Abstract

Description

腿部训练设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种腿部训练设备,尤其涉及这样一种用于训练用户大腿内侧及外侧肌肉的设备。
背景技术
已知有多种多样的训练设备用于提高人体各部分、尤其是人的腿部的力量和弹性。
一种这样的已知设备具有构成英国外观设计注册No.3011754的主题的特定结构,该结构具有一对脚踏板,所述脚踏板布置成沿着通常对齐的下凹轨道往复运动,使得以倾斜的姿势站立在脚踏板上的用户能够使脚踏板沿横向往复运动,下凹轨道所提供的曲率导致用户的身体沿竖直方向升起和降下。于是,脚踏板的横向运动用于对抗用户自身的体重而做功,因而特别使用户腿部的大腿肌肉做功。
于是用户所经受的训练性质和程度仅仅依赖于其体重。
发明内容
本发明试图提供一种腿部训练设备,所述设备具有超过和优于这些已知设备的进一步的有利特征。
根据本发明,提供了一种腿部训练设备,包括一对脚踏板,所述脚踏板布置成在相应的支撑装置上往复运动,所述支撑装置在共同路线上从所述设备的中部的两侧向外延伸至相应的侧部,所述脚踏板布置成接纳人的双足,并设置成大致垂直于所述支撑装置沿其延伸的所述共同路线,从而由用户使所述脚踏板在所述中部与所述侧部之间以往复方式运动而作为训练过程的一部分,各个脚踏板进一步布置成操作性地接合至少一个训练配重,从而在所述往复运动的至少一个行程中使所述配重升起一段竖直距离。
除了所述至少一个训练配重以外,本发明的特别有利之处在于可以独立于用户的体重,并独立于对脚踏板沿其相对于设备中部的往复式的向内/向外的其他运动方式的任何要求,而可对训练过程中所承受的功的量度轻易地加以调整。
设备能够布置成接纳选择性的多个配重以允许选择性地改变训练过程中所提供的运动阻力。尤其是,将各个选择性数量的配重布置成以流体填充,或者以沙子/颗粒填充。
在一个特定的方面,设置刚性连接器用于脚踏板与训练配重之间的操作性连接,使得脚踏板向外运动期间,刚性连接器和相关配重延伸超出设备的所述侧部。
优选地,所述配重布置成定位于臂的端部,所述臂连接至脚踏板。
有利地,所述臂布置成在其运动期间由设备的侧部的表面而得到支撑。
有利地,所述表面布置成包括凸轮表面。
可替代地,或者另外,所述凸轮面包括支承面。

有利地,侧部的所述支撑表面相对于脚踏板的高度可以改变。
应当明白,通过增加所述支撑表面相对于脚踏板的高度,能导致支撑所述配重的臂的端部移动更大的竖直距离,从而进一步加大训练过程中所提供的阻力。
优选地,所述臂具有大致下凹结构。
尤其是,所述支撑装置布置成提供浅凹路径,所述路径能够布置成与支撑臂的下凹结构相配合。
应当明白,本发明提供了对已知腿部训练装置的有利改进,通过这种改进,可以完全独立于用户的身材和体重来轻易地、精确地对训练过程中提供的阻力进行调整。配重能够运动的高度也同样得到了有利的增加。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1,本发明一种实施方式的立体图图示了一种腿部训练设备10,所述设备具有直立的伸缩式中部支柱12、14,从所述支柱的上端横向地伸出有用户在训练过程中抓握的手柄16、18。
设备10进一步包括一对脚踏板20、22,每个脚踏板都布置为接纳用户的足部,而且可移动地安装在横向延伸的支撑装置上,从而使得各个脚踏板20、22能够往复运动。
脚踏板22的支撑装置包括平行向下弯曲的轨道24、26,所述轨道连接至设备10的中部区域28,从所述中部区域的一端延伸出所述中部支柱12、14。
同样连接至中部区域28的是一对同样向下弯曲的轨道30、32,两个脚踏板中的另一个20可移动地安装在所述轨道30、32上。
根据需要可以通过任何合适的轴承装置/轴承表面将脚踏板20、22可移动地安装至轨道24、26;30、32。
应当明白,轨道24、26;30、32都是从中部区域28沿着共同路线伸出,该共同路线大致垂直于各个脚踏板20、22的纵向长度。
轨道24、26的远离设备10中部区域28的端部连接至设备10的侧壁构件34,而轨道30、32的远离中部区域28的端部安装至第二侧壁构件36。
从以下内容应当明白,侧壁构件34、36在本发明的所示实施方式中起到重要的作用,而且在使用中为将设备10可靠地定位在地板上提供横向支撑。
操作性连接至各个脚踏板22、20的是相应的一对向外伸出的弯曲支撑臂38、40,所示的支撑臂具有与各个轨道24、26;30、32相似的结构。
各个弯曲支撑臂38、30操作性地连接至其相应的脚踏板22、20,而且在所述支撑臂的远端设置有用于接纳一对训练配重42、44中一者的装置。
从图2中可以进一步理解本发明的该具体实施方式的全部细节和结构,由图中应当明白,当各个脚踏板20、22处于向内行程的尽头时,各个训练配重42、44定位于邻近各个相应的侧壁构件34、36。
而且,设备10的中部28包括具有横向支撑臂46的前端,所述横向支撑臂的相应端部具有一对底座48、50以进一步增强将设备10安装在地板上的稳定性。
下面参照图3和4,对设备10的使用进行如下描述。
如先前所述,在训练过程中,脚踏板20、22布置成在设备10的中部28与侧壁构件34、36之间往复运动。
通过设置向下弯曲的轨道24、26;30、32,用户的身体重复升起和降下,使得引起脚踏板20、22向外及向内运动的腿部肌肉对抗用户的体重而做功。
在图3中,图示了脚踏板20、22沿着箭头A表示的向外方向的运动。而且,通过弯曲臂38、40与相应配重42、44的刚性连接,这些配重42、44同样沿着箭头B表示的弯曲路径运动。
然而,由于臂38、40的长度和结构,所以应当明白,如箭头B的相应方向所示,在脚踏板20、22沿箭头A的方向进行向外行程期间,配重42、44运动的竖向距离实际上远大于脚踏板20、22运动的竖向距离。
这有利地增大并提高了用户的腿部在训练过程中所承受功的量。
在上述实施方式中,各个侧壁构件34、36都设置有滚轮和导向槽,以协助臂38、40以往复方式稳定地运动。
根据图中清楚示出的本发明的特别有利的特征,可以改变侧壁构件的表面及任何相关滚轮相对于脚踏板20、22的竖向距离,从而同样改变各个配重42、44沿箭头B的方向运动的竖向距离的限度。也就是说,通过增大前述侧壁构件34、36的支撑表面/滚轮与脚踏板20、22之间的竖向距离,随着脚踏板接近侧壁构件34、36,臂38、40从脚踏板20、22伸出的角度有所增大,从而如所指出的那样增大了配重42、44的行程的竖向距离。
在这点上,各个臂38、40能够枢转式安装至其相应的脚踏板22、20上,而且能够根据需要轻松地进行侧壁构件34、36处的高度调整。
下面参照图5,提供了根据本发明的另一种实施方式的装置的立体图。
训练装置52同样具有框架状结构,应当明白,其整体结构与先前描述的实施方式的结构相似,所以不会对所有特征都详细引用。
一对向下弯曲支撑臂54、56的每一个都延伸至相应的配重支撑板58、60,在所述配重支撑板上分别堆叠有多个扁平配重块62、64。
可以设置接合结构以便使配重块62、64可靠地安装在其相应的支撑板58、60上,当然也安装在其相邻的配重块上。支撑板58、60的外部尺寸,当然还有重量块62、64的外部尺寸如果与脚踏板的外部尺寸不一致的话,也大致相似。
装置52的中部区域还设置了不动式配重支撑板68,其上能够存放训练过程中当前不需要使用的配重66。
应当明白,配重块62、64、66中每一个都可以是预定重量,从而在组合时可以提供所需的绝对重量。而且,每个这种配重块62、64、66可以是实心的,或者当然可以是空心的以便在其中接纳流体和/或诸如沙子等颗粒物质,从而提供所需的重量。
下面参照图6,提供了图5所示内容的相反侧的立体图,其中所有的配重都以中部存放堆66的形式设置在不动式支撑板68上(见图5)。
使配重支撑板58、60与脚踏板之间尺寸相似是可以轻松想到的,正如可以在各个配重支撑板58、60上设置相应的凹槽70、72,从而通过将具有相似尺寸的完整凹槽的配重块66键入接合支撑板58、60来可靠地接合配重块。
本发明的该另一种实施方式的另一个有利的特征在于其能够轻松地折叠以便于有效存放。
也就是说,参见图7,提供了图6的装置的侧视图,其中全部配重块设置在单个存放堆66中,而且进一步图示了脚踏板支撑轨道通过枢转式安装支撑杆74而连接,所述支撑杆74允许装置的各个横向支座区域在大致水平位置与大致竖直位置之间枢转运动。
在图7中,当然也可以参照图8,包括支撑轨道的支撑部向上折起成大致竖直位置以便于存放,正如从图7和8中可以想到的那样。
当然应当明白,本发明不局限于前述实施方式的细节。
尤其是,如果需要的话,图5-8的另一种实施方式中所示的各种特征能够轻易地合并入先前的实施方式中,反之亦然。
尽管图中未示出,但是臂38、40的端部可以布置成以选择性的方式接纳递增数量的训练配重,从而轻易地改变放置在各个臂38、40的端部处的配重,用户在训练过程中将对抗这些配重而做功。配重可以是实心的,或者根据需要布置成以流体填充。
配重能够通过任何合适的机构操作性地连接至脚踏板,而且可以根据需要通过任何合适的配置来提供设备的支撑结构,以用于与使用者接合并支撑脚踏板。

Claims (13)

1.一种腿部训练设备,包括一对脚踏板,所述脚踏板布置成在相应的支撑装置上往复运动,所述支撑装置沿共同路线从所述设备的中部的两侧向外延伸至相应的侧部,所述脚踏板布置成接纳人的双足,并设置成大致垂直于所述支撑装置沿其延伸的所述共同路线,从而由用户使所述脚踏板在所述中部与所述侧部之间以往复方式运动而作为训练过程的一部分,各个脚踏板进一步布置成操作性地接合至少一个训练配重,从而在所述往复运动的至少一个行程中使所述配重升起一段竖直距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,所述设备布置成接纳选择性的多个配重以允许选择性地改变训练过程中所提供的运动阻力,尤其是,各个选择性的多个配重布置成以流体填充。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的设备,其中,所述配重布置成以流体填充。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的设备,其中,设置刚性连接器用于所述脚踏板与所述训练配重之间的操作性连接,使得脚踏板向外运动期间,所述刚性连接器和相关配重延伸超出所述设备的所述侧部。
