- 多相流烟气净化工艺;是由烟气“湿法变相工艺”串接“湿法静电分离工艺”构成的的实施方案;(多相流包括;气、液和气、固两相流,及气、液、固三相流)(一),烟气先“湿法变相”工艺高温气、固或气、液两相流烟气进变相塔(1)。向流动的烟气用循环喷淋泵(4)雾状喷淋液体或浆体,烟气变成气、液、固三相流雾状烟气。含烟尘颗粒、SO2的烟气在变相塔(1)内。向流动的烟气用循环喷淋泵(4)雾状喷淋石灰浆,SO2变成亚硫酸氢钙水溶液导电雾滴,烟尘颗粒变成被液体包裹的导电液滴。烟气变成气、液固三相流雾状烟气。高温气、液两相流雾状烟气进变相塔(1)。向流动的烟气用循环喷淋泵(4)雾状喷淋液体,降温析出液滴。达到;固体颗粒被液体包裹,变成含固体颗粒的导电液滴。达到;雾状烟气中液体雾珠增大、增重的导电液滴。达到;烟气中气化物,降温析出导电液滴。达到;烟气中有害气体与液体化学反应,生成导电液滴(SO2变成亚硫酸氢钙水溶液雾滴)各种污染物变成的液滴是导电体。(二),雾状烟气再经“湿法静电分离”工艺含有各种导电物质液滴的雾状烟气,进湿法静电器(2)。在湿法静电器(2)内,导电的液滴100%荷上电荷。带电液滴被吸附极板100%吸附接触,带电液滴卸掉电荷,变成中性液滴,在吸附极板上汇聚成流,垂直流出湿法静电场(2)。脱离流动的烟气或被极板冲洗水(6)冲洗,垂直流出湿法静电器(2)。达到从气、液、固三相流雾状烟气中分离出;液、固两相流浆体回收。纯净气体烟气从湿法静电器(2)出口排进大气。(三),浓缩“脱水“中性液滴在吸附极板上汇聚成流,垂直流出湿法静电器(2),进变相塔(1)底部的浓缩机(3)脱水。浓缩机(3)上部溢流水进中水箱(7)经喷淋循环泵(4)循环喷淋烟气。清除浓缩机(3)水面漂浮物。浓缩机(3)底流浆再经浆泵(5)排除
