Abstract

本发明涉及一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物及其制备方法,该组合物由以下重量配比的原料制成:尼龙(PA6)40-60%、玻璃纤维10-20%、水镁石20-30%、相容剂3-10%、抗氧剂0.1-0.5%润滑剂0.2-1%。其制备方法包括按重量配比秤取原料;将所有原料放入高混机中混合2-5分钟;出料;将混合均匀的原料放入螺杆机中挤出造粒。本发明的特点是制备的水镁石阻燃增强尼龙复合材料,不但具有优异的力学性能,其阻燃级别可以达到UL94-V1,可应用于汽车、机械、家电等领域。

Description

一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种综合性能优异的水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物,该材料可制作具有阻燃要求的生产设备、工具,仪器、仪表外壳,属于尼龙改性技术领域。
背景技术
尼龙以其优良的综合性能被广泛运用于各行业,玻璃纤维和矿物填充改性尼龙具有高强度、高耐热、高抗疲劳、低成形收缩等良好性能,因此被广泛应用于汽车、机械、家电、航空及军用部件等领域,并发展成为当今世界第一大工程塑料。
目前市场上的阻燃增强改性尼龙主要是玻纤和含卤阻燃剂制备而成,而市场上对无卤阻燃材料的要求逐渐增加。采用水镁石粉对尼龙进行改性,不但可以提高材料的阻燃性能,而且可以提高尼龙的强度。而水镁石资源中国非常丰富,且价格低廉,采用水镁石进行改性具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量配比的原料制成:
尼龙(PA6)40-60%,
玻璃纤维10-20%,
水镁石20-30%,
相容剂3-10%,
润滑剂0.2-1%,
抗氧剂0.1-0.5%。
所述的尼龙为PA6树脂,粘度为2.6-5.0。
所述的玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维。
所述的水镁石为粉状,2000目,已经经过活化。
所述的相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,其熔融指数为8-100g/10min。
所述的润滑剂为硅酮粉。
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配,优选抗氧剂168与抗氧剂1098复配。
一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法如下:
(1)按重量配比秤取原料:尼龙(PA6)40-60%,玻璃纤维10-20%,水镁石20-30%,相容剂3-10%,润滑剂0.2-1%,抗氧剂0.1-0.5%;
(2)将所有原料放入高混机中混合2-5分钟,出料;
(3)将混合的原料放入螺杆机中挤出造粒,螺杆机的转速为180-600转/分,温度为210-240℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明方法制备的材料具有优异的力学性能和阻燃性能,可制作生产设备、工具,仪器、仪表外壳等,应用前景广阔。

将所有组分按比例放入高混机中混合3分钟,然后用螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在210℃、215℃、230℃、230℃、230℃、230℃、230℃、125℃,螺杆转数在300转/分。
对实施例1和2所得的一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物样品1和样品2进行性能测试对比,力学性能以ASTM测试。

Claims (8)

1.一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量配比的原料制成:
尼龙(PA6)40-60%,
玻璃纤维10-20%,
水镁石20-30%,
相容剂3-10%,
润滑剂0.2-1%,
抗氧剂0.1-0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物,其特征在于,所述的尼龙为PA6树脂,粘度为2.6-5.0。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物,其特征在于,所述的玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物,其特征在于,所述的水镁石为粉状,2000目,已经经过活化。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物,其特征在于,所述的相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,其熔融指数为8-100g/10min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为硅酮粉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配,优选抗氧剂168与抗氧剂1098复配。
8.一种如权利要求1所述水镁石阻燃增强尼龙组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法如下:
(1)按重量配比秤取原料:尼龙(PA6)40-60%,玻璃纤维10-20%,水镁石20-30%,相容剂3-10%,润滑剂0.2-1%,抗氧剂0.1-0.5%;
(2)将所有原料放入高混机中混合2-5分钟,出料;
(3)将混合的原料放入螺杆机中挤出造粒,螺杆机的转速为180-600转/分,温度为210-240℃。
