Abstract
本发明公开了一种化瘀通痹颗粒，该颗粒是由桑寄生35－42g、独活35－42g、秦艽35－42g、防风35－42g、木瓜28－35g、细辛7－11g、杜仲35－42g、川牛藤35－42g、雷公藤22－28g、忍冬藤42－52g、青风藤42－52g、海风藤35－42g、寻骨风35－42g、黄芪57－67g、茯苓28－35g、当归35－42g、川芎28－35g、白芍35－42g、丹参42－52g、穿山甲15－23g、皂角刺28－35g和甘草(炙)12－20g制成。制备方法是，将所述二十二味中药加水煎煮两次，第一次1.5小时，第二次1小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.35－1.40(60℃)的稠膏，减压干燥，粉碎成细粉；取细粉加适量的蔗糖粉、糊精及乙醇，制成颗粒，分装。本发明服用方便具有补肝肾壮筋骨和化瘀搜风定痛的功效，对于类风湿关节炎，强直性背柱炎，骶髂关节炎等有很好的疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗关节炎的药物，具体是一种以中草药为原料制成的化瘀通痹颗粒。
背景技术
风湿性和类风湿性关节炎是严重危害人类健康的一种长见病。本症见肢体关节疼痛、游走不定、关节屈伸不利、遇寒痛剧、手足沉重或有肿胀和肌肤麻木等，目前对于治疗风湿的药物很多，这些药物都具有一定的疗效作用，但大多数药物存在价格高、疗程较长和疗效不显著，而且有些药物对身体有一定的副作用，长期服用对身体有害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有补肝肾壮筋骨和化瘀搜风定痛以中草药为原材料、无任何毒副作用和服用方便的化瘀通痹颗粒。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种化瘀通痹颗粒，该颗粒是由桑寄生35-42g、独活35-42g、秦艽35-42g、防风35-42g、木瓜28-35g、细辛7-11g、杜仲35-42g、川牛藤35-42g、雷公藤22-28g、忍冬藤42-52g、青风藤42-52g、海风藤35-42g、寻骨风35-42g、黄芪57-67g、茯苓28-35g、当归35-42g、川芎28-35g、白芍35-42g、丹参42-52g、穿山甲15-23g、皂角刺28-35g和甘草(炙)12-20g制成。
优选的，该颗粒是由桑寄生38g、独活38g、秦艽38g、防风38g、木瓜31g、细辛9g、杜仲38g、川牛藤38g、雷公藤25g、忍冬藤47g、青风藤47g、海风藤38g、寻骨风38g、黄芪62g、茯苓31g、当归38g、川芎31g、白芍38g、丹参47g、穿山甲19g、皂角刺31g和甘草(炙)16g制成。

本发明结合具体实施例进一步说明如下：
一种化瘀通痹颗粒，该颗粒是由桑寄生35-42g、独活35-42g、秦艽35-42g、防风35-42g、木瓜28-35g、细辛7-11g、杜仲35-42g、川牛藤35-42g、雷公藤22-28g、忍冬藤42-52g、青风藤42-52g、海风藤35-42g、寻骨风35-42g、黄芪57-67g、茯苓28-35g、当归35-42g、川芎28-35g、白芍35-42g、丹参42-52g、穿山甲15-23g、皂角刺28-35g和甘草(炙)12-20g制成。
本发明优选的用量为：桑寄生38g、独活38g、秦艽38g、防风38g、木瓜31g、细辛9g、杜仲38g、川牛藤38g、雷公藤25g、忍冬藤47g、青风藤47g、海风藤38g、寻骨风38g、黄芪62g、茯苓31g、当归38g、川芎31g、白芍38g、丹参47g、穿山甲19g、皂角刺31g和甘草(炙)16g。以制备1000g化瘀通痹颗粒为例，制备方法是：
(1)将以上二十二味中药加水煎煮两次，第一次1.5小时，第二次1小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.35-1.40(60℃)的稠膏，减压干燥，粉碎成细粉，备用；
(2)将(1)的细粉加适量的蔗糖粉、糊精及乙醇，制成颗粒，干燥，共制成1000g颗粒，备用；
(3)将(2)所得颗粒分装成每袋10g，即得。
本发明的用法用量：开水冲服，一次10-20g，一日3次。
本发明具有补肝肾壮筋骨和化瘀搜风定痛的功效，适用类风湿关节炎，强直性背柱炎，骶髂关节炎等，该颗粒以中草药为原材料、无任何毒副作用和服用方便。

1、一种化瘀通痹颗粒，其特征在于，该颗粒是由桑寄生35-42g、独活35-42g、秦艽35-42g、防风35-42g、木瓜28-35g、细辛7-11g、杜仲35-42g、川牛藤35-42g、雷公藤22-28g、忍冬藤42-52g、青风藤42-52g、海风藤35-42g、寻骨风35-42g、黄芪57-67g、茯苓28-35g、当归35-42g、川芎28-35g、白芍35-42g、丹参42-52g、穿山甲15-23g、皂角刺28-35g和甘草(炙)12-20g制成。
2、如权利要求1所述的化瘀通痹颗粒，其特征在于，该颗粒是由桑寄生38g、独活38g、秦艽38g、防风38g、木瓜31g、细辛9g、杜仲38g、川牛藤38g、雷公藤25g、忍冬藤47g、青风藤47g、海风藤38g、寻骨风38g、黄芪62g、茯苓31g、当归38g、川芎31g、白芍38g、丹参47g、穿山甲19g、皂角刺31g和甘草(炙)16g制成。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的化瘀通痹颗粒，其特征在于，所述的颗粒内添加有蔗糖粉、糊精和乙醇组成的辅料。
