provided with software set according to a specific formula programming program, the collected data are analyzed, and statistical software is used for comparing the analyzed data of the patient to be detected with a patient database under normal conditions. The other end of the device is connected with a control feedback device 9 and transmits a feedback signal to the control feedback device 9.
One end of the control feedback device 9 is respectively connected with the carotid artery pressure detection device 4, the carotid artery blood flow velocity detection device 5 and the carotid artery diameter detection device 6, and the other end is connected with the computer and the image analysis processing device 8. The system determines on/off control of the carotid artery pressure detection device 4, the carotid artery blood flow velocity detection device 5 and the carotid artery diameter detection device 6 by receiving feedback signals transmitted by the computer and the image analysis processing device 8.
The operation flow of the detection and analysis instrument is shown in the attached figure 2.
The detecting and analyzing instrument adopts a cerebrovascular health condition analyzing method. The image obtained by micro CT scanning is compared with the carotid artery image under normal condition, and the image and the carotid artery image are displayed on a computer screen for doctors to visually observe and compare and qualitatively analyze and predict the health condition of the cerebral vessels. The miniature CT is convenient to carry and simple to operate. Meanwhile, the computer detects and analyzes the related parameters of the carotid artery, and the corresponding index of the health condition of the cerebral vessels is obtained through the calculation of the attached software in the computer, and then the statistical analysis is carried out to compare the deviation degree of the cerebral vessel data with the normal condition, so as to obtain the quantitative analysis and prediction of the health condition of the cerebral vessels.
