[0002] 城市垃圾越来越多,光靠填埋,堆肥来处理垃圾以不能适应社会的发展要求,垃圾 发电既能处理垃圾不造成二次污染,同时通过发电,供热还能产生经济效益,因此垃圾焚烧 锅炉余热回收越来越受到人民的关注!
[0003] 现有垃圾焚烧厂的焚烧余热回收锅炉有二种布置形式, 一种是立式,另一种为卧 式。立式布置、卧式布置的余热回收锅炉一般均为单锅筒、自然循环水管锅炉。 [0004] 如图1所示的立式布置余热回收锅炉,其第一通道11下部是炉排2和绝热炉膛3。 垃圾焚烧后产生的烟气依次流过第一、二、三通道11、12、13,第一、二、三通道11、12、13四 周布满了膜式水冷壁l。第三通道13布置了对流蒸发器和三级过热器4。第四烟道14布 置了省煤器5和/或烟气空气预热器6。蒸发器(图中未示出)及过热器4布置在第三通 道13的烟气入口 ,过热器4、省煤器5管均采用水平布置。如此形成烟气处理系统与飞灰处 置系统。
[0005] 如图2所示的卧式布置余热回收锅炉,在燃烧室10后部设有垂直的膜式水冷壁1 组成的烟气通道,第一、第二和第三通道11、12、13均为空腔冷却通道,过热器和蒸发器4、 省煤器5布置在第四水平通道14。蒸发器及过热器4悬吊在水平烟道顶部。 [0006] 但上述现有余热回收锅炉存在如下缺点:
[0007] 1)、锅炉出口烟气中的飞灰浓度非常高,给烟气处理系统带来难度,且增大烟气处 理系统及飞灰处置系统的运行成本。
[0008] 2)、由于烟气与对流受热面直接冲刷,垃圾焚烧炉产生的烟气中的飞灰粘结性很 强,造成在对流蒸发器、过热器4和省煤器5积灰严重,影响了锅炉受热面的传热,必须经常 性地及时清灰。
[0009] 3)、由于立式余热回收锅炉的对流受热面上的积灰靠清灰装置将灰部分清落,但 是飞灰靠重力下降时遇见流速较大的逆向烟气,最终造成清除的飞灰很难全部进入第三通 道13下部的落灰斗15 (见图1所示),大部分灰被再次带入烟气进入第三通道13、第四烟 道14和尾部烟道,这部分飞灰的颗粒较大,对烟道中的受热面以及烟气处理系统装置特别 是在烟气流速较高的部位,造成较严重的冲刷和磨损。
[0010] 4)、虽然卧式余热锅炉烟气经过水平烟道后,附着在各受热面上的飞灰能够被部 分清除,与立式余热锅炉相比,会有更多的大颗粒飞灰落入灰斗15(见图2所示)中,但是 收集的飞灰仍然仅是管壁上积灰的一部分,占烟气中飞灰总量的比例很小,所以锅炉出口 烟气中的飞灰浓度仍然非常高。给烟气处理系统处理带来难度,且增大烟气处理系统及飞 灰处置系统的运行成本。
[0011] 5)、在对受热面清灰期间,烟气中的飞灰浓度会突然增大,对烟道尾部的除尘系统 冲击较大。[0012] 在现有的垃圾焚烧余热锅炉中,除具有前述存在的一些缺点外,还有由于垃圾焚 烧产生的飞灰,在800-500度时,极易粘结在各受热面上,降低烟气传热的效率,必须采用 各种清灰方式进行受热面清灰。而目前现有的清灰系统的频繁使用,会造成受热面腐蚀、金 属焊接处漏泄、清灰系统故障频发等问题。
[0013] 根据相关文献和调研,一般机械炉排垃圾焚烧炉出口烟气中的飞灰浓度约为 2-10g/Nm3,相当于焚烧一吨湿垃圾在余热锅炉出口,产生的飞灰量约为9-45公斤(不含用 于净化烟气的石灰)。如何降低烟气中的飞灰便是本发明需要解决的问题之一。
发明内容
[0014] 本发明的目的是提供一种垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其可以有效减少垃圾焚烧过程 产生具有危险废物特征的飞灰量,降低垃圾焚烧厂运营成本。 [0015] 为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
[0016] —种垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,包括锅炉主体及连接于其上并由水冷壁形成的烟 气通道;烟气通道中设有蒸发器、过热器和省煤器;其中:烟气通道中还设有烟气预除尘装置。
[0017] 所述除尘装置是设在烟道烟气温度为250°C -350°〇的区段内,其为预除尘器。 [0018] 所述除尘装置是设置在卧式余热锅炉水平烟道中,其下部设置有积灰斗。 [0019] 所述除尘装置是设置在立式余热锅炉第四通道的下部。
[0020] 所述除尘装置是设置在立式余热锅炉第四通道至尾部烟道的水平过度段中。 [0021] 所述除尘装置为静电除尘器、机械式除尘器或离心式除尘器。
[0022] 所述锅炉为机械式炉排垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,而预除尘装置为高温旋风除尘 器,并在垃圾焚烧炉第一通道出口 。
[0023] 所述高温旋风除尘器是设在烟气温度高于85(TC至60(TC之间的区段内。
[0024] 采用上述方案后,本发明克服现有技术存在的缺点,它能在垃圾焚烧产生的烟气
中分离并收集大部分的没有吸附有害物质而属于一般废物的飞灰,最大限度地减少烟气中
的二恶英、重金属等有害物质吸附在飞灰中,将传统的垃圾焚烧发电厂中危险废弃物飞灰
变为可再利用的一般固体废弃物;同时提高余热锅炉的热效率,减少烟气净化系统的负荷,
延长垃圾焚烧炉的使用时间。

[0035] 配合图3A至图6所示,本发明揭示的一种垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其包括主要由 炉排2和绝热炉膛3构成的锅炉主体及连接于其上并由水冷壁1形成的烟气通道;在烟气 通道中设有蒸发器、过热器4和省煤器5 ;本发明的关键在于:烟气通道中还设有除尘装置 7。
[0036] 如图3A、3B、3C所示,本发明的立式余热锅炉中,该除尘装置7是布置在第四通道 14的下部或第四通道14至尾部烟道的水平过度段中,烟气温度在250°C _3501:之间的区 段,除尘装置7下设置积灰斗15。混合在烟气中的飞灰,经过第一、二、三、四通道11、12、 13、 14的水冷空腔或受热面(过热器4、省煤器5),被设置在水平通道的除尘装置7收集在 除尘装置7下面的灰斗15中,由底部输灰机16排至灰仓或与炉渣一并排出。该除尘装置 7可为静电除尘器(如图3A所示)、机械式除尘器(如图3B所示)或离心式除尘器(如图 3C所示)。
[0037] 如图4A、4B、4C所示,本发明的卧式余热锅炉中,将蒸发器和过热器4以及省煤器 5布置在第四水平烟道14中,并在第四水平烟道14中烟气温度约为250°C _3501:的区段 内,设置一个除尘装置7。过热器4、省煤器5和除尘器7下设置积灰斗15,灰斗15下部设 置输灰机16。输灰机16将灰输送至灰仓或炉渣出口下渣槽。烟气在通过第四水平烟道14 时,除部分吸附在过热器4和省煤器5上的飞灰靠自重沉降到灰斗15内以外,大部分飞灰, 由除尘装置7收集到除尘装置7下面的灰斗15。该除尘装置7可为静电除尘器(如图4A 所示)、机械式除尘器(如图4B所示)或离心式除尘器(如图4C所示)。 [0038] 垃圾焚烧产生的烟气在经过各水冷空腔烟道后、由于水冷壁1吸热,烟气温度降 至约600°C ,通过过热器4和/或省煤器5换热后的烟气温度约为250°C _350°C 。根据有关 试验,烟气温度在25(TC以上时二恶英及重金属是以气态的形式存在。此时烟气进入除尘 装置7时,气态的二恶英和重金属没有吸附在飞灰中。所以此时飞灰中没有这些有毒物质。 收集下来的飞灰不属于危险废弃物,可以按一般废弃物处置。
[0039] 根据除尘装置的效率,本发明可在烟道中除去烟气中至少60% _90%左右的飞 灰。
[0040] 以除尘效率按最低60%计,烟气经过除尘器后,飞灰浓度降低至0. 8-4g/Nm3左 右,相当于焚烧一吨湿垃圾产生属于危险废物的飞灰3. 6-18公斤左右(不含用于净化烟气 的石灰)。即焚烧每吨湿垃圾,可减少飞灰产量5.4-27公斤。若以目前国内飞灰处理成本 每吨1500元计,每吨垃圾处理成本可减少8-45元。以一个中等规模的垃圾焚烧处理厂,日 处理量为1000吨为例,仅考虑飞灰处理费用一项,每年即可节省处理成本270万-1500万。 如果在垃圾焚烧处理行业广泛使用,和/或采用更高效的除尘器,直接经济效益十分可观。 [0041] 如图5、6所示,本发明的立式/卧式余热锅炉是采用机械式炉排垃圾焚烧余热回 收锅炉,而除尘装置7为高温旋风分离器。是在第一烟道ll(二燃室)出口,即烟气温度高 于85(TC至60(TC之间的区段内设置高温旋风分离器,旋风分离器下设置灰斗15,灰斗15 出口设置锁气排灰装置151,将灰排到炉排2下渣口。垃圾燃烧产生的烟气与炉膛水冷壁 1受热面进行热交换后,离开炉膛二燃室并夹带大量颗粒状的飞灰经过高温旋风分离器,绝大部分飞灰被旋风分离器分离下来,经锁气排灰装置151排到下渣口。烟气则进入后部的 烟道。
[0042] 该高温旋风除尘器,可以从根本上解决或最大程度地缓解垃圾焚烧过程产生的飞 灰对余热锅炉受热面的冲刷、腐蚀和结垢的问题。同时很大程度地减轻了烟气处理系统的 负荷。延长设备使用寿命,提高设备的可靠性,降低垃圾焚烧厂飞灰处理成本,提高经济效 益。高温旋风除尘器,使烟气中绝大部分颗粒状的飞灰经过高温旋风分离器,被旋风分离器 分离下来,除了最大程度地降低了烟气中的飞灰浓度,在减少垃圾焚烧发电厂产生飞灰量 的同时,又解决了飞灰粘结在受热面的问题。
[0043] 由于飞灰从烟气中分离出来时,烟气的温度在600-高于850度之间,烟气中基本 不含二恶英,且烟气中的重金属也是以气态的形式存在,所以,此处分离出的飞灰即不含二 恶英也不含重金属,不属于危险废物。
[0044] 因此,本发明的垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉具有如下有益效果:
[0045] 1)、本发明是将常规的卧式余热锅炉在最合适的位置增加一套除尘装置,将烟气 预除尘,降低余热锅炉出口烟气中的飞灰浓度。
[0046] 2)、在预除尘出来的飞灰不是危险废弃物,可以综合利用。如作为水泥的添加剂等。
[0047] 3)、烟气中的飞灰量减少后,减少了后部烟道和各受热面的磨损,延长了余热锅炉 受热面和其它附属设备的使用寿命。
[0048] 4)、烟气中的飞灰量降低后可以减少烟气处理的负荷,同时避免清除受热面管壁 积灰时,对烟气净化系统造成的冲击,使烟气处理系统的布袋除尘器的除尘效率更高,容易 控制烟尘的排放量。
[0049] 5)、由于除尘装置形成的预处理系统除去了部分飞灰,烟气中飞灰的浓度降低,可 以缓解烟气处理系统中反应塔结垢和冲刷磨损的问题。
Claims (10)
- 一种垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,包括锅炉主体及连接于其上并由水冷壁形成的烟气通道;烟气通道中设有蒸发器、过热器和省煤器;其特征在于:烟气通道中还设有烟气预除尘装置。
- 2. 如权利要求1所述的垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其特征在于:预除尘装置是设在烟道 烟气温度为250°C _3501:的区段内,其为预除尘器。
- 3. 如权利要求1或2所述的垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其特征在于:预除尘装置是设置 在卧式余热锅炉水平烟道中,其下部设置有积灰斗。
- 4. 如权利要求3所述的垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其特征在于:预除尘装置为静电除尘 器、机械式除尘器或离心式除尘器。
- 5. 如权利要求1或2所述的垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其特征在于:预除尘装置是设置在立式余热锅炉第四通道的下部。
- 6. 如权利要求5所述的垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其特征在于:预除尘装置为静电除尘器、机械式除尘器或离心式除尘器。
- 7. 如权利要求1或2所述的垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其特征在于:预除尘装置是设置 在立式余热锅炉第四通道至尾部烟道的水平过渡段中。
- 8. 如权利要求7所述的垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其特征在于:预除尘装置为静电除尘 器、机械式除尘器和离心式除尘器。
- 9. 如权利要求1所述的垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其特征在于:该锅炉为机械式炉排垃 圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,而预除尘装置为高温旋风除尘器,并在垃圾焚烧炉第一通道出口 。
- 10. 如权利要求9所述的垃圾焚烧余热回收锅炉,其特征在于:该高温旋风除尘器是设在烟气温度高于85(TC至60(TC之间的区段内。
