背景技术
[0002] 活性焦烟气脱硫技术属于干式回收法脱硫工艺,是以煤制成的活性焦作脱硫剂,依靠活性焦对SO2的吸附和解吸完成烟气脱硫循环。因活性焦具有广谱吸附特性,该技术能同时脱除多种有害物质。它在脱硫过程中基本不消耗水,故而没有废水、废渣产生,具有优异的环保性能。脱硫产物为高浓度SO2气体,可生产硫酸、硫磺、液体SO2、化肥等产品,能有效缓解我国硫资源短缺的问题。
[0003] 活性焦吸附烟道气中二氧化硫工艺中的吸附装置主要有二种形式:固定床与移动床,再生方法也主要有二种,即水洗再生法与加热再生法。活性焦干法脱硫技术已在日本、德国等国的工业中得到应用。
[0004] 我国在活性焦脱硫技术方面起步较晚,于1976〜1981年期间,在湖北松木坪电厂进行了 5000 NmVh的烟气水洗再生含碘活性炭脱硫中试;1990年,在四川豆坝电厂进行了磷铵肥法烟气脱硫5000 NmVh的中试,并于1997年建立了 IOX IO4 Nm3/h的磷铵肥法烟气脱硫工业装置。固定床活性炭(焦)吸附烟道气中SO2由于存在着工艺复杂、活性炭强度低、价格高等诸多缺陷,只适用于小规模、低浓度SO2烟气处理。
[0005]目前已应用的活性焦干法脱硫系统一般为分体式结构,单独设置脱硫塔与再生塔,或脱硫塔+再生塔一体(未单独设置脱硝段),其存在着占地面积大或是无单独脱硝段导致脱硝效率低等缺陷。

[0006] 有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种三段式活性焦烟气净化再生一体化处理系统,通过将所述脱硝反应塔、脱硫反应塔与活性焦再生塔巧妙地结合在一起,不仅能够完成烟气净化和活性焦再生的一体化过程,而且占地面积小,能够充分兼顾在处理过程中分离物质的二次利用。

[0011] I)烟气的处理步骤:将烟气经预除尘处理后,经脱硫反应塔的烟气入口进入到中段的脱硫反应塔,在脱硫反应塔中,使烟气错流经过移动床中的活性焦,SO2被吸附脱除,并对烟尘进行一段脱除;对脱硫反应塔处理后进入上段脱硝反应塔的烟气进行喷氨脱硝处 理,以及二段除尘;将经过脱硫、脱硝以及两段除尘处理后的烟气连入原有的烟气除尘系统进行三段除尘,对烟气中携带的少量活性焦碎屑与剩余的粉尘进行截留处理;
[0012] 2)活性焦的处理步骤:在烟气的处理过程中,饱和活性焦在重力作用下由脱硫反应塔底部直接进入活性焦再生塔,经过预热、加热、冷却段后,通过向塔内通入的惰性气体N2将饱和活性焦中解吸出来的SO2携带输送出再生塔,获得SO2含量约为30〜50% (按体积百分比计)的混合气,用于制备硫酸或硫磺;将再生后的活性焦经过筛分后,将符合要求的大颗粒部分输送至脱硝反应塔进行循环利用。
[0013] 进一步,在活性焦的处理步骤中,将经过筛分获得的磨损后的活性焦小颗粒输送至锅炉用于燃烧,为活性焦再生塔的加热段或向外提供热量。

[0026] 2)活性焦的处理步骤:在烟气的处理过程中,饱和活性焦在重力作用下由脱硫反应塔底部直接进入活性焦再生塔,经过预热、加热、冷却段后,通过向塔内通入的惰性气体N2将饱和活性焦中解吸出来的SO2携带输送出再生塔,获得SO2含量约为30〜50% (那体积百分比计)的混合气,用于制备硫酸或硫磺;将再生后的活性焦经过筛分后,将符合要求的大颗粒部分输送至脱硝反应塔进行循环利用。

[0030] 2、采用脱硫脱硝分段处理,与一般单塔同时脱硫(脱除率大于90% )、脱硝(脱除率约为20%〜40%)的效果相比,脱硫率可达95%以上,脱硝率大于70% ;
[0031] 3、实现三段除尘,不仅利用活性焦吸附特性净化了原烟气中的粉尘,也降低了烟气从移动床中携带出的活性焦粉尘含量。
