Claims (5)
- 管式间接蒸发冷却和直接蒸发冷却组合式蒸发冷气机,其特征在于,在壳体内,按水平的一次空气进风方向依次设置有过滤网(2)、管式间接蒸发冷却器(3)、直接蒸发冷却器(7)和送风机(8),与所述过滤网(2)相近的壳体侧壁上设置有一次空气进风口(1),与所述送风机(8)相近的壳体侧壁上设置有送风口(9),所述的管式间接蒸发冷却器(3)的换热管(16)与一次空气进风方向平行设置,所述管式间接蒸发冷却器(3)的上部从下往上依次设置有喷嘴a(10)、挡水板(11)和排风机(12),与所述排风机(12)相近的壳体壁上设置有排风口(13),所述直接蒸发冷却器(7)的上部设置有喷嘴b(15),所述管式间接蒸发冷却器(3)和直接蒸发冷却器(7)的下部设置有集水箱(5),所述的集水箱(5)分别通过管道与所述的喷嘴a(10)和喷嘴b(15)相连接,所述的集水箱(5)与喷嘴a(10)相连接的管道上设置有循环水泵a(4),所述的集水箱(5)与喷嘴b(15)相连接的管道上设置有循环水泵b(14),所述壳体靠近底部的侧壁上设置有二次空气进风口(6)。
- 2.按照权利要求1所述的组合式蒸发冷气机,其特征在于,所述的管式间接蒸发冷却 器(3)由多根平行设置的换热管(16)组成,且布置换热管(16)的断面为叉排错流形式。
- 3.按照权利要求2所述的组合式蒸发冷气机,其特征在于,所述换热管(16)的截面为 椭圆形。
- 4.按照权利要求2所述的组合式蒸发冷气机,其特征在于,所述的换热管(16)为铝箔 管,且管外包覆有高吸水性纺织纤维材料(17)。
- 5.按照权利要求4所述的组合式蒸发冷气机,其特征在于,所述的换热管(16)内插有 金属螺旋线圈(18)。
