第一和第二玻璃片可以通过树脂中间层被层叠在一起,以形成叠层组件,该树脂中间层包括一片或多片PVB或树脂,例如,EVA。塑料中间层可以是基本上透明的;它可以在颜色方面是中性的或透明的,或者,它可以是本体着色的。
优选地,面板的大部分,更优选地,面板的基本上整个表面面积,设置有LED,也就是说,LED形成间隔式LED的阵列,其中,该阵列覆盖面板的表面面积的大于50%、60%、70%、80%或90%。
面板可以包括至少30、50、100或200个LED。
(一个或多个)基板,尤其在呈玻璃片的形式时,优选地具有在2.5mm至10mm的范围内的厚度。
在面板是上光面板时,它可以具有如欧洲标准EN12600(通常称为摆锤式测试)中所定义的机械阻力,该机械阻力为3B3,优选地为2B2,更优选地为1B1。

具体实施方式
面板10包括通过0.76mm厚的PVB片层叠在一起的第一和第二平坦的、透明的3mm厚的钠钙浮法玻璃片。第一玻璃片的内表面设置有基本上颜色中性的CVD涂层堆,该涂层堆包括SiOxCy底涂层(undercoat)和上覆的SnO2:F涂层。涂层的表面电阻为大约15欧姆每平方。通过大约70微米宽的激光烧蚀形成的涂层堆中的断路11限定LED 12的导电通路,其中,用导电粘合剂将所述LED焊接或附着到激光烧蚀11的任一侧。每一个LED直接接触第一玻璃片的涂层。附加的激光烧蚀13在面板的相对边缘之间进行,以将该面板分成各部分14,其中,每一个部分包含由其LED设置的一个照明电路和在导电涂层中设置的通路。每一个独立的照明电路中的LED串联。
在本实施例中,LED适合通过第二玻璃片提供照明,即,既不通过由涂层设置的导电通路,也不受该导电通路的阻碍。
LED以5cm的间隔按规则的格栅布置,使得二极管的阵列基本上覆盖上光面板的整个面积。每一个LED具有大约4mm2的表面面积。
第一和第二母线21,22基本上沿着面板的一个边缘的整个长度延伸,其中,该面板被层叠在两个玻璃片之间。母线在一个角落处从上光面板突出,以便容易与电源连接。如果照明电路适合接收直流供电,则一条母线将连接到电源的正极接线端,并且另一条母线将连接到电源的负极接线端。
每一条母线具有金属铜芯,该金属铜芯可以在100μ厚的量级上;该芯可以被镀有例如锡的另一种金属。镀层可以是2-3μ厚。以沿着母线的长度的间隔,例如kapton的塑料带31覆盖母线的金属芯31的每一个面。塑料带比金属芯宽,所以它们突出超过芯的每一个侧边缘,如图4所示。这样在其中央部分和其边缘部分之间的母线的厚度上形成阶梯。这样可以有助于在面板的片材之间层叠母线,尤其使用pvb将玻璃片层叠在一起。塑料带相互胶结,并且通过粘合剂将塑料带与金属芯胶结,该塑料带的厚度可以是15-30μ,优选地,可以是大约25μ。
沿着母线定位塑料带32限定了交替间隔开的导电部分33和非导电部分34。该导电部分适合在面板的母线和导电涂层之间提供电连接。非导电部分适合防止在面板的母线和导电涂层之间的电连接。第一和第二母线布置为:使得其导电部分相对于彼此偏移(这同样适用于其非导电部分)。以这样的方式,在面板中构成多个U形照明电路,每一个照明电路从一条母线的连接部分延伸到另一条母线的偏移的连接部分。
母线的绝缘部分的尺寸、其定位和激光烧蚀的定位被布置为避免不希望的短路。根据这一思路,第一母线和第二母线的非导电部分的位置可以重叠。
在可替换的实施例中,这两条母线连接在一起,以形成一个组件。这样有助于组装母线和面板。这可以通过下述方式来实现:例如,使用母线一侧上的上覆粘合剂带将两条母线并排地连接在一起,该上覆粘合剂带不应当与导电涂层电接触,或者,如图5所示,在连续的塑料带51上并排地组装这两条母线,该塑料带比这两条母线的组合宽度宽;以及将绝缘部分52设置在母线的另一个侧上,绝缘部分52用于将第一母线相对于第二母线间隔开或偏移。
就本发明的任何方面而言,可以使用除玻璃以外的基板。

Claims (15)

1.一种面板,包括:
●玻璃基板;
●导电涂层;
●多个LED;
●由限定在导电涂层内的通路和串联布置的多个LED设置的多个照明电路;
●第一和第二间隔开的电母线,每一条母线沿着面板的同一边缘延伸,每一条母线适合向多个照明电路提供电力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面板,其中,每一个照明电路沿着在第一和第二母线之间的基本上u形的路径而行。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的面板,其中,每一条母线基本上沿着面板的上述一边缘的整个长度延伸。
4.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的面板,其中,每一个照明电路包含串联布置的至少4个LED。
5.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的面板,其中,每一条母线包括导电芯和电绝缘体,该电绝缘体防止在选定位置处的导电芯和导电涂层之间的接触。
6.根据权利要求5所述的面板,其中,导电芯是金属带。
7.根据权利要求6所述的面板,其中,每一条母线包括沿着其长度按间隔布置的多个间隔开的绝缘体,以提供交替的连接部分和非连接部分。
8.根据权利要求7所述的面板,其中,第一母线的连接部分沿着面板的上述一边缘在适当位置处相对于第二母线的连接部分偏移。
9.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的面板,其中,导电涂层基本上是透明的。
10.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的面板,其中,导电涂层直接被沉积在玻璃基板的表面上。
11.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的面板,其中,上光面板包括与第一基板间隔开的第二基板,使得LED位于这两个基板之间。
12.根据权利要求11所述的面板,其中,第二基板是以中间充气的空间与第一基板间隔开的玻璃片。
13.根据权利要求11所述的面板,其中,第二基板是玻璃片,并且,这两个玻璃基板通过塑料中间层被层叠在一起。
14.根据权利要求13所述的面板,其中,所述塑料中间层包括pvb层。
15.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的面板,其中,面板是从上光面板、照明面板、支架、分隔件和墙面面板中选择的。
