Abstract
多工位十字轴加工机夹紧装置的工艺方法,它是以十字轴V形槽定位技术,在旋转的四个主轴上装有铣削和钻削刀具,将旋转的主轴固定在可左右和前后移动的工作台上,利用旋转主轴的移动先同时铣削十字轴四个端面,而后工作台自动回到V形槽中心线上,四个主轴同时向十字轴靠近,在十字轴上一次钻削四个中心孔,从而在一道工序上一次完成十字轴端面和中心孔加工。其工艺流程是:锯料-锻造-铣钻-车轴颈-热处理-喷丸-磨轴颈-探伤-检验-包装入库,不仅减少了十字轴加工工序,降低了工时成本,减轻了劳动强度,提高加工工效近十倍,节约能耗60%以上,而且更重要的是能够确保十字轴同心度和垂直度,加工精度高,十字轴产品合格率高。

多工位十字轴加工机夹紧装置的工艺方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械加工设备的定位装夹的工艺方法,尤其是涉及一种 用于多工位十字轴加工^/L中固定十字轴加工的装置的工艺方法。
背景技术
在世界经济发达的国家中,汽车工业是一大支柱产业,也是工业产业中的 龙头产业。随着我国经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,每年汽车 工业生产总值在GDP中都占有相当大的比重,为我国国民经济的发展起到了 举足轻重的作用。汽车差速器是汽车实现转弯的一个重要的机械装置,其中 十字轴又是汽车差速器内的一个重要零件,它的质量水平的高低关系到汽车 差速器能否快速灵活可靠地实现汽车转弯,直接影响到汽车的使用性能。因 此,十字轴要有很大的抗弯强度和硬度,而且还要有很精确的同心度和垂直 度尺寸精度。因而,要保证十字轴工件加工精度,必须要有一个可靠的十字 轴定位夹紧装置。就目前我们掌握的信息,国内汽车差速器十字轴的机械加 工工艺通常包括下列工序:
A. 十字轴锻造后,在十字轴中间钻、车(扩)中心工艺孔,
B. 以中心工艺孔定位来车十字轴两轴总长,
C. 以中心工艺孔定位在两轴端面上分别来钻中心孔,
D. 再以中心孔来车削工十字轴轴颈,
E. 热处理和表面处理后,再以中心孔定位磨削加工轴 传统十字轴加工工艺流程:
锯料一一 锻造一一钻内孔一一车内孔 一一车总长一一钻中心孔 ——车轴颈——车油槽——车反面——热处理——喷丸— 一磨轴颈一一 探伤一一检验一一 包装入库
根据查新报告信息,目前国内文献报道的十字轴加工技术中,还没有报道过有关十字轴端面和中心孔同时在一道工序中完成的才支术内容。
根据有关信息,国外加工十字轴有采用两轴旋转联动数控技术,在一道工序上分两次进刀加工四个端面和四个中心孔,也有采用在一道工序上分两次进刀加工两个对称端面和两个对称中心孔。
十字轴两轴端面上的中心孔是轴颈车磨的定位孔,其十字轴两端面上的中心孔同心度和两轴端面上的中心孔的垂直度是保证十字轴尺寸精度的关键核心技术所在。在上述国内外十字轴加工工艺中,由于十字轴轴端面和端面上的中心孔加工是以中心工艺孔来定位在两道工序上分别完成,且四个中心孔在一道工序上又至少分两次加工,这样加工十字轴孔不〗又加工生产效率较低,更重要的是中心孔之间的同心度和垂直度尺寸精度达到图纸工艺要求的合格率不高,十字轴产品零件的同心度和垂直度超出图纸尺寸要求的比率比
较大,从而降低了十字轴产品质量合格率。
目前,机械加工十字轴均釆用十字轴中心部位加工工艺孔,以工艺孔定位固定在机床上加工轴颈端面,再以工艺孔定位, 一次装夹旋转四次分别加工出轴颈端面四个中心孔。因此,这种定位固定加工十字轴中心孔的加工工
艺装置,存在下列问题: 一是由于累计装夹加工出来的十字轴四个中心孔之间的同心度和垂直度,精度难以保证,从而影响十字轴质量,致^f吏差速器装配中,造成齿轮相互配合出现差错,给差速器装配带来了严重的质量影响,降低汽车差速器的工作性能。二是,由于需先加工一个工艺孔定位装夹,在加工中分别装夹加工四个轴端面和四个中心孔,增加了 工工序,生产效率低,加工成本高,工人劳动强度大,而且十字轴的同心度和垂直度精度难以保证。
发明内容
为了克服现有加工十字轴需装夹几次加工工艺装置的缺点以及改善十字轴的同心度和垂直度精度的,本发明提供了 一种可确保十字轴的同心度和垂直度精度高的多工位十字轴加工机的夹紧装置。
本发明采用四轴联动的数控技术和v形槽定位,在一道工序上一次完成十
字轴端面和中心孔加工,不仅减少了十字轴加工工序,降4氐了工时成本,减
轻了劳动强度,提高加工工效近十倍,节约能耗60%以上,而且更重要的是能够确保十字轴同心度和垂直度,加工精度高,十字轴产品合格率高。
本发明采用数控四轴联动的技术路线,即在一道工序上一次装夹,分铣削和钻削两次进刀,完成十字轴四个端面和四个中心孔工序的加工。十字轴锻料准备后,直接将十字轴放置在V形槽支承座上,用液压夹紧装置将十字轴固定,将端面加工尺寸和中心孔加工尺寸编制成数字信号,用数字信号控制各传动系统运动来完成加工,而后再将十字轴转到下道轴颈加工工序进行加工,直到十字轴全部加工完成。
本发明关键的技术内容就是多工位的四轴联动数控技术,以及十字轴V形槽定位技术,在旋转的四个主轴上装有铣削和钻削刀具,将旋转的主轴固定在可左右和前后移动的工作台上,利用旋转主轴的移动先同时铣削十字轴四
个端面,而后工作台自动回到v形槽中心线上,四个主轴同时向十字轴靠近,在十字轴上一次钻削四个中心孔,从而完成本项目专用设备的加工。
其工艺流程是:锯料一一锻造一一铣钻 一一车轴颈 一一热处理——喷丸一一磨轴颈 一一探伤一 一 检验一 一 包装入库本发明型要解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:所述夹紧装置包括立柱、横梁、油缸、夹紧头和支承台,所述支承台上端设置有四个定位槽。

运用先进的数控技术和机电一体化的思路,打破传统十字轴一序一机的落后模式,实现一机多工序加工,达到节能降耗和提高产品质量和加工效率的设计思路。附图说明图l是俯视结构示意图,图2是图1的A-A剖视结构示意图。

本发明机械加工设备的多工位十字轴加工机的装置它由机座14、油泵12、控制箱13,移动工作台2、支承台1、进刀装置3、夹紧装置4组成:
在机座14上设置有支承台1:在支承台1上设置有四个呈十字形的V形定位槽,支承台l可快速调换,以适应不同大小的十字轴17加工,以支承台1为中心;
在机座14上设置有四个均布的可前后和左右运动的移动工作台2:移动工作台2包括纵向导轨19和横向导轨20、驱动电才几10、螺杆传动装置11;
在移动工作台2上面设有T形固定槽,下面设有螺杆传动装置11,螺杆传动装置11与驱动电机10相连,利用T形槽在每个移动工作台2上装有进刀装置3;
进刀装置3包括电机7、传动轴8和装有铣刀5和中心钻6的刀盘,在支承台1上部设置有一个固定在机座14上的夹紧装置4,加工时,将十字轴17放置在支承台1上,启动油泵,将十字轴17夹紧,在控制箱13内设置好十字轴纟7轴端面和中心孔加工尺寸,将移动工作台2和进刀装置3移动距离和进刀量设置好,启动电源,进刀装置3在纵向和横向导轨19和20上前后和左右移动,就可一次加工完成十字轴17轴端面和轴向中心孔。具体实施方式
本发明的目的,由下列实施例予以实现。
A. 十字轴定位装夹,在床身台面中心固定支承座,在支承座上固定四个呈十字形布置的V形槽定位块,V形槽中心线相交为90°±0. 1,十字轴置入后自定中心定位在四个V形槽内,再在十字轴上用液压缸驱动夹紧装置将十字轴压牢固定。
B. 主轴旋转由变频伺服电机控制可实现无级调速,以适用铣削和钻削采用不同主轴旋转速度的变化要求,主轴上固定有刀盘,主轴刀盘上装有铣刀和中心钻,电机固定在横向导轨上,横向导轨设置在纵向导轨上,由伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杆付和传感器来控制横向导轨和纵向导轨作误差小于0. Ol隱的移动。
C. 纵向导轨、支承座和夹紧装置固定在床身上,床身采用箱式结构,箱内带有筋板,使床身具有很好的刚性和强度。D.各种运动参数的调控,由操作者通过触摸屏编程实现快速、准确和方便来实现。
所述多工位十字轴加工机夹紧装置由油缸l、横梁2、夹紧头3、支承台5、立柱7、油泵8、 V形定位槽9组成。在机座6上设置有一个圆型支承台5,所述支承台5上设置有四个V形十字型定位槽9,支承台可快速调换,以适应加工不同大小的十字轴4。加工时,将十字轴4》t^ V型定位槽中心,启动油泵8,立柱7向下,夹紧头3将十字轴4夹紧,加工完成,停止油泵8,立柱7向上,夹紧头3将十字轴4松开,循环往复的达到十字轴的加工工序。

1、多工位十字轴加工机夹紧装置的工艺方法,采用四轴联动的数控技术和V形槽定位,在一道工序上一次完成十字轴端面和中心孔加工,即在一道工序上一次装夹,分铣削和钻削两次进刀,完成十字轴四个端面和四个中心孔工序的加工十字轴锻料准备后,直接将十字轴放置在V形槽支承座上,用液压夹紧装置将十字轴固定,将端面加工尺寸和中心孔加工尺寸编制成数字信号,用数字信号控制各传动系统运动来完成加工,而后再将十字轴转到下道轴颈加工工序进行加工,直到十字轴全部加工完成,机械加工设备的多工位十字轴加工机的装置它由机座(14)、油泵(12)、控制箱(13),移动工作台(2)、支承台(1)、进刀装置(3)、夹紧装置(4)组成,在机座(14)上设置有支承台(1),在支承台(1)上设置有四个呈十字形的V形定位槽,支承台(1)可快速调换,以适应不同大小的十字轴(17)加工,以支承台(1)为中心,在机座(14)上设置有四个均布的可前后和左右运动的移动工作台(2),移动工作台(2)包括纵向导轨(19)和横向导轨(20),驱动电机(10),螺杆传动装置(11),在移动工作台(2)上面设有T形固定槽,下面设有螺杆传动装置(11),螺杆传动装置(11)与驱动电机(10)相连,利用T形槽在每个移动工作台(2)上装有进刀装置(3),进刀装置(3)包括电机(7),传动轴(8)和装有铣刀(5)和中心钻(6)的刀盘,在支承台(1)上部设置有一个固定在机座(14)上的夹紧装置(4),加工时,将十字轴(17)放置在支承台(1)上,启动油泵(12),将十字轴(17)夹紧,在控制箱(13)内设置好十字轴(17)轴端面和中心孔加工尺寸,将移动工作台(2)和进刀装置(3)移动距离和进刀量设置好,启动电源,进刀装置(3)在纵向和横向导轨(19)和(20)上前后和左右移动,就可一次加工完成十字轴(17)轴端面和轴向中心孔,其特征在于采用多工位的四轴联动数控技术,以及十字轴V形槽定位技术,在旋转的四个主轴上装有铣削和钻削刀具,将旋转的主轴固定在可左右和前后移动的工作台上,利用旋转主轴的移动先同时铣削十字轴四个端面,而后工作台自动回到V形槽中心线上,四个主轴同时向十字轴(17)靠近,在十字轴(17)上一次钻削四个中心孔,从而完成本项目专用设备的加工,其工艺流程:锯料——锻造——铣钻——车轴颈——热处理——喷丸——磨轴颈——探伤——检验——包装入库;
