Abstract

本发明涉及一种数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置及定向方法，包括去毛刺刀总成，去毛刺刀总成包括去去毛刺刀、去毛刺刀挡板、去毛刺刀安装盘和弹簧，去毛刺刀安装盘之间装有间距调整垫，间距调整垫和去毛刺刀安装盘均穿装在回转轴上，回转轴安装在刀架体上，特征：回转轴一端紧固有其上设有挡块的发信盘，发信盘与去毛刺刀安装盘紧固，刀架体上安装有传感器和导向气缸，导向气缸上安装介轮，回转轴另一端紧固有被动轮，刀架体上装有与主动轮相连的减速制动电机。优点是：保证发信盘与去毛刺刀转动的一致性，提高圆周定向的精度和运行可靠性，延长系统的整体使用寿命，大幅度降低制造成本；本发明传动链短，机构简单、便于操作。

Description

数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置及定向方法
技术领域
本发明属于齿轮加工技术领域，特别是涉及一种数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置及定向方法。
背景技术
在齿轮加工过程中，倒棱之前的工序，如滚齿、插齿、拉花键等会在齿轮的两端面残留毛刺；此外倒棱加工也会在端面挤出少量毛刺，上述毛刺需要在齿轮装配之前必须去除。目前，齿轮端面去毛刺工序中有的采用手工去除，但手工去毛刺工作效率低，精度差。
而在自动完成齿轮两端面去毛刺的工作中，两个去毛刺刀刀盘之间的原始距离要比进行去毛刺加工的齿轮两端面距离小0.15～0.3mm，故两个去毛刺刀不能直接沿径向进入齿轮的两端面外侧。
在专利CN200820144533.7所提供的方案中，采用的是先用顶出气缸或油缸驱动顶出装置将两去毛刺刀顶开，进给装置将去毛刺刀轴系运动到待加工的齿轮旁，然后顶出气缸收缩，从两去毛刺刀之间移出，两去毛刺刀在各自的弹簧的作用下，贴紧被加工齿轮，去毛刺刀或工件再开始转动，进行去毛刺工序。这种方案虽然不需要对去毛刺到进行圆周定向，但如果齿轮轴向位置发生变化，则刀盘撑开机构无法随之轴向移动，且容易造成端面刮伤。
此外，国外某些采用类似原理的机床，是用电机通过软轴驱动具有减速和离合两种功能的减速机，减速机上的输出轮带动去毛刺刀轴进行圆周定向。减速机上的输出轮沿径向开有一个凹槽，输出轮的上方设有由压簧带动的定位块，在对在输出轮的旋转过程中一旦定位块对准了输出轮上的凹槽，定位块在弹簧力的作用下就会嵌入到输出轮中，输出轮停止旋转，减速机过载，离合装置打滑，并输出过载信号，电控系统控制电机停止旋转，且在气缸带动下使减速机及其上的输出轮与去毛刺刀轴系分离，从而完成圆周定向工作。
上述技术方案其传动链较长，动作繁琐，而且其使用的减速机需要具备减速和扭矩保护等多项功能，造价昂贵，且某些部件在国内很难采购到。所以，在使用装有以上去毛刺刀定位装置的机床时，一旦上述减速机出现故障，由于减速机等部件很难在国内采购到，就会导致整套去毛刺刀定位装置失灵，机床的使用者索性直接将间距比工件待加工端面间距小0.15～0.3mm的两个去毛刺刀强行插到工件两侧，会对机床、刀具、工件造成不必要的损害。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置及定向方法，其对不同工件的适应性强，传动链短，动作简单，维修保养性能较佳。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：
一种数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置，包括去毛刺刀总成，去毛刺刀总成包括两个去毛刺刀、两个去毛刺刀挡板、两个去毛刺刀安装盘和弹簧，去毛刺刀的工作面上加工有导向斜面，每个去毛刺刀挡板上安装有一个去毛刺刀，去毛刺刀和去毛刺刀挡板之间置有弹簧，去毛刺刀挡板紧固在去毛刺刀安装盘上，两个去毛刺刀安装盘之间装有间距调整垫，间距调整垫和两个去毛刺刀安装盘均穿装在回转轴上，回转轴装在刀架体上，其特征是：回转轴一端紧固有其上设有挡块的发信盘，发信盘与去毛刺刀安装盘紧固，刀架体上安装有传感器，刀架体上安装有导向气缸，导向气缸上安装有介轮，回转轴另一端紧固有被动轮，刀架体上通过电机支架安装有减速制动电机，减速制动电机与主动轮相连。
本发明还可以采用如下技术方案：
所述挡块在发信盘上的位置与传感器在刀架体上的安装位置相对应。

一种利用数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置的定向方法：
(1)导向气缸驱动介轮移动到被动轮与主动轮之间，介轮与主动轮、被动轮相接触；
(2)减速制动电机驱动主动轮旋转，主动轮通过介轮带动被动轮旋转，被动轮通过回转轴带动去毛刺刀总成旋转；
(3)当发信盘上的挡块旋转到传感器时，传感器检测到挡块运动到此处的信号，并向控制系统输出信号，减速制动电机停止旋转，主动轮、被动轮、回转轴及去毛刺刀总成随之停止旋转；
(4)数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置向被加工工件整体移动，两去毛刺刀沿其上的导向斜面径向进入到被加工齿轮的端面两侧；
(5)导向气缸带动介轮退回原位。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：由于本发明采用上述技术方案，通过发信盘将去毛刺刀安装盘紧固在回转轴上，可以保证发信盘与去毛刺刀转动的一致性，即可提高了圆周定向的精度和可靠性，从而最终保证了了去毛刺刀是沿着导向斜面运动到齿轮的两侧；同时，本发明技术方案将圆周定向检测和传动两项功能分离，利用主动轮、被动轮、介轮等易加工部件和挡块、传感器等易于购买的部件代替了国外方案中的价格昂贵且难以在国内购买到的具备减速和扭矩保护等多项功能的减速机等外购件，不但极大的提高了系统的维护保养性能，进而提高了系统的整体寿命，而且传动链短，机构简单，提高了系统的运行可靠性。

请参阅图1至图4，数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置，包括去毛刺刀总成，去毛刺刀总成包括去毛刺刀12、两个去毛刺刀挡板9、两个去毛刺刀安装盘10和弹簧13，去毛刺刀的工作面上加工有导向斜面12-1，在每个去毛刺刀挡板9上安装有一个去毛刺刀，去毛刺刀12和去毛刺刀挡板9之间置有弹簧13，去毛刺刀挡板紧固在去毛刺刀安装盘10上。两个去毛刺刀安装盘之间夹装有间距调整垫11，间距调整垫和去毛刺刀安装盘10均穿装在回转轴8上，回转轴穿装在刀架体1上，回转轴8一端紧固有发信盘14，发信盘与去毛刺刀安装盘紧固在一起，发信盘上设置有挡块15，刀架体上安装有传感器16，所述挡块在发信盘上的位置与传感器在刀架体上的安装位置相对应。在刀架体一外侧上安装有导向气缸5，导向气缸上安装有介轮6，所述介轮上加工有滚花。回转轴一端紧固有被动轮7，刀架体1上通过电机支架3安装有减速制动电机2，减速制动电机与主动轮4相连。
利用数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置的定向方法：
(1)导向气缸5驱动介轮6移动到被动轮7与主动轮4之间，此时介轮与主动轮、被动轮相接触；
(2)减速制动电机3驱动主动轮旋转，主动轮4通过介轮6带动被动轮7旋转，被动轮通过回转轴8带动去毛刺刀总成旋转；
(3)当发信盘14上的挡块15旋转到与传感器16对应位置时，传感器16检测到挡块运动到此处的信号，并向控制系统输出信号，减速制动电机停止旋转，主动轮、被动轮、回转轴及去毛刺刀随之停止旋转；
(4)数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置向被加工齿轮17整体移动，去毛刺刀12沿其上的导向斜面12-1运动到被加工齿轮的端面两侧；
(5)导向气缸5驱动介轮6退回原位，即完成去毛刺刀的圆周定向。

Claims (4)

1.一种数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置，包括去毛刺刀总成，去毛刺刀总成包括两个去毛刺刀、两个去毛刺刀挡板、两个去毛刺刀安装盘和弹簧，去毛刺刀的工作面上加工有导向斜面，每个去毛刺刀挡板上安装有一个去毛刺刀，去毛刺刀和去毛刺刀挡板之间置有弹簧，去毛刺刀挡板紧固在去毛刺刀安装盘上，两个去毛刺刀安装盘之间装有间距调整垫，间距调整垫和两个去毛刺刀安装盘均穿装在回转轴上，回转轴装在刀架体上，其特征是：回转轴一端紧固有其上设有挡块的发信盘，发信盘与去毛刺刀安装盘紧固，刀架体上安装有传感器，刀架体上安装有导向气缸，导向气缸上安装有介轮，回转轴另一端紧固有被动轮，刀架体上通过电机支架安装有减速制动电机，减速制动电机与主动轮相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置，其特征是：所述挡块在发信盘上的位置与传感器在刀架体上的安装位置相对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置，其特征是：所述介轮上加工有滚花。
4.一种利用权利要求1所述的数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置的定向方法，其特征是：
(1)导向气缸驱动介轮移动到被动轮与主动轮之间，介轮与主动轮、被动轮相接触；
(2)减速制动电机驱动主动轮旋转，主动轮通过介轮带动被动轮旋转，被动轮通过回转轴带动去毛刺刀总成旋转；
(3)当发信盘上的挡块旋转到传感器时，传感器检测到挡块运动到此处的信号，并向控制系统输出信号，减速制动电机停止旋转，主动轮、被动轮、回转轴及去毛刺刀总成随之停止旋转；
(4)数控齿轮倒棱机去毛刺刀圆周定向装置向被加工工件整体移动，两去毛刺刀沿其上的导向斜面径向进入到被加工齿轮的端面两侧；
(5)导向气缸带动介轮退回原位。
