Abstract
本发明涉及工业与民用建筑的门窗领域,公开了一种节能推拉门窗,包括上亮部件和连接在上亮部件下方的推拉部件,所述上亮部件的下边框和推拉部件的上轨道框之间设有隔热拼管,隔热拼管下端连接有隔热硬胶。上亮部件各个边框采用90°拼接,并用螺丝拧紧固定而成。本发明整体结构设计合理、庄重大方、外观优美、舒畅;配合各种塑料件、各种胶条等,配合中空玻璃面板,使得整窗的隔音隔热节能和装饰效果突出,具有高气密、高水密、高安全、高排水和高精密度等性能特点,是豪华建筑、写字楼、高层、公建等各种建筑的首选窗型。
Description
一种节能推拉门窗技术领域[0001 ] 本发明涉及工业与民用建筑的门窗领域,尤其涉及一种节能推拉门窗。 背景技术
[0002] 当前,我国能源消耗和浪费日益严重,特别是在北方高寒地区冬季取暖和南方夏 季空调制冷都消耗了大量的能源,为此,大力推动促进房屋建筑节能环保技术势在必行。据 有关部门统计,门窗的能耗总量占建筑能耗总量的一半以上,因此,在房屋建筑中选用品质 好的保温节能门窗至关重要。
[0003] 推拉门窗因其开启时节省空间、通风效果好且避开了平开门窗的缺点,但是,存在 气密、水密、保温性差等弱点。现有的推拉窗大多是以铝合金制成窗户的上、下、左、右窗框, 从垂直横截面来看,推拉窗的上、下框架多是封闭的四边形,在四边形的上表面上装有两条 凸缘,以形成推拉玻璃窗左右滑行的导轨,玻璃窗为将玻璃安装在铝合金玻璃框上,玻璃框 底有凹槽装有滑轮,可在凸缘上左右滑行。这类推拉窗的不足之处在于下窗框多是水平的, 当雨水较大从玻璃窗表面流下不及时排出时,会从窗下面渗透进屋内。
[0004] 有鉴于此,对现有门窗进行改进,实有必要。发明内容
[0005] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种密封性能好的 节能推拉门窗,该节能推拉门窗应具有高气密、高水密、高安全、高排水、高精密度的特点, 同时还具有结构简单合理、可工厂化生产、安装快速方便、隔热节能效果较好的特点。
[0006] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
[0007] —种节能推拉门窗,包括上亮部件和连接在上亮部件下方的推拉部件,上亮部件 包括相向而对的上下两边框和与上下两边框垂直且固定连接的左右两边框,上下两边框和 左右两边框形成上亮部件的外框,外框内镶嵌有玻璃;推拉部件包括相向而对的上下两轨 道框和与上下两轨道框垂直且固定连接的左右两边封,上下两轨道框和左右两边封形成推 拉部件的外框,所述上亮部件的下边框和推拉部件的上轨道框之间设有隔热拼管;所述推 拉部件的外框内设有左右两个推拉窗,左推拉窗和右推拉窗均包括相向而对的上下两边框 和与上下两边框垂直且固定连接的左右两边框,上下两边框和左右两边框分别形成左推拉 窗和右推拉窗的外框,外框内镶嵌有玻璃,左推拉窗和右推拉窗的上下两边框与推拉部件 的上下两轨道框滑动连接。上亮部件各个边框采用90°拼接,并用紧固件拧紧固定而成,上 亮部件与推拉部件通过隔热拼管连接,起到了良好的节能保温效果。
[0008] 作为优选,所述上亮部件的外框连接有固框压线,上亮部件的外框与玻璃的连接 处设有玻璃胶条和玻璃垫块,玻璃胶条由聚氨酯材料制成,具有较好的保温作用。
[0009] 作为优选,所述左推拉窗的右边框后侧中间部位设有勾企硬胶条,勾企硬胶条通 过勾企拼件固定在左推拉窗的右边框后侧;所述右推拉窗的左边框前侧中间部位设有勾企 硬胶条,勾企硬胶条通过勾企拼件固定在右推拉窗的左边框前侧;设在左推拉窗上的勾企3硬胶条和设在右推拉窗上的勾企硬胶条相向设置。
[0010] 作为优选,所述左推拉窗和右推拉窗上均设有勾光企,勾光企外侧分别与左右两 边封相连。左推拉窗的左边框、右推拉窗的右边框和勾光企采用90°对角线的螺接方式,左 边封、右边封和上下轨道框也采用90°对角线的螺接方式。
[0011] 作为优选,所述勾光企与左右两边封之间设有毛条、边封硬胶条和条锁。所述的毛 条也可用密封胶条代替。
[0012] 作为优选,所述推拉部件的上下两轨道框外前侧设有纱窗轨道。纱窗轨道用于安 装纱窗,增加门窗的多用途功能。
[0013] 作为优选,所述纱窗轨道通过紧固件固定在推拉部件的上下两轨道框外前侧。
[0014] 作为优选,所述推拉部件的上轨道框外后侧设有披水板。设置披水板的作用在于 能遮挡雨水,防止雨水从门窗缝隙浸入到室内。
[0015] 作为优选,所述隔热拼管下端连接有隔热硬胶,隔热硬胶设于左推拉窗和右推拉 窗的上端。
[0016] 作为优选,所述的玻璃为中空玻璃。中空玻璃的规格和强度可按照要求进行合理 的选择,选用中空玻璃能节省玻璃材料,降低整个制造成本。
[0017] 本发明提供的推拉窗由隔热铝型材注胶而成。
[0018] 左右边封和上下轨道框采用L型塑料胶条密封,既可以掩盖住隔热硬胶,又起到 装饰和隔热的效果。披水板和纱窗都使用紧固件紧固,使得制作节能门窗的工艺简单化,从 而降低了整个门窗的成本。
[0019] 门窗的框安装采用可调节铁脚固定,保证框不变形,真正做到整窗的高精度。在左 推拉窗和右推拉窗的上下两边框上和勾光企的连接位置,装有塑料件,在防水的同时,又起 到美观的作用。整个窗型设计合理,在保证门窗五性的同时,又考虑制作工艺简单化,且节 省材料,符合物美价廉的消费理念。
[0020] 本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:节能推拉门窗整体结构 设计合理、庄重大方、外观优美、舒畅;配合各种塑料件、各种胶条等,配合中空玻璃,使得整 窗的隔音隔热节能和装饰效果突出,具有高气密、高水密、高安全、高排水和高精密度等性 能特点,是豪华建筑、写字楼、高层、公建等各种建筑的首选窗型。附图说明

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种节能推拉门窗,其特征在于:所述勾光企(17)与左右两 边封(23,24)之间设有毛条(18)、边封硬胶条(1¾和条锁00)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能推拉门窗,其特征在于:所述推拉部件(2)的上下 两轨道框(21,2¾外前侧设有纱窗轨道(10)。
